I contacted A & A back in June because of the positive reviews that were posted on Yelp. The first…read morevisit with Amy went fine, so we scheduled the sale for late July and I signed the agreement. The sale was scheduled for 7/27; closing on sale of the house had been scheduled for 7/30. On the morning of 7/21 Amy and her husband came to the house again. This meeting didn't feel right. They were dismayed that I didn't have an extra set of keys to give them, and that the carport did not have a gate that could be locked. This was the first I had heard about either of these conditions, but I told them I would get a set of keys ASAP, even though I was completely willing to let them in when needed, then leave them alone in the house if necessary (their preference to be alone). I checked the agreement that I had signed, and nowhere does it say that A & A needs their own set of keys. There was nothing I could do about the carport, but nothing more was said. Early that afternoon, 7/21, I received a text that they would not do the sale because of these two issues. Both could easily be fixed, but there was no discussion with me. I had already said I would provide keys (although everyone I mentioned this to thought it was odd), and the outdoor items in the storage sheds could either be set out the day of the sale, or simply omitted from the sale and left in the sheds. Since I do not live in TX and the closing was imminent I was desperate for this sale to happen when scheduled. I literally begged them to reconsider, and they grudgingly agreed. The sale did take place; the results were so-so, but that's not the issue. I'm aware that I was not their ideal client since I was trying to clear out the home of a pack rat and there weren't many items of significant value. If they had reviewed the pictures they took on the first visit and the additional ones that I sent and then decided it wasn't worth their time I might have had time to find someone else. But between hiring them and holding the sale they made no effort to communicate with me unless I contacted them first. And cancelling at the eleventh hour, and by text rather than phone call, was a very low blow that caused me a great deal of stress. Since others appear to have had a good experience with this company I am happy for them; I only wish my experience had been half as good.

He was also completely transparent every step of the way. I hired an antique appraiser along with Arthur, but in several cases Arthur was more knowledgeable. He found better ways to sell some silver and gold in the house as well as moved all my appliances and got a bunch for some small items that I didn't think were valuable. Finally, he was upfront with his pricing. I knew what the sale and clean out were going to cost and Arthur was honest about what we were likely to make so I could make a good decision going in. Then he went in and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend him for your needs.

Solid place. Fair premiums. No BS…read more I walked in with $450 to spend on silver. Told them straight up what I had. They did the math, gave me options, and let me choose. Ended up with mostly 1 oz rounds and a couple smaller pieces. Easy process. The transaction was smooth and honest. They actually talk to you and make you feel welcome, not rushed or pressured. If you're new to silver and gold, they explain things without talking down to you. Sometimes the lines are long but that only proves that these guy are exceptionally awesome . I called other coin shops before going here. One wanted $8 premium on rounds and $10 on Silver Eagles -- straight ripoff. These guys were a lot more fair and resealable. I asked them their premiums up front and they told me straight up $1.50 on rounds and $3.50 to $4.50 on Silver Eagles cant remember. At the time, silver spot was around $80-$81. And change. Even though this place isn't the closest to my house, I'll drive out of my way to come here. Worth it. Good experience, good people, fair prices. I'll be back. I'm just hoping silver drops down cheaper.So I can stack more Thank u QuickDraw.

Horrible. Unprofessional. Find someone else. Ava would not speak to us directly or via text. She blocked our calls and would not answer any questions. Left property a mess. We asked her a to call us because we had some questions. She said she would not call because she was to busy. We asked for her to call when she wasn't busy and she said no. She would only communicate via text and then blocked us. Unbelievable. I have copies of texts to prove this A liar. I have the text to prove this and the contract was between you and me. Not our realtor. And you just proved our point by calling my Dads place the trailer hood. And you are right... we didn't want to pay you additionally $ 700 to clean out because you would not speak to me directly about what that cost included because the contract said, plus additional fees. We wanted to know what the additional fees were. You blocked me and said to stop texting you. read more

Organized but pricing and research on their items aren't up to par. Seems to be some selling ahead of time on posted items online and also... Lots of fishing for high prices on newer things perceived as valuable vintage. I've been to much better. I've been to worse. Buyer beware on this... But at least it doesn't smell... Lol. Also... After leaving the sale... I feel the need to discuss the practice of offering percentage discounts for Yelp reviews. We were offered a 20% discount for leaving a Yelp review, as we were a couple, we received 30% for two reviews. I took this literally, leaving a middling review. I'm sure others took that to mean leave a good review for the discount... As my finance did. Just thought I would let everybody in on the secret... You get to make the choice on what that sort of business practice means to you as the shopper. read more

I went to an estate sale this past weekend that was hosted by TX Treasures Estate Sales. The home was beautifully staged to showcase the homeowner's possessions. The staff was friendly, courteous and eager to answer any questions. A huge bonus is that they actually have a couple of gentlemen on-site to help carry heavy items/furniture to your car. So many estate sale companies do not offer this service and it limits my ability to purchase items if I can't carry them to my car! I would highly recommend TX Treasures Estate Sales to shoppers and homeowner alike. read more

I rarely do Yelp reviews but I'm going to commend this company on there business. I've been coming to their sales the last 4 years and they make the sales fun each weekend. Not only are they all respectful and attentive but they also help you load stuff up in your car to protect their customers house. Not sure why all these people are leaving bad reviews. I've seen the backstories on a lot of these people and it seems to be all lies. I would love for this company to do my family's estate when needed and recommended for others through out Dallas/Fw area. read more

I had the pleasure of going to texastreasures estate sale I have been to many estate sales in my life but I have nerver enjoy myself so much .Mrs Neal's employees made my experience so much fun .They make you fill at home and helpful. Plus they loaded all my heavey furniture. If I could give them a higher grade I would. I know if I ever needed to hire a estate sale company I would choose texastreasures above any other company. They were able to set up quickly and were very flexable. They were always available and handled the details of the sale efficently. I needed a complete service and they did their best to accomidate. Right After the sale they presented a sales summory which included a check for the proceeds. It's a family business and Ava is great to work with. read more

Their fees are extremely reasonable when you consider all that they do: polish your silver, wash your glasses and dishes, vacuum and sweep the floor when they are done. I eagerly await the announcement of each new sale & I can't wait until the last hour because they give you as many plastic bags as you want and you can stuff them with ANYTHING that fits...for only $ 5.00 per bag! The only rule is that the bag has to tie shut. I have gotten so much wonderful stuff at a fraction of the value price. You would be surprised at how much you can fit into one of their bags. I have gotten so many incredible purses, cameras, perfumes, crystal & china pieces, collectibles, dinnerware, craft supplies, fabulous scarfs and even some jewelry. I can't rave enough about how excited my friends & I get every time they have a sale. I usually walk away with 3 bags, filled with a total 40-60 items! (You can fit A LOT of beautiful scarfs in one of those bags!) Also, you can sign up to get e-mail alerts for their upcoming sales. The ladies that run the sale are so friendly & easy to deal with.
