A crew of 4 took 5.5 hours to load a pod for a 4 bedroom home. Basic furniture, all boxes etc out of the way. I believe it was because that's what the office quoted me so they made sure to use it all. They moved slowly, talked and complained the whole time. They drug furniture across the tile floor leaving scratches and wall damage. The pod was very poorly packed and no organization as to which bed pieces went where. Wood furniture, a leather couch, and the washer were all damaged from no wrapping and loose, irresponsible loading. I've used Two men and a truck many times in the past, but never experienced the level of incompetence this location showed. Hind sight 20/20, I would have been better off hiring a bunch of teenagers for the time and damages I incurred. read more

About a year ago we had Two Men and a Truck move a $2500 dinning room table. During the whole moving process we had to stop them several times due to excessive issues. The table was damaged due to their inexperience and lack of care to our table. We called and reported it and was given the run around and a "You should have taken out more insurance". We argued with them for weeks and they said we we give you $70.00 and that is the best we will do. The report the table cost us $500.00+ to get it back to good condition. It has taken me a while to collect my thoughts on my disappointment of how the move went on June 24th. The move window was to begin at 8-9am. Understanding that it would take several hours for the movers to move the items from the storage to my home...I expected it to be delivered sometime in the morning or early afternoon. Not only did they not make the 2nd stop to pick up my items at another location...the entire day was unprofessional mess. I've never worked with a company that was so disorganized and dishonest. I was constantly lied to of the delivery time. One individual called and advised someone was hurt during the move. Several hours passed no response. I called multiple times to be passed around and advised I would receive a call back. When I did receive a call the reasons continued to change on why my items were not going to be delivered. From one guy walking out or one of the workers had a family emergency with their son. The story kept changing. After numerous calls I was finally promised service. They arrived around 4:45pm (keep in mind my delivery window was in the morning). I was glad my items arrived... but yet again disappointed by the condition of my items. Numerous damage to my items. My king mattress looked like it was dragged on a dirt floor. Most of my items were filthy or had several damaged corners. Hiring this company was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I have made a claim for damage and haven't heard back yet. read more

If I could rate a company zero stars I would! Never EVER use this company. Completely unprofessional, showed up with zero equipment, would NOT fix repairs, broke thousands of dollars worth of furniture (broke peloton screen, 6K marble table, damaged 3 dressers, beds, lost parts to bunk beds, lost parts to large dog kennel etc.). The company didn't wrap any furniture. They caused thousands of dollars of damage to home hardwood floors. Estimate to repair wood floors 6K and only offered $250 to repair. After damaging furniture they just left it on front porch and never finished the work. Had to scramble and sell a dining room table and chairs. Had to hire another company to move remaining items. Hiring this company was a horrible mistake. Moving is very stressful regardless but hiring a company like this who was extremely dishonest, disorganized and who never finished the job just made this a horrible experience. read more

If I could rate ZERO, I would. If you are accustomed to military moves, this company is NOT your answer. We moved from Blanco, TX to New Braunfels, TX. Building house in interim so Two Men & a Truck moved us into their storage while we lived in our RV until house build complete, and delivered to new house. We purchased their additional insurance twice--first to their storage, second to our house. When delivered to final destination, they delivered big furniture items that did not belong to us. Items were damaged and broken. Their blankets they wrapped our furniture with left blue fuzz all over our wood furniture. Dresser mirror was broken. Leather couch damaged. Beveled tabletop was chipped/damaged. Dryer door was cracked. Items were missing. Most of the damaged items they fixed. What they could not, they provided an estimated value which in today's economy prices wouldn't make a dent on cost of replacement. The missing items? They instructed us to file a police report. Both San Marcos and New Braunfels Police Departments stated it was not a police issue. New Braunfels Police Department stated Two Men & a Truck needed to file charges against their employees. After numerous moves from being active duty for 25 years, this was the absolute WORST move we have ever encountered. read more

The most unprofessional, rude, arrogant and chauvinistic people I have ever encountered. If you are a woman stay away from this company. The driver spoke to a senior citizen woman with a level of disrespect that is impossible to put into words. This is 2021. If you want people to do business with you then do not treat women or the elderly like garbage. This driver was a complete animal with a total lack of respect for this poor old woman. I was appalled to see that this behavior was not only accepted but tolerated by the leadership at this company. Just because you have a giant truck does not mean you can do whatever you want in the city of San Marcos. It is mind blowing that anyone would hire someone who would treat a senior citizen woman this bad. Anyone considering using this company should pursue other options.Your employees need a lesson on how to treat people. Especially the senior citizens & women! read more
