I've used Tyson as my property manager for 12+ years. I have said, over and over again, I wish all my properties could have Tyson manage them (no kidding!!). They are super organized and communicative. The leasing department is always on top of it and my rental is never empty for very long. Annual inspections and maintenance reports are super detailed and come out on time. They do automate some of the annual maintenance services, and sometimes if things are a little tight on my end, I'll find my own local handyman quotes and they have no problem with that (as long as licensed and insured). The accounting department provides detailed monthly statements and the end of the year ledger is a great relief at tax time, as well as the owner portal when we need a quick summary of things. From the very beginning, Tyson provided outstanding service for me as a landlord. Maybe there was some growing pains in the last few years, but what business doesn't? When I had questions, the owner called me personally to address my concerns and creative solutions were implemented to my satisfaction. I've only seen this property twice, from the outside!! But with Tyson managing my rental, I don't feel I ever need to go there because I trust them implicitly. I really feel like they treat my investment property with respect, and manage my costs as if it were coming out of their own bank account. If I knew then what I know now............ I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! read more

This company is the worst, to refer to how many properties they rent is not something that automatically gains bragging rights. The turnover in staff says it all. All I can say is RIP-OFF, to discuss following fair housing rules. Everyone who has education beyond high school knows that the playing field is not leveled. I fall into the category that most people probably do, and that's that I look for the quality of the home and location opposed to the property management company. I mean, that rarely enters your mind. You just look for a decent house at a decent price in a decent area and you're good right? Well not so fast! There is indeed a lot to be said about the rental company you need to deal with, and unfortunately, this never really dawns on you until you're dealing with a bad rental company. I give you... Tyson Properties! Now obviously I'm not the only one who feels this way, read the other reviews. A few bad reviews are expected, but when the majority of reviews are bad, that's no longer a coincidence, that's a trend! The bad reviews are there for a reason. In addition, notice how on pretty much every bad review someone from Tyson chimes in to dispute the bad review? NOT very professional. It's NOT a classy move Tyson folk. Instead you might want to address their concerns, rather than poo pooing their opinion of you (Social Media 101). Because this is an argument you'll NOT win! Public opinion and perception will trump your attempt at discrediting the reviews every time. Look, it's not as if they're horrendous! They're not rude on purpose, as far as I could surmise anyway. They just lack that personal connection. They really do not address concerns within the home they're collecting rent for and they're just too robotic! In one of their attempts to discredit a review here they pointed out the vast amount of homes they represent, and maybe that's the problem. Mass quantities of homes with not enough staff to really provide any real service. They just offer nothing but the home! Then when it's time to move out, look out! Where to start... We lived in our amazing home 9 years. Yes, 9 years! We were given the required 30 days to move out unfortunately we were not prepared to move right after Christmas. In 9 years you can imagine we had collected plenty of stuff which in 30 days is hard to pack, look for a handicap accessible house, plus come up with the up front costs of moving. It was an excruciating and frankly sad move. Now, post move- our move out cost was way higher than we expected. There is unfortunately nothing that you can do to rebut their decision due to the fact they use a 3rd party for their contracting. Which is fine but the cost seemed outrageous and almost as if they received a kick back from Tyson. Anyway... if you've read this far please know the selection of homes are nice. For me personally we had a handful of issues in 9 years that were difficult to resolve, overall issues were fixed timely. They have a super high turn over so dont expect to speak to the same person twice. Judy the finance person has been a pleasure to work with after moving out. Denied a two year tenant for accidentally marking 'No' when asked if a smoker on a new app for a new place through Tyson. Knew he smoked. Never late on rent. So yes, husband definitely got rude when told by Linda that he had been smoking in and on the property. Since Linda is being reasonable, I won't disclose every detail that happened. Some of the employees have been very responsive, and clearly they have customer service training in which they utilize very well. Wonderful customer service does nothing when you have to pay thousands of dollars to move in. When you get keys and move in you expect to move in, not have to take three days to clean and a day off to get a meeting with one maintenance person for you then have to talk to another. The home moved into was filthy! There was urine and feces "flakes" in every bathroom. If this home was inspected then the broken items would have been taken care of! Instead items are broken, I've had to take time off work when this should have already been done! The dishwasher handle was broken, the ice maker doesn't work, the water dispenser is close to not working, the oven door outside seal was hanging off (so they shoved it back down the front of the