I had the pleasure of bringing my senior pug here for over a year and a half. My pug was dealing with a deterioration of a lower disk in her spine, which caused nerve damage as well as arthritis in her back legs. I found two hands four paws as it was on a list of physical therapy locations from my veternian. I am 100 percent confident that two hands four paws allowed my stella to have a more mobile and comfortable life for almost two years longer. Some of her symptoms were dragging her back legs, struggling to squat to pee and slow to stand up/sit down. We started off with just physical therapy, so doing the water treadmill and the obstacles. We put her on fish oil and other supplements that were recommended. I will admit that physical therapy is expensive, no matter the location. So there were times where we had to pause for a few months, and we could absolutely see a difference when we didn't take her consistently. After about a year, stella started to have fecal incontinence, and so we transitioned to acupuncture in which they suggested Chinese herb supplements. The combination of both definitely helped the fecal incontinence which was great! Unfortunately we began to experience a decline in her health (pee incontinence more frequently, her inability to move as well and be as lively) so we recently decided it was best to have her cross the rainbow bridge. The staff were amazing after sharing the news, and they send a card signed by all of the staff and an early picture of my girl in the water treadmill. Besides helping us get back on his feet , literally,, Two Hands Four Paws taught my big German Shepherd', Ace, to swim and it has prevented the hip dysplasia in his right hip from advancing! Initially I started to go to 2H4P after he had undergone surgery in his left hip for a more advanced condition of dysplasia. At that time, the X-rays with the surgeon had showed the beginning of same condition in the right. His recovery was very difficult for all of us, but we were informed that there was a place to take him that was excellent. We jumped on it. He started the treadmill hydro, but his love of playing with water was making him go too wild and not keeping with the program. One of the trained therapists said it was time he went swimming in the big pool, and I explained that, despite his passion for water play, he was extremely resistant to going into a big pool on the many occasions we tried, but I wanted to try. Bryan was his first teacher, and within 10 minutes, with a life jacket, Ace was swimming the length! Now he can't get enough of it. He has become an expert swimmer ( after 3 weeks the life jacket was unnecessary), and I can't thank 2H4p nearly enough for this in valuable help. Now his right hip has no advancement and he is the happiest dog in America! Every Tuesday gets his 30 minutes of laps come rain or shinIe! Free parking spots available on both sides of the street. At first, we had a good experience with the consultation and the vet who performed it. It seemed thorough. The vet did some acupuncture, which our dog did not like. She kept moving around and all the needles fell out. We came back for 2x/week for 4-6 weeks and could not get another appointment with the vet to reassess progress. This really frustrated me because I made an appointment with the front desk and asked specifically to make an appointment when the vet was in for a re-eval. We came in and the vet wasn't there. The appt was a regular treatment session. I don't know what was going on with the vet, but she was out of the office for over a month and was the only vet overseeing care. The treatment sessions were with various different techs and I really didn't like that no one really read the notes because they kept doing the same things over and over at less intensity than the last visit. A lot of times I had to tell them what speed she she walked on the treadmill last time because they kept doing very slow speeds. She also started doing backwards walking and when I told a new tech this they said the treadmill doesn't go backwards... It did, but also you can just put the dog in facing the other direction... It quickly became clear that there wasn't really much therapeutic benefit to coming because aside from the treadmill walking, they were doing the same exercises we were doing at home and charging us for it. We didn't like our overall experience. It was a waste of a lot of money. The workers were nice, but our quality of care was mediocre and definitely was not worth the high price. read more

I want to start off by acknowledging how amazing some of the staff members at this rehabilitation center have been. Dr. Voulgaris has been nothing but kind and informative during our first visit--her compassion and professionalism stood out to me from the beginning. Rhianna has shown so much patience with my dog, even when he gets overly excited, which I truly appreciate. During our most recent appointment, Kendra and Cielo were also incredibly friendly and patient with him. I know my dog can be a handful when he's excited, but every interaction with these team members has been positive, reassuring, and supportive. I'm also grateful to the other staff, even those whose names I don't remember, because everyone has generally been sweet and welcoming. Because of these great experiences, I honestly hate that I have to leave a review that includes criticism. However, I feel it's important to share what happened during two