How can a bank headquartered in Cincinnati not get a check delivered to a Cincinnati resident in a timely manner. F**king ridiculous! Customer service is a joke! Unless you speak a foreign language you're S.O.L! Branch employees are no help, either! We're moving tomorrow so we won't have access to the mailbox, so now our money will just be floating around somewhere in Cincinnati! Incompetent is a nice word to describe this institution!

I was with U.S. Bank and First Financial both for about 15 years, and up until 2 years ago I loved them both. Then I hit a huge financial hardship when someone I knew stole my identity. I'd had perfect credit lines with both of the banks and despite knowing what happened they froze my accounts and would not cooperate with me at all. It was a difficult time and someone referred me to Huntington. I'd had my car loan with them and paid the car off early, so I figured I'd give them a shot. This bank made me feel like a human when I told them the situation. They let me change my address to someone else's until I could get the legal stuff taken care of and when my account looked like something odd was going on they called me to make sure it was legit since they knew what I was going through! Recently they started the 24 hour grace period for if you overdraft your account, and that is an awesome program for a bank. I have only utilized it once when I overdrew by .29. Now a normal bank would still have charged me $25 at least for that. Huntington sent me a notice, but they PAID IT and charged me no fees! I know I told some personal details, but I just want to express how amazing this bank has been for me. When I had my direct deposit set up I could even get free money orders too. The tellers at the location remember me too, and even ask how everything is going with my personal situation. As far as customer service goes.. this bank is above and beyond in my book and I will continue to bank with them for a very long time.

They've always been friendly and efficient. We went recently and they still have a drive thru and ATM, but the lobby is locked. We called to make an appointment to get docs notarized, and a manager greeted us to let us in. They are Covid conscious and use acrylic barriers and masks. We enjoy banking here!

There has been several good employees over the past 8 plus years I've worked with them…read more Unfortunately, the amount of time that it takes to perform a simple transaction is longer than it would take to steal gold from Ft. Knox. It's hard to have confidence in some tellers based on the fact that they haven't grasped the wise saying that you should dress for the job you want and not the one you have. I'm hopeful that in time they will learn these basic rules of achieving success. It may just be time to move to a bank that possesses more ATM's and values its customers time.

As there is no Key Bank local to me, I ended up at this branch as a trip to Jungle Jim's (down the road) was also planned. The 3 Tellers inside of the bank were extremely helpful. As this was (I'm guessing) a somewhat unusual situation, I spoke with all 3 Tellers who assisted in the process of getting access back to my mobile banking. Between making different phone calls, waiting on hold and then assisting me with setting up my new mobile banking account, the process took approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Came here this past Thursday for their Queer Money Bingo event! It was definitely a fun Thursday…read morenight activity! Learned so much about money and managing your finances the fun way! We all got a free drink for this event. And the services from Capital One cafe were splendid! I ordered matcha latte with extra matcha shot, but the matcha taste wasn't strong enough for me. So I asked if I could get another shot, and they gave me another without additional charges!!!! Kudos to that. Love their honey green tea too!
