I asked him what/why that is being done - he said that he has to replace it, and the piece they gave him is crooked, so it's just going to have to be done with the crooked one so that he can register that the job was done. I was shocked. Then, after replacing it, he says everything lined up perfectly. He drove it around, brought it back, said it was recalibrated fine, and I got a certificate of recalibration. Then, I get in my car - and it smells like cigarette smoke. (And no, I don't smoke.) Next, he asks me to sign on his phone, and when I'm trying to press submit, he keeps dodging the phone from me. When I asked why he's not letting me submit my signature, he says "I'll be the one to do that". Finally, this imbecile then leaves. Then, as I'm driving off, hours after he had done the job, I get alerts all over my car that the front of my windshield is malfunctioning and the front camera is now disabled. When he arrived to do the work my dad stood outside and was watching him and the guy did not like that. He threw attitude at my dad and my dad went back inside the house. He was clearly uncomfortable being watched. It makes sense because he didn't do a great job. I never got around to calling them back until June and the guy is telling me to call him back on Monday to schedule for someone to come out and fix those plastic pieces. He didn't say whether they would come out to me because they don't service my area he just said that they would fix it. He couldn't pull up any of my information because it's a Saturday, yet he still answered the phone.