acupuncture appointments with Sophia. During the first session with Sophia, things started off okay until she asked me to have my dog positioned with his back facing her so she could begin treatment. I tried to help turn him toward her, but she suddenly reached out and moved my hand away from my dog, telling me to stop and that he would get into position on his own. I was really taken aback--not only because I was trying to follow her instructions, but because I felt it was unnecessary. I was left feeling confused and upset. Especially because I was only trying to help. After that appointment, I called the center to request a different staff for the next session, but was told Sophia was the only one available on that date. Despite my discomfort, I decided to give it another chance, knowing how much my dog benefits from this and trying to assume maybe it was just a bad day for her. At the next appointment, Sophia came in and after a few minutes went to get assistance from Cielo, although my dog wasn't really being difficult--he calmed down as soon as Cielo stepped in. The session itself went smoothly, but the interaction after the acupuncture was especially disheartening. As Sophia sweet-talked to my dog, he got excited (which is expected--he responds a lot to tone and attention) and jumped up on her lap. She immediately checked her arm like he had scratched her, then asked me if he behaves like that when friends visit. I explained that he usually only gets that excited when people speak to him in a playful or high-energy way. Her response was that I "needed to train my dog." That comment really hurt. It felt dismissive and judgmental, especially coming from someone in a professional setting who works with animals regularly and should understand that not all dogs are the same. My dog is friendly and excitable, and yes, we're always working on his manners--but there's a way to communicate with pet parents that's respectful and empathetic. Her tone and choice of words made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. At no point during either session did Sophia make me feel like she was there to support or partner with me in my pet's care. Instead, I felt as if I was being scrutinized and blamed. When you're spending $350 per visit and committing time, energy, and love to your pet's rehabilitation, the last thing you expect is to be made to feel bad about your dog's behavior--especially when the behavior is typical excitement and easily redirected. The unfortunate part is that despite these two negative encounters, I've seen real progress in my dog's recovery thanks to the overall treatment plan. That makes it even more difficult to walk away from this rehabilitation center. Due to my schedule I cant be available on weekdays to try and get a different staff. But I've made the choice to transfer to a different location. At the end of the day, this journey is about my dog's well-being--and mine. These appointments should be a rewarding, positive experience, not one that leaves me feeling anxious or criticized. To the rest of the staff: thank you. Two Hands was a wonderful experience for us, they helped our corgi so much. He had such a noticeable benefit from his sessions, our vet even commented on how well he was doing and how much the physical therapy was helping. He loved his appointments and was always excited to go (even though he has never liked swimming or water.) This is also the only place we have ever boarded him that he was happy to return to. The staff is so kind and has such an obvious love for the animals they work with. Kendra and Rhianna were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, they answered every question we had and gave us a ton of help and advice for how to further assist our dog at home. I hate leaving a negative review but feel I would be doing a disservice to other dog parents if I don't share my experience. I made an appointment for my dog to have a swim evaluation to see if he would be eligible for their recreational swim. It's a "fun swim" where dogs are grouped together in 4s and swim for 30 minutes. When I called to inquire about it, the person I spoke to told me that it would be $50 for the 30 minute evaluation with Brian and it is $45 a session if my dog was eligible for their 30 minute recreational swim after his evaluation. The evaluation is to make sure your dog can swim the length of the pool on its own. My dog was swimming on his own in the pool in the beginning. He even went down the ramp by himself to enter the pool. I have video of it. I was charged $150 for an 1 hour "swim lesson". My dog was in the pool for less than 30 minutes. He then started freaking out because Brain held him the rest of the time in the pool as well as being held against his will when he wanted to exist the pool. He felt constrained the rest of the time in the water instead of being able to swim around on his own. I was a bit confused as to why Brian was holding him since my dog just swam on his own. He's very capable of swimming on his own and loves the water(hopefully he is not scared after this experience). I was not told that they were changing our time to a swim lesson or that it would cost $150 and they charged my card without my consent for $150 for a swim lesson instead of the 30 evaluation for $50. My dog didn't need a swim lesson. He needed to be able to swim around freely instead of immediately be constrained to someone holding him the entire time