My living room is dead too. The only hard wired zone is my office. This is such shoddy workmanship. And to get this I had to coach the tech to make his connections through the junction box and not outside. He was going to drill holes in my wall when the house is already prewired for internet. It would have taken the tech an extra 5 minutes to do the job right. Dont believe the hype. Ezee is depending on outsourced techs who have 0 incentive to do an excellent job. All they jave to show is that the wifi signal gets to their provided router. When I called for help they gave me the old "well technically the other extenders and splitters are your equipment" Beware. Not worth the trouble.

Last week, I spoke with Waysam and he tried to sell me on a $55 per month deal. At the time, I told him that Xfinity had the same price, but for 1000 Mbps and decided against it. After I'd been thinking and doing some decision making, I decided to make another visit into Verizon to sign up for internet. I read numerous reviews online about Verizon internet service being the best paired with their exceptional customer service. Today, I went into the store and merely greeted by two men. They were busy studying something on the computer. I was told that internet service would be $70 a month without a phone plan and autopay. I told them I use Mint Mobile since it gives me the options to pay yearly not monthly, their service is solid, and more affordable than Verizon. Before I left, I asked the guys if they'd recommend Xfinity. One of them said they are decent. Our interaction sealed my decision to check out Xfinity for internet service. I'd admit I'm a bit afraid since AT&T and Spectrum both sucked before for me. This Authorized store has okay customer service. One person will tell you one thing and another it's something else.

    Opened a phone line on my husbands WiFi account everything was fine until he switched providers for…read moreWiFi and xfinity added 30$ to my phone bill a month without disclosing that to either of us he calls them to get credits for me being overcharged for several months and they sent him the refund I've never heard of money being taken off of one card and then refunded to a completely different card but besides that inconvenience I was tired of paying 107 a month for one phone line so I paid the balance of the phone off and opened and account with T-Mobile they can't put service on my phone because xfinity refuses to unlock my phone I haven't had service all day yesterday and am currently typing this review using WiFi my husband and I have to go in store today to have them release my phone because no one did it yesterday even though I was told that I would receive a text saying the phone was good I would never recommend xfinity for phone service it's the worst experience I've ever had but their WiFi also isn't great and they will raise their prices on you until you want to switch just go with any other service provider *update* was told over chat that I would be getting a refund within 24-48 hours instead had to go to the store to plead my case to a representative in person because you cannot get a live agent on their phone line and the man I spoke with in store was immediately irritated by me like I was wasting his precious time mind you I was so kind and calm I just wanted a conversation about how they could charge me after my account was paid off and closed and all of the hassle and time waste I went through to switch providers why I would still get billed for service i didn't receive but that was too much to ask for some clarification he just said the charge is accurate and I'm sorry in the most not sorry way possible I wouldn't recommend their service to a dog at this point and if you aren't aware they use Verizon towers so if you use their service you are deprioritized from Verizon customers so your service will be slow all the time every time I actually used my cellular data it barely worked just be aware of this company they are the worst!

I use this computer for my business and all of my files and documents I use to manage this business are now locked out to me on this computer that would not boot. I am not a big business supporter. So Geek Squad and their lack of customer service was a BIG NO! I like to support small local business's. I had never needed computer help before. I found Chris from a quick search on Maps and Yelp. I called Chris and he was very quick to offer solutions and ideas to solve my problem. I dropped off the computer and left it to him to resolve while I was out of town. Chris was very quick, very responsive and was communicating options quickly. Essentially, within 36 hrs of dropping off my laptop, he had installed new hardware, software that he recommended and I approved. He stayed within my budget and his original quote. He provided me with a lightening fast upgraded computer, with all of my files and programs, turn key, ready to work on. I cannot believe the computer is the same I dropped off. If you are curious if you should call Chris for help with your computer needs/repairs, just make the call and let him work his magic. I am completely satisfied with the service and product. He is honest, quick, knowledgeable and has earned any repeat business I may ever need in the future. I am so glad I called and made the decision to use his business. 11 stars from me.
