I recently replaced my original dw with a new Asko from Ackerman's, whose technician and I ran into problems that called for an oscillating saw (neither of us had one and it would have taken an hour to locate and obtain one from a neighbor) but were solved with hammer, chisel, muscle, and skill (none of it mine). Clog was a plunger issue and not a frozen pipe. I assume it was frozen because it was coming up in shower. Everything was rushed. Left. I ran the water and shower backed up with disgusting things again. Never checked that problem was resolved. I called right away and they came back with an attitude and plunged shower. Acted like he was doing me a favor and told me he would not charge me for return call. Really? Paid a grand and pretty much did nothing. To top it all off, did not reinstall toilet correctly so I had to deal with that. Total money grab as a result of having a machine that others do not. Never again. Would have posted review sooner. I was prompted by service in my house in New Jersey. Main line clogged. Plumber was here for close to two hours with all kinds of equipment. Less than half the price to fix Aa very screwed up situation. Unlike the other folks, who did absolutely nothing in terms of clean up, did his best to clean the mess left behind. Beware.