in the water and holding him back from using the ramp on his own when he wanted to exit the pool. I feel very much taken advantage of because I have a senior dog that Brain saw as an opportunity to say he needed help when he didn't, which he demonstrated at the beginning. My dog is a Labrador Retriever and loves the water. This made it an unpleasant experience for my dog and he didn't like it. While the concept of this business is needed and the people are friendly, they flat out charged me an extra $100 without my consent for something I did not sign up for and changed everything without telling me or giving me the option to decline! When I received the emailed receipt, I called and asked to have the extra $100 refunded (especially since he was only in the pool for less then 30 minutes), THE PERSON ADMITTED THAT THEY DID NOT TELL ME THE PRICE OF A SWIM LESSON(IF NEEDED) AND THAT THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $100 AND TURNING OUR APPOINTMENT INTO A SWIM LESSON! SHE ACKNOWLEDGED THIS AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE EXTRA $100 I WAS CHARGED! I would have declined had I known before. My dog knows how to swim on his own. It was the environment of being held the entire time he was in the pool and not able to swim on his own. He was panicking because he felt constrained. This business is closing 12/13/25 due to not being able to support their cost of operation. They won't care that I'm leaving a negative review stating they charged me an extra $100 for something I didn't sign up for without my consent. I am floored that they admitted to doing so without my consent. It's completely dishonest! I have never left a yelp review unless it was to praise an establishment but in this case i had no choice . I was referred to Two hands Four Paws for my pup who was suffering from trachea Collapse. The treatment of acupuncture and the guidance under one of the vets helped my pup considerably for months . Actually, since Oct 2024 it was god sent . Everyone at the facility was kind and cordial . My last visit was business as usual until the receptionist made a passing remark on the state of affairs in the country which I didn't agree with . It was really a passing chat , no more than 3 min. Moving forward, I set up our next acupuncture appointment for my pup and requested a refill , which they usually give to me same day. I was told by the same receptionist I would have to pick it up at a later day. Ok ... a week and half goes by, I make a call and I'm told it's not ready , long story short , they give me the run around for two weeks and then come to find out the appointment that was set wasn't in the books . I call back , the receptionist tells me the manager will call the next day. No call from them. Sadly, we ended up going elsewhere for treatment. As a client , your staff should not let their politics affect your business if the client does not agree with them. Very unprofessional to say the least and cruel as my pup was deprived of his meds that he takes daily. Two hands Four Paws would not even give me the courtesy of a call to explain what had happened . Let me start by saying that my experience for the most part with "Two hands Four paws" started out on a great footing! The acupuncture treatments were god sent and the guidance of the vet, helped tremendously. However, they should not let the staff at the front desk affect the business by making political remarks and then when met with opposition, create drama for the client and the dog that is in need. It is unprofessional and cruel. My dog had to go without his meds for 2 1/2 weeks while the receptionist was giving me the run around instead of being forthright. Wow, what a wonderful place! Yes, it is expensive as other reviewers have mentioned but after going to our first appointment, I think it's well worth the price. There are a lot of pet related services in LA that are expensive because they are bougie "premium" services that can be a bit pretentious. This is not one of those places at all. It is expensive because it is a very high touch, high quality service from people that truly just care a lot about animals. My dog doesn't have a major injury or critical condition that he needed therapy for. He is just a senior dog with muscle loss from a protein restricted diet due to chronic kidney disease. I was not sure whether physical therapy would be worth it since he's doing "fine", but decided to try it out after hearing good things from other owners of dogs with kidney disease about hydrotherapy and acupuncture. I'm so glad I did! His physical exam was very comprehensive and completed by a vet with two techs assisting. They read his medical history in advance and I felt very confident that they were taking a comprehensive and holistic view of my dogs health based on all of his prior health issues. After his exam, he got a massage, hydrotherapy, laser treatment, and acupuncture. Normally he gets anxious at the vet but was very calm and happy the whole time which is a testament to the staff here. The vet walked me through her evaluation in detail and wrote up a treatment plan for my dog which includes the therapies done at the consultation as well as instructions for mobility exercises to work on at home. This is such a nice place and everyone we interacted with were so kind, compassionate, and professional. I would not subject my dog to these treatments if I thought he was uncomfortable or unhappy but