The email and answer from Monique after I made an appointment (more than a month before for a recall)

I have my second VW and the first time when I took it to service was always good until this year in August, I set my appointment for my oil change with over a month time and a day before my appointment Monique contacted me and was very rude and unprofessional, everything end it up with the manager Garrett, the issue became because I had a recall and she said she didnt had time ti see my car until 2 weeks so I did ask for a car or something to move around( Im a single mom with 4 kids that needs a car) she said that was my problem since they dont give one. And around a month of that my battery died ( I tought was because of the recall since my car was only 36,000) they help me ( not sure it was the pressure of the recall and Monique said that my car was fine and I had this issue) but when they gave me back my car I even had a sunflower seed on my window and was dirty (I have pictures and emails or all this) and now I had another recall talk to Garrett again but customer service is poor there they make you feel like money is more important that people or your car, and like I said before August I never has issues, like this. I have been following instructions because VW send me letters and they are the closest dealership but I guess after having that big issue in August they dont want me there. Having to have oil changes or whatever the car need should be simple and easy, I have work in customer service for over 15 years and I love to me people feel value not that they want just your money(which you are not just paying $10 is more than that every time) but dont care about the customer service they give you, charge the money but provide at least good customer service. In attaching pictures of the email and how my car was giving to me after service and after i paid $375 i was even missing a mat.

Problems are inevitable. It's how they're solved, and relationships repaired, that counts, and Tim does that! That being said, I worked with Tim the last time I was here, prior to my oil change yesterday, to co-create a long-term mutually beneficial, mutually trustworthy, mutually respectful solution, and I said I'd like to only work with Arron going forward, if at all possible, given Arron treats me with respect, he has exceptional communication, he's a mature man (both men are, and that's hard to find these days, men who respect women, such as myself), and Arron is also a former mechanic, so I like how he explains things to me, and problem solves with me. Yesterday, I dropped my Corolla off for an oil change, was 1-hour late to my appointment (due to a harassing male boomer neighbor, while working with Denver Police Department, since 2021, on this same issue), and was not aware of the new policy: no Lyft rides home (understandable) for mere oil changes, which had changed the past 6-months, unbeknownst to me. Even giving that disruptive surprise, Arron not only met, but perfectly exceeded my expectations yesterday! He made my life super easy, to finally delegate / outsource a task, with flawless communication and execution, including helping me anticipate and budget for my next repair. I couldn't be happier, or more positively impressed and grateful. Thanks, Arron and Tim! P.s. I also want to thank Tim, for not only mailing me a corrected oil change sticker & associated paperwork, to fix a prior issue, as well as for refunding me for an improper alignment, per Stevinson Toyota West. Ethics, FTW!

Communicative and quick-two things that I expect when I get my car serviced. I've brought my car here for the past year, twice. The first time the advisor was kind and professional. However, I was never notified of any recommend services or the results of the initial diagnostic scan. Instead, I was just told that my car was ready: This most recent time, I had got rear-ended and had 2 main issues that I wanted solved: for the beeping of my trunk to be turned off and for the airbag system malfunction notification to be taken care of. I dropped off my car after 5 and heard nothing the entire day after apart from the services I needed to approve. I texted the number that I was given to get in contact with my service advisor. I had messaged it several times and got no response. Turns out my advisor was out for the day and the messages only go to them. Which doesn't make sense to me. Shouldn't there be consistent communication regardless of if my service advisor is in for the day or not? I eventually was informed after calling, that my car was ready and that the advisor was finishing up the paperwork. I showed up and the paperwork was not finished. The beeping sound still existed in my car, but this was one of the two things I had asked to be fixed. It was not communicated to me that this did not happen. I have only experienced frustration with Stevinson Toyota East these past two times and will not get my car serviced here anymore. Would not recommend this Toyota.

Big thanks to Eric for his professionalism, Sarah in helping coordinate, Hector in finance (gracias por tu ayuda en arreglar el financiamiento), and Ali the owner (shukran, achi) -- you've all created a top-tier team that treats people right. Highly recommend this dealership if you want a team that genuinely cares.

