My sister and I ended up here on a whim and it was perfect! We were able to be seated immediately. We were given a complimentary concha, which was soft and delicious. We ordered a mimosa flight which featured seasonal fruits and flavor, like pineapple, guava, mango and orange. Each of them were delicious. For our meals, my sister got the " Good Morning Atlantis" and I got the "Big Belly Sensei" (name may be reversed). The pork belly was delectable and our whole meal was tasty. The place was bright and vibrant and had plenty of natural lights from all the windows. Service was quick and the owner and workers were kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I came to Bubbles & Delights Cafe on a Sunday with a group of 11 girls for our girlfriends Bridal party. As soon as we walked in, it was decorated with beautiful flowers on the walls and a man singing live on a guitar. We were seated in the back in front of i'm assuming the private event room. There was a full house but spacious. We were greeted and sat, then given menu's and asked if we wanted to start off with some drinks. The waitress and all the staff were super friendly and very informative. We got some mimosa flights that were just divine, looked gorgeous and tasted amazing. We all had some of each others food and I can honestly say it was so good. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Do not sleep on this place. I just had breakfast here with a friend, and all I can say is WOW! Unassuming on the outside, but a total gem inside. The service is friendly and perfectly timed. The food was exceptional. I ate my entire meal of a mollete with an egg on top and a side of fruit. My friend had some eggs and bacon. The bacon was the star of her plate. The side of habañero salsa delivers just the right amount of heat. The fresh squeezed juice was perfect. I am looking forward to trying their night time restaurant too.

Talk of the town, atleast through my ears. Talk of a great breakfast. Been wanting to try it for a while since it opened and just haven't had the moment until my aunt and I decided to take a brunch trip on a Monday (yes. . My work is gonna be like: "I saw that review!!). Worth it . I was craving their avocado jalapeño burger, after a late night out playing darts down the street, but something I craved just as much was the Benedict with smoked salmon. . Yummm. . Black coffee and smoked salmon Benedict with the crispy, fluffy potato's (with some brussel sprouts mixed in). . . Yum. My aunt ordered the champagne pancakes which she says: "make sure to say: it's the most fluffiest pancakes I've ever had". . . Service is remarkable. Extremely friendly . Place is beautiful, lots of tables, and some booths towards the back. Cool table and floor design. Was super busy last weekend when I showed up for another round. My friend and I went someplace else with the wait line, but glad to see this place is still popping, and will definitely check back to taste the other food they have to offer. Even try some bubbles next time. Located at the cvs center in Petaluma ( by O'rielys auto parts). So good chance of parking is expected. Staff -great. The kitchen- amazing food. In the words of a famous movie: "I'll be back"

Food was wonderful, left filling very full. My waitress was amazing such a sweetheart. She made sure that there was nothing that I needed every time. I thought that I needed something she was right there whether it was my drink being refilled an extra napkins, making sure the food is to my liking which everything was perfect. they have a party room for all your gatherings and all your birthday celebration needs. There's TVs in case you wanna watch the sports that's on. also, it is wheelchair accessible and there's handicap parking right up in the front. There's a small little ramp that you're able to go through the bathrooms are also wheelchair accessible. The restaurant is too. For anyone who wants to take photo op there's plenty of photo. They have some very cute ideas a swing and a couch oh also the staff is bilingual

Loved the food here! Do not let the shopping plaza storefront deter you. The food and flavors here are delicious. Our group all tried different items and everyone was pleased. The true star of the show though was the side of plantains! They were perfectly cooked to be crispy and soft at the same time, with a nice sweet dipping sauce to finish it off. I had a pretty basic breakfast of eggs and bacon with potatoes and a side of champagne pancakes, but it was all very good. You can order a farm fresh plate and still be able to try the champagne pancakes without spending an additional $16 for that order of cakes and it even comes with all the same fresh fruit. The champagne pancakes didn't taste like champagne to me, but they still had a taste that was unique and it paired very well with the fruit on top. The potatoes that come with the meal are nicely seasoned and include brussel sprouts that were properly cooked and delicious. Our server was very attentive, prompt, and offered good advice and answers when asked. My eggs were scrambled with goat cheese on top and were perfect. The menu has many different dishes from around the world to suit any appetite. The decor is various fake flowers all over the sconces, wall and entryway. Fun little find on our roadtrip.

