The couple that own/operate are the folks I dealt with, which I always appreciate. Deborah was willing to give me a free extra hour (total of 9hrs) in time on the machine for refueling and cleaning/moving to flat ground for them to pick up the following morning after my rental period (8hrs) had expired. While she is very new to heavy equipment, she was willing to answer any Q's I had or find answers asap, she never made it feel like she was doing me a favor. She even delivered the equipment herself when it wasn't sure she'd have a guy available to do that -- provided I drove it off the trailer for her. :) When it comes to renting iron, you're likely to experience a level of quality that runs the gambit from poor to excellent... and generally speaking, roughly all at the same price. A lot of folks are tacking on a few additional "fees" in their rentals. And of course unless you own your own class A truck & trailer.. you'll have to pay for delivery, which can also cost you another $150+ each way. Deborah delivered to me, a very clean and quality Deere 75 excavator (10 ton machine) for $100 round-trip. I hope more folks review and drive more business to these folks cuz it's sure nice to have access to quality equipment at reasonable rates, close to Veneta/elmira. I'll be using these folks again.

My unit was left wide open for 3 days and they did nothing..I now rent from Castle store and I got a 5 by 7 for 79.00 and at spfld store it was 134.00..they give u a lock for your unit..it is gated...24 hour mateniance person available bathrooms for the public.and move in specials. They dont require renters insurance because they have insurance on their units..Spfld secure storage I would not recommend to my worse enemy..The assist manager she should not ever be in customer service she is the worse

We hired them to do a thorough inspection of a older used RV before we made the purchase. This RV was one owner and appeared to be in relatively good condition. They gave us a 7 page document that allegedly outlined any/all issues or repairs needed. Their words verbatim "this is a well taken care of Trailer" and even text us NADA comparables on the spot. What they didn't tell us was there was serious water damage into the walls and floors and that as a result it would cost us a lot of money in repairs, and the roof had several holes and compromised areas. There are other concerns as well, such as a toilet leak (unknown if additional damage as of yet) and ceiling damage in the sunlight/shower area that was not well inspected. We have yet to determine full magnitude of water damage there. They also told us the tread on the tires was "good" but they didn't tell us due to the age they needed replacing to prevent a blow out. Major safety issue!!!! Their inspections cannot be trusted and is a total waste of money. This was supposed to be a first trailer for my husband and I who live on a tight budget, along with our toddler. So far it has cost way more than we intended and the repairs are not even close to complete yet. These people could have been honest and would have been paid the same but reality is they didn't so their job. The pictures of the damages speak for themselves. Super disappointing!!
