Our storage unit has been broken into twice in the the last 60 days. The Site Manager is very nice…read moreand as helpful as she can be.The company or whoever the owner is will not do anything to secure the top of the larger storage units. The burglars crawl right over the top each time. A grate or wire top should be on top of each unit. They have no security service or security checks. Get the optional insurance plan if you're going to use them. Take a picture of everything you put in storage and have an itemized list of everything for the insurance. The insurance policy will pay off, but they want a lot of documentation. Save yourself the aggravation and trouble. Owner doesn't seem to care from all the victims I have talked to.

They don't upkeep the facility and dirt and dust as well as insects and bugs travels underneath the doors into your unit because they do not maintain the seals on the bottom of the doors. She asked me when I was going to stop by and I said within 20 minutes. She stated that she was going to leave to take a lunch, but did not want to take off until I arrived, to verify the access code would work. That really impressed the heck out of me that someone would put off taking a lunch to make sure that I did not have any problems with my new rental.

Will never do business here again. We own two business and will need trailers often but will take…read moreour business elsewhere. Rented a trailer. Had a blowout over an hour away. No spare tire on the trailer it was over an hour away. Get the spare on and it about blows because the trailer is not functionable. Had to pay $350 to have the trailer towed back. A 3 hour day turned into a 13 hour day. They put the wrong trailer on the paper work and then changed it to the right one afterwards. Front desk lady was making snobby comments and rude. Then they only wanted to pay for the flat and not the tow. So were out $350 for a trailer that wasn't even drivable with any load. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