oven door, the sliding screen door track was broken, the sinks and tub drains were clogged, but yet this home had "inspections done and was cleaned by their most senior cleaner". The lack of care and pride put into the homes before keys are handed over is worrisome, we are in the midst of a pandemic and this home was so dirty when keys were handed over and to be told "sorry some people's clean is not others" and "oh that item should have been taken care of the last tenant so I'll send it in again" and the maintenance person taking photos of the disgusting drain because even he was surprised at how gross it was...not impressed by the management and ownership of Tyson. I have read every review on yelp and google. I find it VERY disturbing that whomever is responding to the reviews seems defensive, and argumentative. They reply to EVERY review. They try to discredit the reviewer, and attempt to make the reviewer appear at fault, or to blame. You don't need to do that. Own up to what's happening, apologize, and move forward. I have since decided not to look or rent from Tyson Properties for this reason alone. The lady on the phone was nice. But whoever is in charge of their social media, needs to re-evaluate how they do business. The folks responsible for maintenance issues at Tyson are amazing. Extremely attentive to the tenants and I believe good stewards of the homeowners repair budgets. Requests are handled quickly and there is always great communication. We have over three years experience dealing with them and have yet to have any problems. They are more than willing to get you into a rental once you sign a 28 page lease, and you put down a hefty security deposit. But, once you decide you don't want the rental, they become a rude property management and they take their time to give back your deposit. We were the lucky ones who actually got our security deposit back. Be careful and try not to rent from any property management group. read more

I thought I wrote a review about this company, but I guess it was deleted. I rented from this company in 2012 after being referred by the tenant whose house I was going to rent. I was told that not only was the owner great, but the property management was amazing. Fast forward April 2013, I advised Tyson that because of an illness, I was going to be late on the rent, and that I will include any late fees by April 6 (late fees are collected after the 3rd). I communicated by email to have proof saved. I got a call a week later indicating that the landlord doesnt want the late rent, and that we had to move. I went to court to fight it, and WON. The judge laughed in their face because they were just plain ol GREEDY. Anywhoo, I told the judge and Tyson that since the landlord had been grimey, I decided to take my business elsewhere because I did not want to have to deal with the pressure God forbid circumstances made it impossible to pay by the 3rd. I Paid my rent as agreed, broke my lease without penalty, moved out, and was happy...so I thought. About 2 months later, I get a knock on my door, at my new home. No one knew my address. It was the LANDLORD from the house I rented with Tyson. These sons of bitches gave the landlord my personal information (social, new address, etc...) and he came to my house and THREATENED my life, my kids life, and the life of my then unborn child if I didn't pay him back any past due rent (there wasn't any because I paid what was owed, and GTFO) I called Tyson and ripped not only the property manager a new asshole, but her boss, after playing the whole "I don't know how they got your information" No matter what their lease says, they're not worth the headache. read more

I've been a renter for almost 9 years and I have to say there must of been a change of ownership or management within the last year and a half. I was charged a huge late fee when I missed the grace period. Mind you, the grace period allows 2 extra days past the 1st but those days happened to be on the weekend (when they are closed). I have to work weekends so it was difficult to get there that Friday. They used to have a night drop when they were downtown but the new location does not and will not according to them. I was told they don't have to because they provide an online site to pay rent (at $40 extra). I have had my bank account hacked using sites like these so I try to stay with a check (which is also a $5 fee but I can't get around it). I was told they can't make accomodations for anyone because it wouldn't be fair. If they are really concerned with fairness, they would understand that if they are closed on days that are within the grace period, then considerations should be made. Did I mention that they then required me to go get a cashier's check with over $100 in penalties plus bank fees on top. If that situation wasn't enough, they now are requiring me to register my pet and have since tried to penalize me for an unauthorized pet that I had approved in 2014 by them! I had to have an inspection because of the pet they say is unauthorized which I believe is their way of trying to push me out and they are using everything in their power to do this. My pet was approved with them and I even paid the extra $300 deposit for him because it was my second dog (they also scolded me because I didn't report my other dog's death last year since I was approved for both dogs but I now only have one (huh?). All because I told them the dog was a mix when they put on the lease a different breed (again, they made the mistake, not me). I have records of all this crap because this is heading down a very bad road. There used to be some really nice people working there and I'm fairly certain that ownership changed hands and these people are all about fees and add ons and not tenant loyalty. Don't get me started about the broken dishwasher that I have asked them to repair on two seprate occasions with no reply in sight. read more