We got drawn in by Facebook ads and decided to check it out this weekend. I can't tell you guys how strongly I feel about you needing to check this place out! The presentation of food is phenomenal! The flavor!! The place is packed, and that's a good sign. But the service is on top of everything. They greeted us with a pastry to advertise the new bakery that they are opening, like any kind of good drug dealer. We got the Rome omelette and Oaxaca breakfast - do not even know where to start! The omelette is light and fluffy and full of flavor. It served with breakfast potatoes that have brussels sprouts mixed in which is a unique and delicious twist. The Oaxaca breakfast is savory black beans over corn tortillas packed with Oaxaca cheese! We're actually already making time on our schedules to come back and attack the rest of the menu. Not a criticism, just took a long time to narrow it down. Wishing I had two stomachs right now. Also, let's not forget how beautiful it is in here. The owners have taken the time to make a little place in a strip mall stand out.

On my husband's birthday, he wanted to go out for breakfast, so for some reason, we found ourselves here. I had been lurking around online reading the many terrible reviews of others that had dined here, and our own family members dined here with a bad experience as well. My question was " how many of you had issues with your order?" They replied - "everyone." Hahahah oh no... We arrived before their cook even though they were already open, but we were the first customers. After having worked food service myself, I know how important it is to have both closing shift and opening shift make sure the place is cleaned and ready for people. Neither did their jobs that day. The place was filthy. I was kicking myself for saying yes to this request, but hubby only turns 40 once. Our waitress was very nice, but the music was so loud, and again, we were the only customers, she could barely hear us. After ordering, we were left alone to ponder the disgusting floors covered in food, hair, paper, and the ceiling that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since Mary's used to be here. Despite being the only people, our food took a super long time. Once out, it was solidly average, and neither of us finished anything. The waitress brought out a ludicrously big birthday flamer which I'm pretty sure wasn't legal indoors haha, but it's the thought that counts. We definitely won't be back, not after all the reviews of the orders all being wrong, the absolutely disgusting filthy restaurant, and the very extremely average food. Unfortunately par for the course with the owner/manager Deb being the same lady with the failed pizza place over by target. Probably should look into another venture because restaurants don't seem to be a success for her.

I heard about Bubbles and Delights Café and had to try it. The service is excellent, and the staff is very warm and welcoming. My husband had the loco moco and I had bacon, eggs and potatoes. We shared a side of pancakes with fresh fruit. Everything was delicious. My husband, who is not a big fan of pineapples, wasn't a fan of the pineapple mixed in the loco moco sauce. Overall, he enjoyed the dish, but will probably try something different next time. It's a big location. They have a lot of seating. It's very open and airy. Overall, it was a pleasant brunch.

Sagrada Família omelet and Good Morning Oaxaca

Best breakfast I've ever had!!!! Came here and didn't know what to expect. Outside is very unassuming. Inside looks very nice and the food is a 10 out of 10. Will be coming back whenever we get the chance. I ordered the Sagrada Família Omelet and it was so flavorful and the egg was delicate and rich. My wife ordered the Good Morning Oaxaca and the black bean puree mixed with all of the other flavors were perfect. Best breakfast ever!!!!!

Bubbles & Delights Café was exactly that for me and three friends. We all agreed that this was an uplifting, delicious experience. We're a group of, shall we say, exuberant people, so being greeted with a pink loveseat with a neon pink sign above confirming that we are gorgeous kicked things off on a positive note. We immediately ordered classic mimosas, which came within 5 minutes, had plenty of bubbly, and were adorned with orchids, orange bites, and a small fruit gummy (see photo). Delicious. They brought a complementary concha, which was ample for the 4 of us to have a good pre-meal amount. Don't know if this will continue, as it's being served as a "teaser" for the bakery case soon to be added. The food was brought within 10 minutes of ordering and everyone's meals were delicious. Two classic benedicts, one Lolita (smoked salmon) benedict, and a CDMX omelet (Mexican inspired, but I can't remember the ingredients). Espresso was also on point. Lastly, the swing, also reminding us of our beauty was perfect for a second photo op. I highly recommend this place for the food, drink, and fun. (Didn't do a great job capturing everything, but have posted what I got.)