this place is truly like a healing doggy spa. He had a great time. I would also note that I attended his session in person and was there for the therapy. Some of the recent reviews mention a covid policy that owners can't go in with their pets, but that is no longer in place if you are masked and vaccinated. After meeting the clinicians and seeing the facility, I would still be comfortable dropping off my dog if the policy were to come back. After learning that this company has a non profit foundation arm to provide mobility services to shelter dogs or animals that otherwise couldn't afford it, I like them even more. We had very high expectations when we scheduled our initial 90 minute consultation, and the team, facility, expertise, compassion and can-do attitudes from all staff at Two Hands Four Paws exceeded ALL of our expectations. Wow!! The thoroughness of the consultation included a team of three professionals who covered a complete physical exam, multiple therapies, thorough explanation of a treatment plan and all questions fully answered. There was no rush or up-selling, only tremendous care given to our dog and to his parents-- my husband and me. Our dog was hit by a car and suffered 4 pelvic fractures and a hip fracture. Following an extensive surgery and rehab, our hope was that physical therapy would be the final step in Furgus's hopefully full recovery and use of his back leg. My doggie, Nuxx, loves water, so to celebrate his 7th birthday, we booked a 30min swim session with Bryan, which is $100/ session. The staff were so kind and Bryan was calm and gentle with my very nervous pup. Bryan went over the basics of the session and anticipated progress. The goal is to have Nuxx ready for free swim Sundays, which they host here for $40. By the end of the session, Nuxx was doing great! Another fabulous doggie spa session for Joey. This time, in addition to the massage, cold laser and water treadmill, he also did exercises for his core: up and down on doggie stairs, walking over low rise barriers, and up and down a ramp. He is quite the cantankerous little dog, but he seems to feel better afterwards, has more energy and his tail sticks straight up, whereas when his hip hurts him, his tail droops to the right. I came to know THFP when I met the owner who was walking two dogs in my neighborhood. Turns out, my vet recommended them as well. I am so grateful that THFP was able to make my Charlie more comfortable his last year of life. He started going to them when he was 15 years old. He had a hunch back and hadn't run in about 6 months. There was one day after his PT and acupuncture that I could tell he was feeling good. He took a few strides running when he got off the elevator the way he used to. I credit them with that moment of him being able to shortly run again. THFP always were so good with my fragile old man. They would send me videos of his treatment and show me how to do exercises at home with him. Charlie passed in March 2022 - THFP hadn't heard from me in a bit, so they called to check on Charlie, which I thought was very kind. I let them know he passed and thanked them for taking such good care of him. I later received a super thoughtful card that had messages from different staff, along with three photos of Charlie from his time there. They were so thoughtful in how the treated Charlie and me. I saw a difference in Charlie when he would go to his PT. I only wish I found them sooner! read more

We were not able to book an appointment for over a month, and just prior to the scheduled date we received an email saying that we, the owners, were not allowed in the initial assessment session as animals are dropped off and then picked up due to COVID. NO ONE EVER TOLD US THIS WHEN WE BOOKED and I was told this has been the way they have been doing things for months. We are just as concerned about COVID protocols, but had we known this we would have taken our dog elsewhere and gotten his therapy started well before now. Our dog is the one suffering and it is unconscionable that we were never told about this policy. After reading some of the reviews, maybe it will be for the best - they seem to run an overpriced clinic taking advantage of well meaning pet owners. I have been taking my dog Kima here for over a year. We originally came in for help for a limp that our regular vet couldn't diagnose. Not only did they help us figure out what was going on, but thanks to the therapy sessions we prevented Kima from needing a very costly surgery with a long recovery. And did I mention the incredible staff?! Our current therapist Catherine treats Kima like one of her own. Every single staff member remembers Kima by name and makes sure to stop and say hi to her when we come in for our sessions. I had an initial consultation scheduled for $300. OK. Do note that depending on your pet's weight and physical condition, an additional technician may be required to assist with his or her therapy. This could incur a $70 fee. Due to COVID they will not let you go in with your pet but offered Zoom during the consult appointment. OK. Any actual therapy, swimming etc. there will just send pictures. Not great but OK. Then they emailed all the preliminary paperwork. In this paperwork is a Release Form releasing them of any and all liability including death. Um what?? I have been to numerous vets in my life and have never been presented with such a release for an initial visit. Considering my dog will be 100% in