30 minutes or less! Literally! I called a few minutes before 11:30 am and they were in an out by 11:59 am. I couldnt ask for better service! I called comparing prices between Bryan and some other companies thinking that I only had a leather love seat to haul away so the prices shouldn't be too bad. The other company I called before Bryan gave me a pretty high price for just hauling a love seat away. Good thing I decided to shop around and called U Junk. He gave me a reasonable price and said he was able to come pick it up immediately. Granted, I didnt have very much to get rid of but because of how little it was, I appreciate that he was able to quickly come and get it without having to set up an actual appointment. After an email exchange where Bryan was very proactive in letting us know his availabilities, he came out to price the removal of a hot tub and the gazebo it was sitting in which were located in Fremont. He arrived early, gave a very fair estimate and was able to schedule the job right away. He even helped figure out how to drain the tub in preparation for the demolishing and move - that was really helpful. The project has unfortunately been delayed (for reasons completely unrelated to Bryan and his services) but the hope is to be able to do it soon. We recommend you call Bryan if you have a removal job since he provides free estimates, his rates are reasonable (and he told us they include everything including labor and dumping fees) and he was pleasant to schedule and deal with. read more
