It was just too good to be true. I had a crack from debris that came out of a flatbed truck. The crack moved quickly, growing about an inch a day. The crack reached the top edge of the windshield after a few days so I had to get it replaced immediately. Initial communication was fast and easy. Doctor Auto Glass made assurances and and gave me a fantastic quote. (I communicated with 5 other places and the pricing just couldn't compare. Doctor Auto Glass was 30-50% lower than the other quotes for an aftermarket replacement and calibration.) I made an appointment for the next morning and was told it would take about 90 minutes. As soon as I pulled in and got out of the car, they confirmed my appointment and four guys descended on my car to start immediately. It was all done in just over 30 minutes. (And the place was packed with other customers.) They honored the fantastic quote, they replaced it in less than half the time that was estimated... The price was so good and it was all done so fast, I couldn't help but be skeptical. It really was just too good to be true. I've since been able to test the calibration on the windshield and have gotten a carwash and there are zero issues. It's been a month and the windshield is perfect. I could not be happier or more thankful to everyone at Doctor Auto Glass. HIGHLY highly recommend!!!

He showed up, did the windshield in under an hour, and everything looked good. Let it set for a couple of days and took it out for a spin. It was cracked at the top and covered in scratches. I pulled over to inspect the work further and noticed a large gap between the windshield and the plastic trim. The windshield had not been properly sealed or glued into place. I immediately returned to the store and showed the manager the issues. He seemed surprised, which was concerning. I don't understand how a manager would allow a vehicle to leave the premises without inspecting the completed work. More importantly, if there had been a problem during the repair, it should have been disclosed to me before I paid for a job that was clearly not completed correctly. This experience feels dishonest and has left me wondering if there may be additional damage to my vehicle that I have not yet discovered. The manager said he would order a replacement rearview mirror and correct the installation issues, but now I'm left waiting even longer to have my car properly repaired. After spending four hours there and leaving with more damage than when I arrived, I cannot recommend Safelite based on my experience. To make matters worse, I had to call customer service myself to find out that they cannot locate replacement parts for the damage they caused. The manager never contacted me to provide an update or explain the situation. In addition to damaging my rearview mirror, the technicians did not put the wiring back the way it was originally installed and left wires hanging out. They also left a large gap between the windshield and the exterior plastic trim at the bottom of the windshield. This gap can collect debris and water and raises concerns about the quality and safety of the installation. My Audi TT is a well-maintained, garage-kept vehicle that is only driven occasionally and has been carefully cared for. I trusted Safelite with my car and paid for a professional repair. Instead, I left with a damaged vehicle, an improperly installed windshield, and no clear resolution. I am extremely upset and disappointed that I paid for a service that left my car in worse condition than when I brought it in.

They had pre ordered a replacement window and when they found out it wasn't broken, they didn't fuzz about it and just moved on to getting the regulator replaced. This is why I decided to go with him. I was promised a working part and when it was installed, it wasn't what was promised. My first mistake was I was too nice and just paid for the incorrect part, but after realizing this isn't what was promised and quoted, I decided to let him know this wasn't right. I proceeded to have to find and purchase the new correct part on my own, pay for this new part (after paying for the first one) and Tony would install it and get a refund on the first part back to me. Still being easy going and just wanting my mirror fixed, I did it. Now, this is where the shit hit the fan and Tony became the shady business owner. It has been over 2 months and he has yet to refund me for the original part I paid for. I've reached out to him numerous times and that fast and quick customer service is GONE. I've gotten $200 here and $200 there and I am still due $239!!! I'm very patient and kind but this MF'er has pushed me to the limits. It's been over 2 months and I'm still not made whole. Work looks good. Still need to make sure there's no leaks with rain, washing car etc. But Keith assured me 1 year warranty on labor. I'll take it! P.S. It's no big fancy Auto Glass shop.
