The burglars crawl right over the top each time. A grate or wire top should be on top of each unit. They have no security service or security checks. Get the optional insurance plan if you're going to use them. Take a picture of everything you put in storage and have an itemized list of everything for the insurance. The insurance policy will pay off, but they want a lot of documentation. Save yourself the aggravation and trouble. Owner doesn't seem to care from all the victims I have talked to.

No spare tire on the trailer it was over an hour away. Get the spare on and it about blows because the trailer is not functionable. Had to pay $350 to have the trailer towed back. A 3 hour day turned into a 13 hour day. They put the wrong trailer on the paper work and then changed it to the right one afterwards. Front desk lady was making snobby comments and rude. Then they only wanted to pay for the flat and not the tow. So were out $350 for a trailer that wasn't even drivable with any load. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
