Nope walked all the way back over to the office, just to have him walk around and get right in. I got ahold of corporate to help with the problem and got hung up on 3 times. Yes I was mad and being very vocal. They kept transferring me to different people who had not a clue why I was transferred to them. End result im going to get out of there. No matanice no customer service no knowledge of their own property. My advice dont get a unit here.

Access at any time of the day or night was super easy. The property, inside and out, was always very clean and well lit. Climate control was great. We traveled around for 30 years in the military and this property is by far the best we've ever come across. If I ever need a storage unit again in Omaha these folks will be my first call.

It was no fault of our own, just poorly maintained equipment. I had to pay out 12 man hours while we waited 4 hours for them to come swap it out with a new one, not including the troubleshooting time on the phone. While they were there they repaired the original one and left. There was no mention of a service fee or anything while I called to let them know about the troubles. After finishing the job and returning the equipment, I called to figure out compensation for the wasted time (suggested by the technicians that came out to repair it since we were told it wasn't our fault) and got old that they technically should've charged me a $250 service call fee (for their equipment failure) but will be kind enough to waive it for the troubles. This is what I (a woman) was told. I tried to push the issue further but the manager wouldn't budge. I felt taken advantage of. I relayed my frustrations to my husband (man) about them threatening to charge me for their equipment failure and how I felt taken advantage of by them. He ended up calling and they immediately offered to reimburse $87 for the troubles (doesn't even touch the man hours paid out.) This wasn't even my husband's job. He wasn't involved with this at all, but yet they were willing to work with him on a solution? Against better judgement i reserved the lift again to do the lights take down. I would have gone elsewhere, but was in a pinch and everywhere else was booked out. I went to pick it up and the morning of was told they won't rent it to me because I've had too many issues with them in the past. Once again, wasting man hours after confirming the rental and sending someone an hours drive to pick it up. This has been my first time renting from them personally. I have worked for other companies that have used their rentals with just as many issues, but was in need of a lift so settled for them. Their equipment is poorly maintained. Their customer service is horrible. Their prices are high for the junk they rent. I fumbled around this morning to find another company to rent from and ran into a place with great customer service, fair prices and well maintained equipment.Thank goodness their are still good respectable businesses out there! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLES AND AVOID HONEYMAN RENT-ALL AT ALL COSTS!!!!

After reading through some of the negative reviews here, I would only come to a conclusion that these negative reviews come from negative people. I have rented from here dozens of times and they have never let me down. Just the opposite. I had many positive suggestions from JC to help me with my project. He spoke with me on the phone and when I arrived. As an experienced tradesman for 25 years this June, it is surprising that there is not more people out there to serve, but grateful when I get the much needed help I do and these guys come through. Their selection and availability is the top in the industry. I will continue to use and recommend them.

Usually, Budget is not a purveyor of upper eschelon rental experiences however I was blown away at the selection at Eppley. 2021 BMW X6s, X5s, X3s, brand new Dodge Ram 2500 Limiteds, Expeditions with all the options, even their Camry's seemed to be a good mix of SE, as well as higher trim XSE and XLE, 4Runner TRD Off Roads instead of the typical lower end SR5 on rental lots. I chose a 2021 BMW X3 M40i. I could not believe they had this car. It was an enjoyable drive, very well equipped, and surpassed my needs for a escape from my sentence in Omaha, Nebraska. While it was not unlimited miles their mileage charge was reasonable and included 100 miles per day with the rental fee. I inquired as to why their selection was so great, Budget Nebraska simply uses the booking system of Budget for their rental business and it is not under the corporate umbrella, or so I was told. I have rented from a similar situation in Wyoming (that I would never recommend) but the group in Nebraska completely blew my socks off. The cars were all new with higher trim levels/option packages than I'm used to at rental companies, the service was acceptable, and the price was reasonable. I'd recommend renting from Budget at Eppley Field in Omaha, Nebraska if you ever end up there.

You cannot contact the local company and all you can do is communicate with people at an 800 number. These people have no concern for your situation and don't provide any help if anything goes wrong. If the driver shows up at a wrong time, it is on you, not them. Very non-personal, cold, customer service that isn't the least bit concerned with helping you when things go wrong. Avoid at all costs and find another company in the area that provides the same service. After I booked them, I heard there were much better companies to work with that actually care about their customers and are less expensive.

Now, after multiple calls where I am never called back the investigation that they promised has not been started. The POD is still across the country. They just want me to pay storage fees forever while never delivering the POD. If I want, when they do decide to ship it half way across the country I can get a large truck, hire people. Have the truck loaded. Drive 60 miles. Pay for the rental till I get it all unloaded at my house. Return the truck and drive back home all while paying for extra storage time. The nice thing is though, They offered to charge me only $2400 instead of the $2600 to move it from LA to IA. I told them to shove the savings. PODS lied. They do not offer the service they promise and then will insult you with a 10% off coupon by way of apology. I think that instead a lawsuit for all extra costs incurred will work better.
