They came in clutch as I was panicking during the holiday weekend with a car that wouldn't start consistently even though it's newer and regularly serviced at the dealership. All getting worse as I was preparing for the return drive from MA to VA in Thanksgiving traffic. I thought for sure we were doomed to get stuck in the middle of nowhere with a dead car. Dealerships were slim staffed so no one could help but one suggested checking out a quicklane service and I'm glad they did. We popped over to this one as the closest one. As we arrive, I started wondering if it was the best option and saw they had 2.5 stars on yelp. Definitely had concerns but we decided to try and I'm glad we did. I had my partner run in so I could keep the car on in case they couldn't help and they came out to the car with him to see what was wrong. We were then asked to pull up after they decided they could help us and had a clear action plan. They worked quickly and together to juggle the existing customers with us and set us up to test our battery and promptly told us we definitely needed a new battery and not an alternator. Thank the holiday turkeys! These guys were patient in answering my questions as I wanted to understand my options and what things meant and assuring us they would help jump us if they couldn't fix the issue and the car wouldn't restart. The battery cost seemed comparable to other online costs so at least we were not getting ripped off as far as I could tell (not very far tbh). The whole process probably took less than 30min or even 20min. We were back on the road shortly after and my cat was starting back up as normal at the next rest stop. Anyways, I'll still take my car into confirm nothing else is going on but I think they fixed it and were really friendly about it. I know the other reviews were not great but my recent experience is definitely 5 stars for these guys. Thanks for saving us!

So I tell the mechanic about what was going on with the car and he tells me he knows what's wrong it's a battery,and needs spark plugs? Ok. Wants full payment up front. Ok. I also got used tires from him and paid cash for them. So he doesn't give me a estimate or anything and just does the work which took about a month to complete after I paid him in full first. Now I'm thinking he definitely did a diagnosis test to it first that told him it was the battery and plugs that was causing the issues right. I get the car back had it for 1 hour it broke down 3 times same issue and I finally get it back to him and he says well now I got to put the computer on it to see what the problem is and I said why didn't u do that first like your supposed to. He said I thought I knew what it was and goes to tell me the computer says it's running rich and he wants another 300.00 to do a smog test to find out the issue. Now he already charged me around 1200.00 for the prior work that he guessed at doesn't other a refund for putting parts I didn't need in my car and know wants to charge me more and it's just to see the issues with it. So I got upset this is 2 months now dealing with the back and forth then when I wanted a refund he told me if I'm not going to pay more money to fix it then he's charging me 35.00 a day for storage fees. Which is just not right. I paid him my card not fixed and he's now he won't give my car back to me. Even after he's paid for the wrong work done to my car. I'm in the middle of getting lawyers involved. He pretends to care about you until he gets paid and then he just tries to get as much money as he can out of you. Please don't not allow him to steal your car like he's trying to do from me. I can't work because of this mess he's doing to me. Please stay away from this place there scam artist. Thank you

I watched these men yell at a woman because she informed them that somebody else had spelt a little…read morebit of gas and that they might want to know to clean it up so after yelling at her, I said I'm sorry I actually don't know what pump a map but it's the one next to five. The guy looks at me and goes SO SIX, and my response was yeah I guess so. I wasn't sure if it was sixth of the one right next to it was six because I can't see that far and the guy who's working with him who was also the other man yelling at the woman looks at me and goes yeah well it's your responsibility to know and I was like wow guy it's not that deep and he goes well. It is that deep if you're gonna give my guy attitude, I said your guy just yelled at me and you both just yelled at the woman who is ahead of me so I'm supposed to feel comfortable walking in here as a female as an absolutely fucking not. I will never be back again. Mind you I go here every single day for gas during work