These people are hard to contact, when we need something addressed or taken care of, it takes us days to get a hold of our property manager, just leave a message? Nope, that doesn't work. We met and talked to the house owner, she was very nice very professional and obliging. When Tyson properties failed to do the simplest tasks, we asked for the property owner's information, they denied this. Reciting some obviously unsubstantial legal crap. Oh and Joke is on you jackasses, I put a drill hole in one wall, and a 357 Magnum bullet hole in another. Middle South room. Stuck it. The current house we are living in needs a serious... bulldozer. We rented from Tyson for almost three years. We choose Tyson because at the time they had a four star rating average on many rating sites including yelp and Google. The first year was great. Prompt service fixing things that were broken (including a brand new water heater the first month in the house after the other one exploded) and the home inspection was quick, and they set up an appointment where we could be home, and the owner allowed us to add another dog onto the lease easily! The second year is when things started to get weird. We called in to ask why our rent was being raised and found out that we had a new lease manager ( the third of at least 4 that we know of). She was a little off putting and wouldn't explain to us why our rent was inexplicabilily raised. She then called my fiancé in April and told us that our " landlord was in an accident and is now a quadrapalegic"and we need to basically leave "yesterday". I called and spoke to her to get more information on our being asked to vacate the house ASAP, and she said we would not be penalized at any time for leaving before our lease was up, we would follow standard move out procedures, and our rent would be pro rated to our date of key turn in. We then got our notice for house inspection, it said there was a specific time they would be there and all pets needed to be gone from the property, and the inspector would come into our house even if no one was home to photograph the property. We never got a reason as to why this was now intrusive, unlike the year before when we made an appointment. I was able to stay home for the appointment because I was given the day off due to my dog having passed away the day before. Needless to say I was a teary wreck the whole inspection, and had to watch this woman walk around the house and photograph my belongings. ( they say they won't take photos of your personal items, but I saw a couple of the photos she took, and they were very inclusive of some electronics we had in the house). Meanwhile, we were scrambling to buy a house and were able to get a closing date at the end of July. I contacted Tyson to let them know we were ready to move out to fulfill the end of our lease, and lo and behold, we had yet a new property manager who at the beginning was " unable to locate any information about Tyson asking you to vacate the property". Getting in contact with our newest property manager took a handful of emails and multiple phone calls and unanswered voicemails. When they finally agreed that yes, they had asked us to leave, they told us the owner had revoked his offer, and wanted us to stay in the house. They had no evidence that the offer had been revoked, save for a wierd email that said " the owner has stated the offer expired". And that if we left the property we would be responsible for a $500 lease break fee and we would have to pay for any months on our lease that the house wouldn't be rented for. I understand that was in our lease, but I think we would have thought differently knowing that was what would happen if we had to leave under any other circumstances. Two week of fighting them on this, I ended up getting a lawyer, and when I let them know I had talked to a lawyer, they magically said the owner decided to let us out of our lease. In the end, I would NEVER recommend Tyson to anyone looking to rent a house in albuquerque. They only seem concerned about money, and how much they can get out of their tenants and homeowners. Please avoid this company. They clearly have high turnover and no way to pass records along for each property they manage. Our mortgage payment on a house we own is basically loads less than what we were paying for rent, and it's in the same area and we have a larger property and house. read more

My husband and I have rented from Tyson for 2 years now. When we've had any maintenance issues, they've been prompt and had our issues resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The people they send out are always courteous and respectful of our time and items. We've had 2 different managers and both have been professional while being friendly. We found their multi-page contract easy to read and understand. It takes time to read but there's nothing left to question later. We would highly recommend this property management company. They work hard at a not so easy job. Not only are they expected to keep the tenant happy, they also have to keep the owner of the property happy. This has to be the worst management company ever! High turnover rate among staff. They keep all late fees. They charge $150 for advertising a month. My property was not rented for more than 3 months and still not (it is in one of the best neighborhoods of Albuquerque). They merely put advertisements in local publications and let people check out the keys. That is all they do to try and rent up the house! In addition to their management fee they make money on maintenance surcharges, annual review fee, advertising fee. It is fees, fees, fees and no work. Don't get me started on what