About 15 seconds after having him come to speak with us about the issue, he had the issue completely turned around and made everything as it should be. I myself used to work in the food industry so I rarely ever complain about anything and even more rarely ask to speak to a manager, but when I do they're usually never as helpful and effective as Don. If only there were more managers like Don out there, things would run much smoother. Thank you Don!
