After sending requests to 4 businesses, Brando was the first to respond (within 5 minutes). He was extremely polite and professional in our initial messaging. In addition, he was very knowledgeable and gave me a very accurate estimate even before seeing what needed to be thrown away. Since the day I would need his services would be till the following Saturday and I did not know exactly how much was going to be handed, I did not officially set an appointment. Two days prior to Saturday, Brando was the only person who had followed up with me. Little did he know I actually ended up needing trash thrown that day. Although his schedule was extremely booked up, he was able to come to the house that evening and take my items. He gave me tremendous value for what I paid! The next day (Friday), I ended up with even more things I needed discarded. I called Brando that evening and although his schedule was tight, he was able to work me into his route Saturday morning. Despite all his transportation vehicles being occupied and the trailer he was using that morning became inoperable, he went out of his way to rent a trailer just to keep our appointment at 9:30am!!! Talk about putting the customer coming first!!! And yet, he still gave me great value for what I paid! All in all, P&B with Brando should be your #1 choice for trash removal services if you want excellent customer service, reliability, value for your money, and to have a great overall experience!!!