they don't do... they don't pay the mortgage, they don't pay the HOA bill, they don't pay the tax bill, they don't pay the insurance bill. All the other management companies that I deal with in other states pays these bills out the rent collected. Run, Don't walk from this company! As a landlord I've come to find Tyson uses some unreliable sub-contractors & fails to monitor the work performed. Repairs we've paid for were not up to acceptable standards and in one case cleaning crew stole items being stored on property. Response to Tyson Properties: Bob you have a few of your facts wrong and I believe you miss the point on the low rating I gave you. Tyson properties had the keys from the tenant PRIOR TO any items being stored on property and had approximately 2 week to clean the property after the tenant vacated and turned in the keys, but didn't get the work done. Because I needed to store items and couldn't wait longer than those 2 weeks I did so only because it took your company so long to schedule cleaning and repairs. Additionally the cleaning crew was informed, by Tyson Properties, there would be items stored onsite and as Bob H. accurately states threw our stuff in the trash. Likewise after I brought this to Tyson's attention many but not all of the items were returned. Tyson reached out to the cleaning crew to "make things right" but the cleaning crew refused to provide any excuse or financial assistance which is fine, but gets to the larger point that Tyson's service is impacted by its choice of poor subcontractors. I didn't demand any compensation rather my review is to warn other landlords of the lack of controls in the processes Tyson has in place. As to other issues I raised outside of the cleaning. Today my living room ceiling has a very visible repaired tape joint from a repair done over 1 year ago that we paid for before the last tenant moved in. Prior outside painting of stucco is of poor quality in terms of matching. These are repair items from 1 year + which were of poor quality and obviously a part of repair work I paid for in the past and would have assumed were fine had I not returned to the property. I also requested work on another patch for which I was charged but the work wasn't completed along with other various items. What I've learned from being a landlord of many years with Tyson as a management company is your property's condition will deteriorate much faster than it should. This is because Tyson hires subpar subcontractors and chooses not to monitor their work to ensure the job for which the landlord is billed is actually performed at a satisfactory level. Tyson charges top dollar (11% of rent) to manage properties. When comparable management companies charge 8 - 12% I expect that if Tyson chooses to charge towards the top of that scale they will monitor their subcontractors better. Future landlords, list your property with Tyson at your own risk. Tenant damage, subcontractor, problems, etc are not the fault of Tyson. But it becomes their fault/responsibility to manage and oversee their subcontractors so that those items can be repaired. In my experience I can see many times of the years I had my home managed by Tyson repair work I paid for was done poorly. It took me moving back to New Mexico (I was out of state while a landlord) to see the effect of years of management neglect. read more

I would rate them a 0 if I could but unfortunately cannot. All they worry about is getting sued by the Tennent. They would never pick up the phone and the service was horrible. AND the person living there was a HOARDER!!!! There was mold on the floor and we had to get the floors replaced. Because of all this trouble the Tennant quickly ran out of her deposit she placed when she first moved in. So Tyson made us pay for the floors and other things that SHE damaged because they didn't want to get sued. I thought that was a risk they would have to take. them being property managers. read more

Next! I paid my rent on time for the 3 years while I rented from the agency. My job transferred me out of state (notification of transfer 2 days after renewal of 3 months). I was told to pay the remainder of the months rent which is understandable, plus the following month of rent (would be prorated until new signed lease and returned). The house was rented out the first or 2nd week of the following month but the lease that was signed, was future dated for the 10th of the following month. Tyson properties charged me to hold the property 1.5 month for the new tenants which should not be my responsibility when the home was move-in ready. (Keep in mind, although i needed to find housing when initially relocating to ABQ, they were very clear they could not hold the property for me while I made a decision - not even an hour). Out of the deposit(s) and month and change paid ($2100), I received close to $500 back. Fees included: $500 early lease cancel (2 days after renewal), uploading original pictures for advertisement on their website, expensive carpet cleaning, RE LOCK of all doors, CRIME CHECK report, remaining utilities after my departure through tenants arrival, expensive cleaning, and many other nonsense items (I will pull from storage and post at a later time). Experiences while in the property - it's a house and things can happen. Tyson has an online repair request or they can be made in writing. Things that went wrong while in the house - air conditioning went out, water heater malfunction, major malfunction of drain in kitchen..twice, typical bug. Although each repair was addressed, it was not timely and was an inconvenience to me as a tenant. Why? I left work multiple times to meet the repair person and they would either not show or call 1 hour after appointment time to indicate the need to reschedule or a even later start