their care and I am not allowed in with him there's no way I'd ever sign such a thing. Why is it even necessary?? This review is about 6 years overdue. My dog Hank was diagnosed with severe arthritis and degenerative joint disease when he was 6 months old. He's incredibly athletic and smart and I wanted to do everything I could to keep him healthy, strong and pain free for as long as I could. I'm not kidding when I say that Leslie and Bryan and the incredible staff at Two Hands Four Paws has added YEARS to Hank's life, as well as increased his quality of life. He just turned 10 this year. Bryan and Les provided expertise, care, support and guidance for us through a TPLO, Facial Paralysis, cancer, a severe case of IBD where Hank lost 20lbs and endless other bumps along the road. I've recently moved out of state- my biggest hesitation about moving was not having 2H4P for Hank. Unfortunately, I've seen the degeneration of Hank's strength as there are no facilities like 2H4P where I lWe've had a FHO, and rehab wasn't an option for us. I can see how much he needs it. Bryan and Leslie- please franchise! Every city needs your services!!! 8/2/19 Update: Well it's been a year since we left LA and in that time we've had an FHO and a TPLO on the other knee. I'm convinced that the work we were doing with Les and team was helping to prevent this. We are going to our local specialists (they are great) for rehab, but it just isn't the same as being at 2H4P. For starters, we drop off and have to wait while Hank is "in the back". Part of what makes 2H4P so special is the experience of being with your dog, cheering him or her on in the pool or underwater treadmill, and being a part of their community. I miss the time with my dog- see him do his exercises and chatting with Bryan, other pet parents who care as much about their furbabies as I do mine, and the incredible team of staff. Our new place looks at me like I'm crazy when I say "here's his frozen peanut butter Kong for his acupuncture" and they say "oh he just needs treats for his exercises". I want to cry because they just don't get it. And they don't get him. And it's just not 2H4P. Les- every week I'm trying to win the lottery. And when I do, step 1 is to open a Two Hands Four Paws in every city. We miss you! Keep your magic happening. And if you are reading this- give 2H4P a try. After many frustrating emails and photos back and forth trying to photograph black equipment on a black dog (which you can't see) and watching videos, I decided to go to Two Hands Four Paws in LA for a professional cart fitting. I had my pugs regular wheelchair cart assessed and had a wonderful man named Brian add the front wheel attachments to make a quad chair because my pup is getting weak in the front. So I can switch between them depending on how strong he's feeling and don't have to worry about him falling on his face. Brian is kind and gentle and experienced! I felt well taken care of with his expertise and now know my pug is as comfortable as he can be when he goes out. Everything taken care of in 1/2 hr and with reasonable cost, money well spent. I wish I had taken him there a year ago and would have saved myself many tears. The staff, Jennifer being one, and all I talked to were very nice, not uptight or stressed (as we all are during this pandemic) and made it all very pleasant. I am happy to say I am a new customer of Two hands four paws. My dog has recently had her introduction appointment and exam as well as her first round of acupuncture. The staff are friendly, gentle and kind. I am given every opportunity to ask questions and ensure I feel comfortable and educated about my dogs needs. They provide written material and videos in regards to my dogs rehab exercises so I feel confident about continuing her rehabilitating at home. Who actually gets in the water with your dog to assess what level swimmer your dog is and then book yourself in for one of the fun swims on Wednesday or Friday! Up to 3 or 4 other dogs in the pool so lots of space for them to play, exercise and use different muscles to what they usually do! Marleigh my golden slept like a content pup afterwards! Oof. Disappointed is an understatement. My dog has had back surgery and I'd like for him to get regular physical therapy to ensure he's getting enough stretch in his legs. He tends to tense up in his hips/shoulders and I'd like him to be confident enough to relax a bit so he's not experiencing any pain in those joints. I scheduled an appointment for a consult about a month ago. I am not able to make appointments during the week since I work during their business hours and it just isn't realistic for me, so I schedule my pet's appointments during the weekends. I scheduled his consult 1st weekend of January, which I was greatly looking forward to since my little guy was very stiff from a road trip back to LA. Received a call from the office the day before explaining the Doctor assigned to me was severely sick and there wasn't another available to cover. Ok, no big deal, I understand things happen. Re-schedule for the following week. Now I'd have to wait another week for someone to see my pet. FFW to this past Saturday and receive another call from the office. Doctor called out sick again. At this point I'm super hurt and frustrated. I DO understand these circumstances, but I don't really understand WHY there is not enough doctor coverage for these instances. I'm pretty bummed at this. Especially if you're charging $200+ for JUST a consultation. This just doesn't seem very fair at all. Currently looking for therapy services elsewhere. Bummer. read more

