For both options, customers may choose between 10'x10', 10'x15' or 10'x25' units. I called the company to use my coupon for a 10'x25' storage unit. The manager told me that I could only get a 10'x10' storage unit as this was the only size available. I asked if I could get two of these at the same price as this would equal a 10'x20' size. The manager stated that I would have to purchase another Groupon coupon if I wanted more space or for me to contact Groupon for a refund. At this time the company has sold 50 of these coupons and is offering only the 10'x10 size unit. This is a classic example of what I consider to be a bait and switch offer. The store manager also stated that the Groupon sale webpage for this offer stated that these units were on a first come first serve basis. This is absolutely false as no such information was stated in the offer. I contacted Groupon and told them how this company had not fulfilled their promise in their ad and therefore I cancelled my order. Groupon looked at the ad placed by Wise Moving Company and U-Haul Center and agreed that the company indeed did not have any such information in the ad stating that this was a first come first serve basis. I received an e-mail from Groupon stating that my credit card would be credited for my purchase. The Groupon representive I spoke to also offered her apology for having been treated badly by this company. I will not be recommending Wise Moving Company as a company to patronize.

It was not only closer to my house, but cleaner, in a better area, safer with secured garage docks and carts for unloading, and best of all it's more reasonably priced at just $57 (close to the price I first paid 4 years ago at the other place) with the first month free! As an added bonus, Don, provided friendly and courteous service. He didn't just hand me a paper with gate codes, he walked me through it and showed me around. I would have been fine on my own, but the extra service was appreciated. If you think storage is storage, you're wrong! Don't become a complacent sucker just because you don't want to deal with moving your stuff. Places like Public Storage apparently take advantage of that and raise rates often within the same year, hoping you'll just go along with it. Do your homework and find out there's a better way to store your items. For now, that place is StorageMart, but don't think I won't be keeping them honest. Oh yeah, I'm watching you StorageMart. Each of these moves has involved old, kind of fragile, really meaningful family furniture, and it has always gotten where it needs to go in perfect condition. I carefully prepared by packing additional boxes, labeling everything clearly, and organizing where items should go in the new apartment. About three hours into the move, the crew said the truck was full and left a large amount of my belongings behind at the original house. When we arrived at the apartment, the movers damaged the floor in the entryway and initially denied responsibility even after I showed them photos of the condition beforehand. The service advertised as "white glove" was never delivered. Items removed from walls were not rehung, furniture was not fully set up, and much of the crew stood around waiting for payment while the job remained incomplete. To make matters worse, I paid over $2,000, and the company ultimately refused to return to finish the job. I was left with three truckloads of my belongings still at the house, which I then had to move myself. The movers themselves were polite, but the planning, coordination, and follow-through from management were extremely disappointing. I expected professional service and instead experienced property damage and an incomplete move.
