I don't know what the owner pays Steven, but whatever it is, it's not enough. Steven made the entire experience. He is unquestionably the number one asset of this establishment, and if you go on a night when Steven is running the place, you will be taken care of. To the owner: You should seriously be paying Steven what you would pay at least five workers combined. I have never seen somebody with his work ethic, and I promise you that, based on what I saw just tonight, your establishment would not be shit if Steven didn't work there.