A lot of really nice boutique type shops with fine products and a brand new record store, Paradise Found which is quite fantastic. It is also an oasis with goo-gobs of creative talent and cool people you will find. A full cast of interesting characters. The home of the world's ugly dog contest (I tend to stay away during this event to avoid becoming a contestant) and wrist wrestling championship. Once famous for being the egg capital of the world. I once heard this conversation in a bar, "Hey Steve remember when we got paid to inseminate chickens when we were on acid?" Steve: "Those were chickens?" Sam Shepard would've had a field day here. Some newer buildings made to look old with crafted Styrofoam façades. You get the feeling you're on a movie set, which it has been on several occasions. I lived here for a number of years, a bit of a Peyton Place aura. Nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more. Some of my favorite people I've met in the last 30 years hale from here. And, a disappropriated amount have left this earth too soon. One of the best foodie destinations north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Superb coffee shops and bakeries, some award-winning. So, back in 1999 I took a wrong turn off the freeway and discovered Petaluma and the first place I went was the "Tea Room" and it's still pretty much as awesome as it was then. A real nice vibe, nicely decorated with some incredible pastries to include the orange cranberry scone as I recall, sold out today. My breakfast today was quite good with the walnut toast, and a huge portion of very large potatoes that could've been cut into smaller pieces and maybe I only needed one third of the portion. Dem tatters were 'nuff for four people. Great atmosphere, nice friendly staff, and a very pleasant ambience. There's mirrored signage that says TEA mounted high on the wall across from one another so as to appear as if it were a reflection. I personally can also see the word EAT in there every time I glance at it. I was told years ago that it came from an old Texaco gas station sign. It makes sense, check it out. On Western Avenue. I used to tell folks it's across from the pink Catholic Church rectory. That's been painted to a rather unattractive conservation brown. A lot of nice outdoor seating and cool shops nearby, check out next-door thrift shop and the ever remarkable Petaluma market around the corner, with superb produce display! Famous for cheese, wine, cider, breweries and happy cows! If you're coming from the south cut over through Fairfax to Olema and take the back road up to Petaluma which is a stunning drive!

The straw that broke the camel's back for us, was when we came in and my husband and I were about to order and the place was super busy so no tables were currently open, and two gentleman offered their table to us because they were about to leave, and the lady at the counter snapped at me and refused to let us sit at the table because she thought we had pressured the men into letting us have their table (mind you, we hadn't spoken to them at all before they approached us) . I'm not sure what her issue is, but I have heard from other friends in town that they have had similar experiences with her and it's made them stop going there. The seasonal menu's offerings were ideal for a rainy April day, when their cassoulet, bocadillo and other cozy options provided the comfort food we were craving. I loved the colorful tables and tasteful decor. It was clearly a regular lunch destination for many of the diners. The bar was packed during the rush, around noon, as well as the other indoor seats. My lunch friend mentioned that the restaurant is owned and operated by a husband and wife team: Annette and Brian. The regulars were greeted with familiarity. It wasn't the kind of place where you're rushed for your order, nor is it a dine and dash location. The menu - both food and drink - has tantalizing options, so it's best to come back repeatedly. My Turkish Coffee arrived quickly after I ordered it, despite Annette being the only server on the floor. I enjoyed the Bocadillo too, especially the pickled vegetables that accompany the sandwich. For those complaining that the portions were small or that the prices were high, the quality of ingredients and depth of flavor are worth the cost and my portion was more than enough to satisfy my appetite, plus I left with the other half of my sandwich as an offering for my hungry twenty-something at home. We ordered a rice pudding for dessert and dug in before I was able to snap a picture! It was delicious though, with the poached blueberries and almonds offering an ideal balance of texture and flavor to earn this simple dessert my esteem. A quick look at the menu had us both salivating, as each dish looked better than the next! Same for the beef stew, which was really a slab of beef on top of a very tasty buckwheat polenta and roasted veggies. I damn near licked the bowl clean. Dad opted for the Jerusalem bagel, with lox and pickled lime cream cheese along with sunny-side up eggs. Another winner. The coffee was served in a french press, stayed piping hot throughout our meal - another plus.
