With that being said, this was, without a doubt, the best Italian restaurant we've ever been to--1000%! Every dish was absolutely delicious, authentic, and full of flavor. About 15 seconds after having him come to speak with us about the issue, he had the issue completely turned around and made everything as it should be. I myself used to work in the food industry so I rarely ever complain about anything and even more rarely ask to speak to a manager, but when I do they're usually never as helpful and effective as Don. If only there were more managers like Don out there, things would run much smoother. Thank you Don!
