I had to wait a little bit before getting in the yard, but they were pretty busy and the wait was well worth it. Rather than being given a map and and spending a good hour searching for the car I was looking for, they drove me to the exact location and pulled all of the parts I needed. The guy who was pulling them even told me showed me how to swap out future parts that I needed. They spent a long time searching for the exact size spare tire I needed and were even going to mount one on a spare rim If they couldn't find one. Just when I thought that It couldn't get any better, the guy at the front counter told me the price of everything including the spare tire and wheel: WAY cheaper than any other place I had been to. I in fact payed that price for a only a couple of parts that were smaller at other wrecking yards. Overall, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the prices are very inexpensive. I will be returning here whenever I am in need for any part.

The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL). The whole experience was great!

The $5 dollar entrance fee is reasonable. Some days you have a scorching dust bowl, others a sobering mud pit. Wearing work boots and gloves is key. Same with a tool bag, backpack, and plastic bags to pack parts in. Hand wipes and paper towels are invaluable for cleaning hands, and parts to see their actual condition. Good to know the vehicle year/models I am looking for to tell the counter person so they can print me a list of the vehicle locations. I also bring a checklist with part numbers and descriptions to make sure I get the correct parts. Only noteworthy critique I have is that most vehicles have oily, rusty drive trains, etc thrown on the the seats. Unfortunately, that can make accessing the interior difficult and damages many interior parts.

We contacted him every week after we found that it had sold & got poor excuses why he did not have the money for us. After several weeks of this and many times of not getting a call back, I contacted the Eugene Police, they suggested filing a complaint with the Oregon DMV. I ended up talking with an Oregon DMV Investigator who, after hearing my complaint, said she would call RV Sales of Oregon and get back to me. WOOOW, 20 minutes later she called me back and said we would have our money next week AND WE DID !!!
