Kammer's assistant Amber was meticulous, thorough, and intentional. Like she knows what she's doing. Kammer though? That's my boy now for life. I am a loyalist and don't like too much change when it comes to the people I choose to help maintain my health. He listened to me. He advised me well. There wasn't any cockiness or pomposity. He's just cool. He also knows what he's doing. This is all personal opinion though guys. About the actual work they did? My teeth are great! I have options. I actually want to shell out the coin for Invisalign. Because they didn't do any schmarmy upsell or try to push anything on me at all. Even after arranging a three-way call with my insurance on the line, they didn't answer and still refused to send over the necessary details on my behalf It's unfortunate because I would have likely rated them highly if they were willing to work to resolve these issues (insurance says they only need to call). This seems like the type of place that works well until something goes wrong--and when it does, you're on your own. If you're not willing to take that gamble, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Choosing Dr Peterson as a Dentist was one of the worst decisions of my life. She told me I had 8…read morecavities, after never having a cavity in my adult life and 3 years later, not having another since. I ended up moving several hours away from the Metro area and had to change dentists. He discovered that 2 of the 8 fillings she performed were bad - 1 fell out and the other still had a partial cavity underneath it. When I asked him whether he thought I needed those fillings, he was extremely diplomatic and said his software wasn't the same so he couldn't zoom in as much and that some dentists were more conservative than others. I think that was his professional way of not throwing her under the bus (what did he have to lose by agreeing that there were cavities that indeed needed fillings immediately). Although she fixed both for free, I now have pain in my teeth frequently - not just those that had to be repaired but others as well. Again, no cavities in my adult life discovered by other dentists before or after her. It is true that her staff is nice and she has a fancy office, but I had believed that dentists were medical professionals that look out for your health and wellbeing first rather than financial gains by doing unnecessary procedures. I now have an intense fear and distrust of all dentists and cannot iterate strongly how much I believe that she falsely diagnoses cavities and then performs shoddy work resulting in lifelong pain. I wish I would have gotten a second opinion before accepting her diagnosis.

I called the office to inquire about the letter and the female that answered the phone pulled up the letter and read it to me and this is what the letter said this: We take pride in our dentistry and in the relationships with our patients who believe in quality care. Confidence in our practice and understanding are key elements to successful treatment. it is lack of these important elements that leads us to this letter. It seems that your confidence has eluded us. I then asked what that means and she gave me no answer the only thing she said is that the letter states the reason and she is going to continue to keep saying that without reason. I asked if I could speak with someone else to get some answers and clarity as to why this is happening and she told me no that the letter states everything. I have no idea what you're confidence has eluded us. The employee that answered my call then hung up on me. I googled what does your confidence has eluded us means and this is what I got from google. This is what I got from google: "Based on dental industry language, the phrase "your confidence has eluded us" from a dentist's office most likely means that your fear, anxiety, or lack of trust has prevented them from being able to provide the necessary care" Now there was NEVER an issue that my family or I have had with not trusting them or feeling uncomfortable with the care they provided. they made my small children also feel comfortable as well.
