    I've used Tyson as my property manager for 12+ years. I have said, over and over again, I wish all…read moremy properties could have Tyson manage them (no kidding!!). They are super organized and communicative. The leasing department is always on top of it and my rental is never empty for very long. Annual inspections and maintenance reports are super detailed and come out on time. They do automate some of the annual maintenance services, and sometimes if things are a little tight on my end, I'll find my own local handyman quotes and they have no problem with that (as long as licensed and insured). The accounting department provides detailed monthly statements and the end of the year ledger is a great relief at tax time, as well as the owner portal when we need a quick summary of things. From the very beginning, Tyson provided outstanding service for me as a landlord. Maybe there was some growing pains in the last few years, but what business doesn't? When I had questions, the owner called me personally to address my concerns and creative solutions were implemented to my satisfaction. I've only seen this property twice, from the outside!! But with Tyson managing my rental, I don't feel I ever need to go there because I trust them implicitly. I really feel like they treat my investment property with respect, and manage my costs as if it were coming out of their own bank account. If I knew then what I know now............ I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

All I can say is RIP-OFF, to discuss following fair housing rules. Everyone who has education beyond high school knows that the playing field is not leveled. This is why there is no middle class HELLO!!!! DO NOT RENT WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. The maintenance staff is a joke. They charge you for everything despite not having A-1 properties. I would not refer my enemy to this place. If they showed half the interest in their tenants like the rent that is collected. This company would receive 5 stars. It is another blood sucking money hungry making business that lacks common decency, morale or compassion. The property I rented was dirty prior to my move in. There were some disastrous things that took place. Unfortunately, this is one of the result of deregulation and bought politicians.

    The worst quality & unprofessional realty service we've encounter. We rented the property via the…read morenet and assumed we were receiving this unit in a decent condition. The property was given to us in a filthy condition. The realty company was informed immediately & the issues we encounter with the trash in the yard and the dirt & grime were never fully resolved. Once our lease was up the Pam Harris the owner tried to "intimidate" us to sign another lease by verbal threats of immediately increasing the rent by 10%. We refused to bend to this intimidation and then she immediately became more aggressive by demanding to know when we were leaving. This property is in such a disgusting condition that the neighbors are hoping they will sell. They've also informed us they had a difficult time getting renters. This (IMO) is why they are trying to squeeze every penny out of us they can. On top of this, getting things fixed is never a smooth process. I continually have to send reminders. We gave our 30 day notice & Pquail realty's response was we need to pay rent past a 30 day notice because of the day of the month we sent our 30-day notice. This office has treated us very poorly on top of renting us a home that was previously occupied by a mechanic who worked on cars at the unit (we are informed by the neighbors & all the oil dumped in the yard & not cleaned). There's also car repair debris throughout the yard. We have never been late paying rent & have taken really good care of the unit. I would not use their services as ( in my experience/opinion) they look for every opportunity to do the bare minimum & while wanting more & more. The owner is extremely unprofessional in my interactions with her. She has accused us of removing items from the yard that were gone before we moved. This shows me that she didn't assess the property upon receipt of it. She also lack professionality by preferring to bicker rather than act on resolutions. The cleaning crew she hires does an adequate job & leaves the messes partially cleaned or not at all.

Good people, good work ethic...honest and balanced in their approach to everything. Not only would I go through them again to rent, I would hire their services if I had property or needed real estate help! They are not only knowledgeable, but well founded...a rare gem!

The team at Deacon also does an excellent job of qualifying tenants and acting as an effective intermediary between us. So, of course, when life served me up the need to find a li'l place of my own to rent I went first to Deacon. Now I can tell the story of how they treat the tenants; a) with respect by each human I have the opportunity to connect with via phone, text or e-mail b) with efficiency, using tech to limit my time investment and c) working with me to accommodate my situation in one of their (as I already know) well-managed properties.     I have a friend who lives in their property on Columbia NE. I believe 424 Columbia SE. I have never…read morebeen in such a hovel. I am personally reporting them to the housing authority. This place is so awful and what is with that horrible fence in the front. It smells it is dirty and I saw mice inside the apartment that had been reported and they never did anything. I am from the east coast I know how to get a cities attention for a slumlord like this. They are going to be so sorry they didn't fix this place up and instead just raises rent every time they get a chance. Kyle Deacon you are going to regret you brought this building and became a slumlord
