Hot sausage with cheese po-boy (12")

My favorite place for a hot sausage po-boy! I use to come here for the dessert shakes but they don't have them anymore but everything else is still delicious. The service is fast and friendly and the surrounding gives you that New Orleans touch. My daughter loves their Cajun Alfredo Pasta dish and the crawfish bread makes ya wiggle in your seat dancing to the goodness. (About $20 per person)

Spotted here on our way to Biloxi, got the Debris fries and had we known they were so big we would have only gotten a 7inch Po-Boy, but got the 12 inch and took half home. Their homemade rolls are delicious. Those debris fries, so good. The shrimp boot poboy was so flavorful! Sample of swamp juice, I ended up with a To-go cup. Very tasty! Great service

    Zero flavor. Frozen fries

The service was good and it had nice Saints memorabilia that's about all I can say good about jazzy Pete the gumbo liked flavor and had way too much rice and please never put green bell peppers in gumbo for crying out loud that is against all things Cajun. Pretty sure the fries were frozen. They had zero flavor. And worst of all was the roast beef Poboy. Absolutely no seasoning whatsoever and it didn't even look good on the bread. I took two bites and that's the way I left it where my lesson never again trust reviews like this one. I guess I can't win.

Jazzy Pete's platter besides were salad and french fries.

First let me say that the service was good. The food overall was good as well. What I am complaining about is that we ordered the Jazzy Pete seafood platter for $35. The picture shown featured soft shell crab in the platter. When the food came there was no soft shell crab. Additionally the stuffed crab were about the size of a 50 cent piece they were Vietnamese not local. When I asked about the soft shell crab she said it would be an additional 5 to $7. I argued that it was pictured including it and nothing said it did not come with it but she told me that's just how it is. We will not be coming back.

    Jazzy Pete's Poboy

I had the jazzy Pete's Poboy and it did not disappoint. It was fresh full of flavor and plenty of shrimp! Definitely recommend this restaurant.

The jazzy Pete poboy is an amazing combination of fried shrimp Patton's hot sausage & amazing sauce. Worth every penny

Service was lacking, but they did seem shorthanded. The chargrilled oysters were not good. The Po-Boys were okay.

Great food. Very generous portions and food is ready very quickly. Good service, and prices are average for the times.

A Standout Louisiana Brunch…read more We had a family brunch last Sunday, and Palmettos on the Bayou was exceptional. The Sunday Brunch Buffet offered an impressive variety, and everything we tried was delicious, especially the tender ribs, flavorful brisket, and the perfectly chargrilled oysters. The view was unique and right on the bayou, which added a relaxed, scenic backdrop to the meal. With live jazz and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, the whole experience felt distinctly Louisiana in the best way. Friendly service, great food, and a beautiful setting made this a brunch we'll gladly return to.

The space inside was limited but outside was pretty spacious so we settled there. The disappointment comes from the lack of options offered for "Saturday Jazz Brunch" as we were excited to see if the option would be some brunch favorites the buffet turned out to be severely lacking of brunch items. We had to choose from boiled shrimp and crawfish(on ice). Fried shrimp, catfish and chicken tenders. Lasagna (weirdly with carrots and peas inside) catfish almondine (if I'm not mistaken) and other dishes that were not brunch menu items there was a . We were looking for chicken and waffles, pancakes, eggs hash brown something. The only thing breakfast was the omelette bar . Just stick to dinner cause brunch is severely disappointing on a Saturday

The Impeccable Seafood Platter is what we usually order, and it never disappoints. Everything is made fresh and cooked to order--always hot and full of flavor. In the five years we've lived in Slidell, Louisiana, there hasn't been a single time that the food wasn't absolutely delicious. The fish is perfectly seasoned, and the shrimp always tastes fresh and seasoned just right. Outside of the food, we also come for the sweet tea. I don't know who's making it back there, but it is consistently good every single time. The customer service is another reason we love this place. The ladies are always kind, welcoming, and attentive. They bring your food out to the table, check on you to make sure you have everything you need, and are more than happy to pack your food to-go if you can't finish it. For two people, we typically spend around $55 for the Impeccable Seafood Platter and two drinks--but honestly, it's enough food to feed about four people. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for fresh, flavorful seafood and great service.

It is tucked into a little strip shopping center with a Pizza Hut and a Jujitsu school. The parking lot is very dark and there is no signage out by the road so it's difficult to see until you are right on top of it. I was watching for it and still missed the first parking lot entrance in the dark and almost went into the ditch. Crisis averted. I made it OK. Inside, the restaurant was spacious and open and it felt a lot bigger than it is. It was not busy, so there was no wait for a table. Wood paneling on the walls, county music playing, it was comfortable inside. The servers were friendly and took my order right away. My food came out quickly and everything was correct. I had an oyster po-boy and it was as good as any I have had around here. It was a little pricey for what I got, but it wasn't overpriced either. The price of oysters fluctuates wildly, so there's no way to really know the price ahead of time unless you call. They had a number of daily specials advertised on various boards around the restaurant. I need to go back sometime to try some of those. Overall, no complaints. Food was good, the place was comfortable, the servers were friendly. Highly recommended. Solid four stars.

We were there in May for a celebration of several birthdays that had taken place in the past months. Over 50 people were seated at tables joined together, spanning the length of the restaurant and there were other people seated in the booths and surrounding tables and they still had room for walk-ins. The staff was unbelievable. They were tremendously patient and very efficient. The food was outstanding, especially the pasta and seafood dishes. This place is always a favorite. And we look forward to celebrating the next batch of family birthdays soon.
