I was texting with Chris from Royalty Auto Glass and he gave me a real good quote for a chip on my windshield. When I go there Chris greeted me and asked me to park my van on the side of his business , He met me there and asked me while pointing to the chip if that was the one. I told him yes and he looked at it. He than advised me that the chip was already fixed and I did not need to do anything. I did not know that the chip was previously fixed. The passenger window of my car was rolling up / down slow and out of place. I took my car in and they replaced the window plus the window regulator was swapped out. They oiled the window seal and off I went. A few days later, the window was again rolling up incorrectly and slow. I took it back and they oiled it. I left again and the window is still rolling up and down slow and out of place. If you need a window replaced this is the place to go but not for issues with regulators and the window rolling up and down slow. read more

I sent my daughter to get her windshield replaced. Chris quoted her a great price. She saved her money and went to her appointment. When she picked up her car she saw the paint chips across the top of the window. She has a brand new car. When she asked Chris about it, he said it must have been some rock. (across the window?) I went back to his place and asked to speak to the guy who installed her window. Chris said it was him. I asked him what happened to the car? He said he has no idea maybe a rock hit the top part. I asked him if it would be a flurry of rocks since it was across the entire top of her windshield? He denied scratching the vehicle. He attempted to show me a video of the install, stopping the video along the way and not letting it play through. He first tried to show me the wrong car. I asked him what his plan was for fixing the car. He then blurted out, oh yah, well your daughter didn't even pay full price or taxes - she gave me cash. I then told him that arrangement was between you and her. You gave her a price - she paid, you provided the window. What I want to address are the paint chips on the car. He wouldn't budge - I asked him for his full name and his business card. He said his name was Chris Luis (I asked him to spell his last name) Come to find out through social media that his name is CHRIS MORENO. I am not sure what kind of business he is running here, but there was no acknowledgement for the poor job he performed. I also let him know that there was broken glass on the inside on the floor. He chuckled and said yah i probably missed that. Not satisfied at all with the answers or the conversations (and lack of) that took place with Chris laughing in between. I would give this business 10 stars. I came in today with a cracked windshield hoping it would be salvaged. Chris attempted to fix but due to the location of the crack and the heat it made the issue worse. Chris was not only honest but sympathetic towards me and my situation.
