We moved from Illinois to Nevada with 6 months between pick up and delivery. The guy that delivered the empty containers was very professional and able to get up our narrow driveway. Pick up when done loading was just as smooth. When we were ready for delivery at our new home the staff in Las Vegas were amazing. Driver was great and placed containers so we could get at easily. When empty they were quick to pick up. I would definitely use again if I move. read more

Moved from Indiana to Canada... using UPack was the least stressful, in fact, my company used a different company for our first move that cost three times as much, and that was quite stressful. When I first got my quote from UPack, I was a bit sceptical, but everything went as planned, everyone was professional and helpful including the drivers. I moved from IL to DC about a month ago, and they did an excellent job. When the driver dropped off my 2 empty ReloCubes, he gave me a Bill of Lading that clearly explained everything he was going to do. He answered a lot of my questions and helped me figure out who I needed to call to get it picked up. One of the cubes I got had a hole in it, and the company came and picked it up and put it in the yard to get fixed. I got it delivered in DC (I live on a military base) about a month later. The delivery man was very nice and dropped the box off. I would use this company again. They gave a $50 discount for the military AND waived the fees on the weight tickets because I asked nicely. After everything, the cost to move 1 ReloCube from IL to DC with 1 month of storage was $1500. read more

The process of selling and moving is a very stressful time. I called ABF/U-Pack and everyone I talked with was very helpful. The trailer was delivered when promised, packed and picked up when promised. The entire move out of the house was very smooth. Upon arrival at my destination, I was called to determine where I wanted delivery. The storage facility I had contacted was not the most helpful but the Rich, the manager at ABF in Jefferson City, MO, went out of his way to help me and eliminated one of the times I needed someone to assist me. I am so happy with everyone we dealt with on our family move from the Midwest to South. The empty trailers arrived so clean and dust free, I knew we were in good hands. And then from the dispatch folks at the Sauk Village terminal, to the calm, collected and mellow Steve (whose soothing voice was nothing less than therapeutic in the face of moving stresses!) who dropped off our trailers for loading, to the Tampa terminal folks Rita and Richard, and of course Cowboy Bruce who brought the loaded trailers to our new home, I couldnt have asked for more! Pleasantly surprised with the U-Pack experience. Moved small amount of belongings (5' of 28' trailer) long distance from Orland Park IL to Phoenix AZ. Trailer was delivered to our storage unit in Orland Park on 7/24/18 as contracted (although notification call that driver was enroute from Sauk Village was not received until driver had arrived) and pick-up of the same trailer for transport to Phoenix was timely the next day. The estimated delivery of the trailer was 3-5 business days with expected arrival between 8/01 and 8/03. On 7/30, we received a call from scheduler Gracie that the trailer had arrived early in Phoenix and was ready for delivery. Given that we wouldn't be ready to accept until 8/03, the lovely Gracie said that would not be a problem and that she would schedule delivery for that day between 8a-8p. On 8/03, we rec'd a call at 10:52a stating the trailer would arrive within the hour. The driver, Buckey, arrived within that window, was professional, provided helpful unloading tips, and was very affable. Our belongings arrived intact and within our timetable - this was a huge relief given all the possible obstacles. As a result of our experience, we highly recommend U-Pack. read more

Just moved from IL to TX using UPack at a friend's recommendation. Had a very favorable experience. Everyone at the AR home office I spoke with was courteous. This was also true with the Sauk Village staff, incl Darren, and Mike who delivered the trailer. Again the same was true with the Dallas team, worked with Renee, Rita and Sonya, all very friendly, efficient and helpful. Pricing was fair and accurate. My delivery was picked up on Friday and arrived in Dallas on Monday. I would definitely recommend UPack. read more