When my dog Holly stopped walking last year and had emergency spinal surgery everything came to a halt for me, a single pet parent. I have had such a hard time finding good people who actually cared to help with Holly. The last couple of rehab facilities I went to I found to only be in it for the money and we are hoping that two hands four paws will help us to get Holly to walk again because her paralysis has affected her so badly that now she has pancreatitis... Took my 8 month old mini Aussie pup (Loki) there for a swimming lesson. First off I drove from OC on a Tuesday so TRAFFIC was horrible (1.75hr), however it was worth every minute. Brian and the rest of the staff were very welcoming. Loki had a great time. For being his first lesson he did great and Brian was very patient with him. Recommend this place especially for swimming lessons. Even though Loki didn't need much instruction, for dogs that are afraid of water I'm sure would learn to love it here. Thank you again Brian, I will definitely bring Loki up there soon for a "fun swim"!! read more

I can't say enough about Two Hands Four Paws. This hidden gem is my baby Tosh's favorite activity! From the minute we pull he's ready to go inside for some fun. The weekly fun swims are a wonderful way for Tosh to get in his weekly work out and expend some of his high energy. The patient and professional staff handled him with lots of care and love, all while capturing some of Tosh's priceless moments. Now let's talk about the day of my appointment. I drove 2 hours and 20 minutes to get to this appointment I arrived before 10 AM which was my appointment time. There was literally zero parking available. The place faces an alley and they maybe have less than 10 parking spots which I wasn't made aware of before my visit. Because I had been driving so long I had to go to the bathroom very badly so I double park my car and took the dog in and went to the bathroom inside the facility. The trainer met me at the door and he helped me get to the bathroom, which was very kind. By this time it was just past 10 o'clock. I re-parked my car in a spot that I thought was OK. I came back in and told them where I parked my car they told me that wasn't the right place to park my car. They kept asking me if they wanted me to take the dog back for his lesson. I said no because I really wanted to capture his first swim on my iPhone. In my mind I figured that my lesson would start once the dog was in the water. I was rushing around as fast as I could. So I go back out and drove around to find a parking space finally found a parking space came back in by this time it's probably 10 after 10 now they tell me I have paperwork to fill out which I did not know about. And I have called that place several times as far as scheduling and as far as getting the paperwork for the veterinarian and no one told me to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for paper work even though I talked to them over the phone several times. Now the swim lesson doesn't start until 1015. The trainer says at about 1028 that he's going to let the dog do a few more laps and we're going to be done. That's when I asked doesn't my time start when I lesson starts and he told me no. So I paid $100 for 15 minutes of a swim lesson when I should have gotten 30 mins. When I talked to the girls at the front desk about lowering my price a little bit because I didn't get my full 30min lesson. They talked to the manager who didn't even come out to see me. The manager said I knew the time of the appointment. Of course I did because I arrived before 10am. It was because of their parking situation and paperwork that the lesson didn't start until 10:15. They didn't seem to care. That is horrible customer service considering that I was at my appointment early but due to trying to find a parking space and paperwork that I was not able to start the appointment at 10 o'clock. I am thoroughly upset mainly because I just expected a higher level of compassion. I would never recommend this place. Also no one told me that my lesson was going to start when I arrived regardless of whether or not the dog was in the water regardless of whether not I was filling out paperwork. They could have shown me the common courtesy to say ma'am I understand that you want to see your dog in the water but your lesson starts at 10 AM; you're going to pay for the time regardless. If they would have told me that then I would have had more information to decide if I wanted to see the dog get in the water for the first time. That's just common courtesy! And again very very poor communication! You know that I have never been to your business before; you know that I am unfamiliar with the way that you handle appointments, you know that I'm flustered trying to get in the door. You could have let me know what your policies and procedures were regarding when the lesson officially time started especially considering you had no parking available and had me filling out paperwork. So I spent $100 15 mins of the lesson. That is horrible. I don't mind spending the money on an activity my dog loves. However I absolutely expect to be treated with compassion and understanding when I give my business! I feel these people and greedy and lack compassion. Will not go here again. read more
