The lady at the counter is rotten and almost seemed giddy or happy that they took me off she had an evil smirk on her face while explaining. She's the most non hospitable person to be in charge of the front counter I feel bad for the Dr at this place. Maybe if we don't call that means we will be there, never heard of not answering a call and canceling, AFTER giving an exact date and time to be there! We will 100% be going elsewhere this is pretty sad.

Looking at the reviews online I was a little skeptical about coming but i was in such agonizing…read morepain with this abscess I had in my mouth that was so bad I looked like i had a golf ball in my mouth and my eye was purple and extremely swollen from lymphedema and I was desperate. but i am extremely grateful for dr.Fox and his team as I was able to be scheduled the next day for a consultation and Dr.Fox did the drainage the same day. I only felt a pinch and it was over in no time. Best decision ever and I recommend this office 1000% I have no dental insurance and I am so grateful that I didn't have to pay thousands of dollars and I got immediate relief of pain. & I didn't need a referral. It's the next day and i have no pain at all and I am so thankful to be pain free and have all that pressure on my mouth gone.

My daughter is on the Spectrum and the first time we went there she had several issues after her surgery in which she had 3 extractions done. I made several phone calls to them advocating on her behalf. One of the secretaries whom answers the phone can be very rude. Also, their manager whom I spoke with one day was so rude to me that she hung up on me as I was advocating for her. Not very professional!! Now... she needs to have another extraction done in which the tooth is infected. They scheduled her for a consult 6/13. I asked if they could get her in any sooner. They said that I could call to see if there were any cancellations so, I called every day until we finally got one for May 22. We made the trip down that day. They scheduled her extraction for May 29th, this coming Thurs, but over the weekend my daughter had an allergic reaction to something where her eyes started to swell and she became agitated by itching everywhere. We were visiting Urgent Care Medical Arts in Wilton on Sunday, then on Monday to Saratoga Hospital. With the help of Benadryl and Prednisone the swelling went down but itching has continued. I thought that the right thing to do would be to call today and let them know. So I did but to my dismay she (the rude girl), put me on hold and she told me they could only do it FOR THIS TIME ONLY. (I felt like they didn't believe me). Now we have to wait until June 30th, in which her tooth has been bothering her with pain...which Amsterdam is well aware of. Then I said..."Can I call to see if there are any Cancellations before that date? She told me, "No because they'd have to switch appointments back and forth and they couldn't do it. **Just saying...That's a long time for someone to have to wait to get in with a painful tooth, especially, when she's tasting infection.**

Yet never sent me home with papers regarding my bill, regarding my appointment and pre/post op care (I promise I asked if there was any when leaving my consultation). No emails regarding this matter either, only appointment confirmations/reminders. I showed up for my appointment, 15 minutes early, told the doctor i had a half cup of water on my way to the office. He looked at me like i had 3 heads and talked to me in a tone as if i should have known? DESPITE receiving no papers/acknowledgments on this matter . Sure we talked at the consultation but that was a month ago and I was anxious. Guess they expect you to remember everything that was said to you while they talk in a condescending tone (they can say they didn't but I work in mental-health care and know the importance of communication). This may not fall on the doctor, but is there no communication in between staff to ensure your clients are taken care of? Take your business elsewhere these people don't know how to communicate. I went there in 2016 to have teeth extracted and dentures. I was extremely happy with the service…read moreas well as the dentures. in the 8 years I wore them, they never broke, I dropped them countless times. Fast forward to 12/31/24 when I walked out with new dentures. in March I dropped the bottom denture, breaking it. They made me a new dentures from and did not charge me. Now on 10/13, I was eating a piece of roast beef and the replacement denture broke in the same exact location as the first one. I went back, they repaired my denture charging me $149.00 to glue it back together. I tried expressing my frustration with the dentist, he was simply getting to frustrated with me, so I walked out. My concern is the 2 bottom dentures breaking for different reasons but in the same exact spot. The dentist tells me they will probably break again and all he could offer me was a hard reline and that may not work. so I bargained in good faith with Aspen, paying over $3000.00 for new dentures and the bottome one is going to keep breaking. What is wrong with this picture? I will never go back there again. Now I have to go to a different dental office to have a new bottom denture made. The dentist in this office is very unprofessional.

I would go to literally any other dentist besides Aspen dental. you might think they will get you in quicker or be more convenient but read these reviews, you'll wind up getting pushed out for weeks due to errors, there are reports that they force people to have other treatments before they will agree to do what the person came there for, even if they are in extreme pain, and the staff does not care in the least. don't believe anything they say. For the author from 7/23/16 instead of taking your time to review Dr Condry's Facebook, you should have reviewed his credentials, namely that he graduated number one from America's first dental school. Or maybe you would have seen that he is also a physician who is Board Certified in several specialties. The defamation you presented which is seen in every jurisdiction that exposes the internet is alarming. When you entered the reception area- with your obvious own political views- and were sensitive to the FOX network you should have notified the staff to turn it off or change the channel yourself. Dr. Condry, from your recitation, did not enunciate any political view while you were under his care or illicit a political discussion with you. He did not subject you to what you describe as "partisan preaching." The FOX network did, not Dr Condry. When you say that you were in a hostile, unsafe atmosphere for you to walk into I assume that there was some sort of imminent threat to your overall safety. I can predict that this is an outrageous description. How was it unsafe in that office? What actual fear of harm did you suffer or feel you were suffering? Additionally, you were not within a state owned facility like a school, post office or courthouse. With that, there are more constitutional restrictions, restrictions that you want Dr. Condry to incorporate in his private (not state owned) office especiallly on the television. There are plenty of unethical dental offices or clinics run by inferior staff and oral surgeons who would have gladly extracted your tooth. Also- why don't you investigate Dr. Condry's personal life just a tad bit more. You will discover that he resided with a woman and her mixed race daughter for seven years and loved both. I suggest you withdraw your posting. You could be subject to litigation in any jurisdiction where your ranting is seen.
