We are super lucky to have this restaurant in Petaluma. Such a great location and vibe with the small airplanes landing and taking off, and a really cooool 'diner vibe' for sure. And the food! Great selections, excellent portions and staff (many of which have been there for years) are so nice and friendly. Special shout out to Sandra who is so warm and genial and though she'll spend time chatting with you (making you seem like there's no one else in the diner) make no mistake she has her eyes all around the packed diner and was off to help where needed. Cheers Sandra and owners Nate and Corine - we will be back (as always) sooner rather than later!

This place is such a gem to have found. The food was made quickly and was so delicious. I'll definitely be back (even just for the blueberry coffee cake )

Upon entering the fine establishment, I was greeted by a lovely employee. I ordered the country pilot which includes biscuits and gravy. As a man from the Midwest, I know good biscuits and gravy, and this was some of the best. You can not beat the atmosphere of a small diner.

This past Sunday I had some friends visiting & wanted to take them to a classic styled diner & NINER DINER seemed to fit the bill. I loved the vibe of the interior & of course, the food looked tasty! Plus I thought it was cool with the understanding that the restaurant is on the Petaluma airport grounds! HOW COOL! Leslie was our server. She was super friendly as well as attentive throughout our entire dining experience. Kudos to Leslie management! [MY ORDER] COUNTRY PILOT (A LA CARTE) Two eggs (any style) served with homemade Biscuits and gravy & hangar fries Comments: I loved my breakfast. The eggs were cooked to a perfect over medium, just like I like it! The potatoes were soft but first & had lovely crispy bits here & there. The biscuits & gravy tasted better than it looked. It had great flavor but just wished it was a little thicker & biscuits were good but I wished they were fluffier. Overall, great breakfast spot & I would certainly return for this or to try new dishes! Thank you so kindly for hosting my friends & I! Cheers!

Firstly the restaurant accommodated nine of us on a busy Sunday morning. Second our great waitress was so patient and attentive. Our food came fast with plenty of coffee, lots of refills, ice water and toast for all. The food was perfect hot and plenty of on each of our plates. Fantastic breakfast! This is a fab spot for watching planes take off. Don't miss out when in Petaluma!!! I bought 2 tshirts too!!

Avocado toast with scrambled eggs? I had asked for fried egg so scrambled eggs with balsamic vinegar was an interesting flavor combination.

This restaurant recently reopened. It was my first time here and I think got this place has potential. Pros: Plenty of parking with indoor and outdoor seating Lots of breakfast and lunch options Friendly staff AMAZING coffee! Room for improvement: I don't think that they were prepared for some many people in their reopening week. Orders were running late and tables who got there after us got their food first. It took about 40 minutes to get a table and about 30 minutes to get our food. The majority of my table enjoyed their food. Sadly my food order was not that great; they also didn't make it the way I requested. I will go back in a few months to try it again as I do think it has potential.

The breakfast was delicious. It was the same menu as in the past. Service was great. The decor was mostly new and the booths were comfy.

Great old school diner set in a local fashion with plenty of local trivia and charm on the walls. It was busy when we arrived and didn't mind taking a spot at the counter (love the action at the counter). The staff was so welcoming and friendly with never ending smiles, made our morning. Great menu offering breakfast and lunch items as well as freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices. House made freshly squeezed Lemonade as well. Full variety of espresso, mochas and cappuccino drinks made right there behind the counter. Our food came out hot and plenty, great flavors and loved the twist on the eggs Benedict with the grilled tomatoes and fresh spinach. But the ham was the star of the Benedict, so moist and thick tasted like it was sliced right of a bone in ham. Incredibly delizioso! I am going to throw it out there that Hallie's was the perfect Trifecta, great staff in a wonderful setting dishing up amazing food. Local charm and reasonably priced, we will be back to explore your menu and enjoy your charm again. Bravissima Hallie's Diner

It was really busy when I first got here and died down by the time I was done, but I barely saw my server. I asked for sweetener with my coffee and after waiting 10 mins I ended up having to get up and ask for it at the counter. When I finished the cup, I didn't get an offer for a refresh/refill until after I almost finished my food--and it was from a gal who was bussing the table next to me after I got her attention. I don't like bad mouthing people, and I understand things can get hectic, but I felt ignored even once most of the tables had cleared out.

I took a couple of pictures of the signs in the booth. Great place! The only bad thing about this place is that I live 2+ hours away! I'd be here everyday!!

My other friend got the Petaluma biscuit which included chicken biscuit and gravy. They said it was absolutely amazing and my other friend got the salmon scramble which he enjoyed very much. The team there were personable, attentive and genuinely cared about giving their guests a great experience. We enjoyed the Caesar salad and calamari for apps, the teres major steak and fried chicken for dinner and then the lemon cheesecakes and peanut butter chocolate cheesecake for dessert. Talk about happy tastebuds. Our main dish was a beautiful salmon fillet prepared perfectly with just a hint of lemon rubbed on, and presented on a bed of shelled brussel sprouts lightly roasted. The coup de gras was the dessert: a slice of peanut butter and a flourless chocolate cake. Luis recommended a sangiovese for my wife and she enjoyed it immensely. This restaurant I would proudly recommend to all my friends. I would have rated it higher than a five if I could have.

It had been a while since we had last come here, so it was fun to be back and enjoy some of our favorite beers. It was a beautiful day, and they had live music. They also had a couple of large-screen TVs set up showing the World Cup game. Our server was very helpful, answering our questions about beer and bringing us a couple of samples before deciding what to order. I asked for my favorite light beer, DayTime, and we decided to share an order of chicken wings, fries, and their P-Town Chop Salad. The beer was as good as I remembered, and the food was well-made and delicious, especially the wings (with Buffalo sauce).