time. Overall, I LOVED my house in Albuquerque and made it my very own. I would have preferred to deal directly with the owner vs. Tyson Properties. The exit process with Tyson and the commitment to integrity is concerning. The customer experience was not taken into account - leaving me to believe Tyson is only about the dollar and their gain. I do not ever anticipate working with Tyson again - I would never recommend them to anyone. ****Thank you for your three year tenancy. As you indicated you signed a lease agreement, which clearly spells out all cost a tenant will incur when they break a lease. Those expenses you incurred are listed in your signed leas**** The comment below made in response to my post is the exact mentality that Tyson Properties has on everything. Never do they have any accountability as they could never do no wrong. I did in fact sign a lease - two days later a transfer was placed and there was absolutely no leeway from Tyson. I paid the fees accordingly however based off the break, then the tenant becomes responsible for everything - even holding the property on YOUR dollar while it sits vacant for new tenants. A lack of accountability is even below with stating "these are not our employees" - it is a vendor you use so at the end of the day it's a reflection of your company. Recommendation: DO NOT lease from this company. If for some reason you have to do so, CONSULT your attorney to review the contract. Security deposit is outrageous. We deposited $1400 and end of our term they charged us $3000 for move out cleaning, yard work, floor work and fixing nails. We felt that they are using our deposit money to fix all small detail of the house. They are very nice when you sign the contract but don't reveal how harsh they can be when the move out time comes. The contract is very lengthy (~ 30 pages) and we never got any time to read it though and paid the penalty. Please beware of this notoriety of this property management before renting from them. Rented a house from Tyson in the NE Heights last year. I agree with what others say- rude not friendly people. I can live with that. However, what I cant live with is when the roof developed a leak we called them to let them know. The PM acted like she could care less and told us we needed to fill out a "service request form" before they would do anything- huh? Are you kidding? I need to fill out your form to come fix the roof of the house you are responsible for managing? I can understand this if I was requesting something extra- however we were just trying to be good tenants by letting them know THEY had a problem- they are the worst. What they didn't know is that we were only temporary renting while we looked for something permanent along with income property. I can't do less than 1 star? Oh well. Linda was lovely. Truly. We are getting ready to relocate to the Albuquerque market. After missing out on a house that went really fast from another company, when the perfect listing came up at Tyson we jumped on it. It had all of the space we needed for our family and then some, the price was right, it accepted pets. We called to confirm that pets were acceptable, as we have a dog AND cat. Yes, PETS are acceptable on approval from the owner. Okay, I have a CAT and a DOG. There aren't restrictions? Pets acceptable on approval with an application, restrictions (breed) are on the website. I stressed that I was driving 450 miles from out of state to meet the "have to see in person before applying" requirement, confirmed the pet policy one more time. The response I received was "yes, come see us!" I drove 8 hours, got a hotel on a holiday weekend, signed out keys and viewed the property - it was GORGEOUS, everything we needed, wanted and more - filled out an application, handed them a couple of checks and drove 8 hours back home mentally moving in. 36 hour trip, $80+ hotel room, ~$300 in gas, food, etc, 1000+ miles on my car. Monday morning they called to inform me they were rejecting our application because "the owner does not want cats now or in the future in the property. The owner sets the policy." We attempted to negotiate, offering the moon and stars: extra deposits, extra rent, nonrefundable deposits, carpet replacement at an agreed upon rate, tell us what you want - we're not entirely confident the offers were presented to the owner - and still no. Get rid of the cat and they'll consider your application. After speaking to 5 people within the company I got "we apologize for the inconvenience."And I was told in the future they'll be more specific about pets and they have changed the listing to "dogs only." I GET that the owner sets the policy, as they should. And I can respect the owners decision. What my problem is, is that I was told that I had to see the home to "avoid any misrepresentation of the property from online pictures." Yet "pets allowed" when it is expressly "DOGS ONLY" and I specifically asked about my cat and dog seems like a pretty huge misrepresentation to me! Have since found out they REALLY don't know the owners preference on pets until after they have received an application. This would have been important info to share with an out of state prospective tenant BEFORE telling me to "come see them." And given what I did to try to secure the property, "we apologize for your inconvenience" from one out of five people spoken to is a complete slap in the face. I cannot believe in their "17 years of property management" hey have never dealt with an out of state tenant and this has never come up as an issue! Tyson rental is garbage! If you have a choice do not rent from these guys. They lie,make up false claims to keep your deposit because they know their renters are low income folks and can't afford to take them to small claims court to try and get back money