I have bad credit, I am aware I have bad credit, I need a car , So I thought I'd risk it, come…read morehere. I saw a Scion TC for $8400 that had low miles , one owner , and it was perfect for me.I work, I can afford it. I have shit credit due to an ex husband, but I'm going for it any way. I called auto mart about the Scion, I was pre approved online for the Scion (HEADS UP pre approval doesn't mean dick at this sales lot) I was told to come in. When I got there , I made it clear I wanted the Scion, I told them how much I had to put down and that was it. I had to still get insurance . Pre-approval said 0 down and $485 a month. I was fine with that. Neither here nor there. To get into this car, I was told "$3000 down or a co-signer" by Mr Gutierrez . Those were the terms . I only had $1500. So I spent the whole damn day, contemplating over whether or not to involve a friend and ask her to Co-sign for me. I need a car for work. The car I had , literally just died the same day all this was happening . I was desperate. So I asked my friend of 12 years if she would do me this favor. She believes in me , and we have an understanding. She was aware how much pride I had to swallow just to ask, so of course she would cosign. It is now 6pm, i know she filled out the paperwork online , so I get an Uber to go back, pay them what I told them I had, and pick up the car. That is NOT what happened . My friend who shall remain nameless, has a credit score people can only dream of. Realistically, they should've given me what ever the f*** I wanted. I have a co signer. Some one who says they will pay, if for what ever reason I cannot. When I get there, I'm ready to pay and go, and all the sales people are talking at the desk. I was not even greeted this time around, just sat there, waiting. My salesman comes back with paperwork for a fucking Chevy equinox that costs upward of $24k are you fucking kidding me. Apparently, I don't qualify for the $8400 dollar car, but all of a sudden I'm approved for $24 k ? Make this shit make sense to me. I don't want to be up side down on a fucking loan until I'm dead. I wanted the Scion, I told these bastards I wanted the Scion , I was told I could have the Scion, for $3000 down or a co-signer. I brought them a co signer and they still came up with some bullshit, so they could kill me financially, put me in a loan that I was frankly uncomfortable with , just so this fucker Got a higher commission. Guess what genius ?? now ya got no commission. Sometimes greed backfires , I was desperate, not fucking stupid. You shoulda just sold me the car I asked for the car you TOLD ME I COULD HAVE with a co-signer, LIARS . This place does not give a shit about what you want, or what you can afford. They want to sell you something beyond your means so they can take it back from you and resell it 600 more times . They Tell me the bank wouldn't approve me because the car was older.. I call BULLSHIT! The bank would've approved a no collateral loan, with the co signer I had. And with that no collateral loan, I would've taken that cash and just handed it to them and bought the car out right. They know this. Trust me, if I know this , They definantly know this. Needless to say, this dealership is on its last leg, there were no other customers the three separate times I was there, which tells me, they are not doing something right. If anything. Do not go here. Have some pride in yourself. Have some faith in yourself and go to an actual dealership. Research what kind of car you want And stick with it, if you have good credit, then you have the option to go ANY WHERE else. If you have less than perfect credit , they will promise they can help you. They swore to me they would get me in a car. At the end of the day, they still want to charge me $3000 to put down on a car I didn't want and that cost exponentially more than I was willing to pay . BUYER BEWARE! Buying a car should be a happy occasion,, something special, and exciting. These guys fucking shit all over me, my car buying experience and my day. Watch yourself ..

I drove it home and then hopped on a flight with my family to Mexico the next morning. When I returned home, I found oil in my garage and then in my driveway. I climbed under the truck and was in disbelief that it was leaking oil. I told the dealership it was an oil pan leak. They stated, " There's no way. The truck had less than 100 miles on it." They picked it up and confirmed I was correct. It's a 24-hour job to repair it, as the motor has to come out. The pan was cracked when it came off the assembly line. 29 days later, they called me to pick up my truck. The job was extensive, so I knew there was a huge risk for human error. Ford had an oversight on their assembly line which created a chain reaction of events and issues with the vehicle. I told the dealership that if I wanted a used truck, I would have bought a used truck. I bought a truck that was brand new. This truck has been taken apart severely. I was dissatisfied and disappointed with my purchase. But at the end, the store General Manager John made it right. He is a stand-up guy and helped fight with Ford (manufacturer) which I appreciated. Despite the chaos this ordeal created the leadership at the store stood up to do their best to make it right for me. They put me as their customer 1st. This weekend, they delivered me a '26 F350 Platinum and reached out to my existing lender to finance the new vehicle and to match the terms. When you stop in to buy a vehicle be on the lookout for Sales Manager Tyler and Andrew. I recommend you track down Ben as he's a laid back easy going down to earth sales person. Stand up guys! Solid solid people. Things happen in life, nothing is ever perfect but to see a business put their customers first and make it right is unheard of anymore. They've earned my trust and respect to come back and buy another vehicle. When things go flawlessly it's easy to share that experience but what matters is when you have things not go well. It's important to know a business who will stand behind you. Thank you Schomp I will be back for another.
