This place will rip you if you let em... id suggest, if you have the means, weigh what you got before you go that way you know sorta what to expect. I had short iron and copper. The hispanic guy told the guy at the window, "number one, twenty-one." Then the lady hands me a ticket for like 72$ and i notice the #2 copper, i say 'hey, why wasnt that # 1 copper? She said it has to be over 16 gauge, i said it was all 14 & 12, (which is bigger) so the guy who the hispanic guy told the type and weight to goes out and comes back and says yeah its # 1, so she takes my ticket and prints me another one for 69$, im like what the fuck?, but i leave anyway, tired and aggrevated af and didnt notice till i was in my truck that it said 12 lbs, i was like you sorry mfer... They were bound and determined to get me one way or the other... i wont go back and im telling everybody i know in the hvac biz to go somewhere else.