that is rightfully ours. My fiance and I are currently renting from Tyson Property and I am finding there home assessment policy to be an invasion of our privacy. The privacy which we were guaranteed when we moved in. Not only are they doing a second assessment which make no sense because that take my time but I have contacted them about the homes owner taking photos of my children playing in the backyard. When I contacted them about that they stated they could do nothing about it now they want me to let this man into .my home. Or let them preform the visit when I'm not home. Yeah that's not going to happen like I'm going to trust people I don't know of into my house. The fact is I wish we had never rented from Tyson Property. Definitely wont be referring to anybody. I rarely call them for anything for the property of been renting for almost two years. Last month we woke up and the heater was not working. I called for maintenance to fix the problem. They came out and fixed it then Tyson billed me for the thermostat. They said we broke it which is a bunch of bull. I've been using the unit for almost two years. We all know things break in a home. Um that's why i'm renting. Im a single mom just getting by and in the last 2 months they've managed to charge an extra 500.00 dollars along with my rent. I take good care of this property and tried to voice my concerns to the office. But, they weren't hearing it. read more

We just got into a year lease with this company, what a mistake! We switched our money from savings to checking and when they went to pull the money out we defaulted. Definitely our mistake we should of notified them, but we caught it and paid them the next day still 4 days ahead of time. Our credit score is 800, we never miss payments and have given them a track record to prove it. They are assessing a $35 fee for the default. I would understand if this was late, or we didn't catch our mistake. Absolutely disrespectful and shows that $35 is more important than a happy loyal customer. STAY AWAY!!!! THEY ARE AWFUL! Plus half the stuff in the home had issues when we moved in. They could care less about their customers. read more

Terrible property management company. They operate at their own convenience. Inquired about a property twice online and asked for a return call. I called myself and per the receptionist I drove to the office the first day and was told they didn't have keys and I'd receive a call back...of course no call back. Followed up a few days later and still no response. A few days later drove back to the office, as the property was still be shown as available, and as I was filling out the key deposit was told "oh, I guess that's pending". The receptionist was impersonal at best, which is not surprising as it underscores the complete lack of disregard and professionalism shown by these folks. Its unfortunate this company represents clients' properties with this level of service. I'd recommend considering others. read more

I used to think these people were fairly reasonable, but just received what's left of my $1000 security deposit. These people charged me for everything under the sun, things that I shouldn't be responsible for. This unfortunately continued to support the notion that all Real Estate property managers are thieves. Why should I be responsible for hedge trimming in a townhome complex or paying for the removal of stuff that was severely worn and needed replacement due to its age ? I don't mind paying reasonable costs, but they obviously don't understand the notion of reasonable"wear and tear". In my home state that is illegal. Really poor experience. After placing the worst Tennant imaginable, they took their full commission and disappeared. I have tried multiple times to get them to help with this situation but all communications go unanswered. I now sit with a terrible tenant, no payment for past 3 months, legal fees to get him evicted and Tyson has taken no responsibility and been no help, just disappeared with their cut. Terrible company to rent from. The women who work in the office are rude and very unprofessional. Our yard had many weeds before we moved, which Tyson told us they would take care of (since this was an issue BEFORE move-in). They never took care of it and charged us for it upon move-out. If I could give this company Zero Stars, I would. From the very beginning, this company and the people who represent Tyson are extremely incompetent and the worst property management group we have dealt with EVER, and we have moved around enough times to be able to say that. They lie to you about property amenities, put a home on the market when it's clearly Not Move-In Ready and make you pay for every day. This company is crap. Literally. Do yourself a favor and lease somewhere else. She has expertly handled every aspect of managing our rental property in Rio Rancho, with proactive guidance especially in challenging circumstances. I wish there was an option for zero stars! This company is beyond awful! I have put in multiple work orders with no response, called with questions and never received a call back. No matter how nice condition you leave the house in they are already planning to automatically deduct for added carpet cleaning! We hired professional cleaners to clean our house before move out. It was spotless, we never saw a penny of our security deposit. They are constantly wanting to send people over to inspect the house but they are only available Mon-Fri 9-3! I got tired of taking of work to accommodate their needs when they never accommodated ours. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY, or you will regret it. If you see the TYSON logo on a house listing, don't even bother looking. I could go on for days about the things that are wrong with this company. read more
