The lady who handled my appointment schedule at the toll free number was very polite and set up the appointment with ease. The local guy was very understanding and polite as well. On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination. We decided to go with AME movers -HUGE mistake. Almost immediately upon arrival, the quote went up by a couple hundred dollars. By the time they were done, the original quote almost tripled. One of the workers contacted Jeff (sales manager or owner) about the significant discrepancy. Jeff was insistent on talking to me - which I was willing to do. He was VERY condescending and rude. I was absolutely shocked with his unprofessionalism and unwillingness to address my concerns. It was obviously a situation of his way or the highway.
