However, the process of getting this visa has been ridiculous. I have reached out to saleswomen Brittney multiple times about figuring this process out and she has been no help. In fact after visiting the store multiple times on my off days , she gave me her number to reach out and keep her updated just for her to not respond to me. With that being said , I just ended up having to pay out of pocket to my last provider. Still have no idea if or when I will get this visa. Overall feels like a scam. Not only that but my co worker who actually told me about the promotion also had to pay her phone off out of pocket $1600 after being told she would be sent a visa in which she did not receive. I DO NOT recommend switching to AT&T , the service is terrible and obviously they do not care about their customers after the sale. I especially do not recommend saleswomen Brittney if you do visit the memorial location as she has been no help at all.

Horrible service by Jaimie who was on the phone with her associate at the store. Basically I was…read morethere to do a warranty exchange but for whatever reason the IMEI on my account didn't match what they showed it should be; however they can see years of insurance being paid. I told them we had a warrant exchange on the phone like in 2019 or so (it's a 6s plus), t mobile customer care was to update the account with the correct IMEI but they updated the wrong line meanwhile manager was on the phone saying it doesn't match send her on her way as there's nothing I can do despite T Mobile customer service advising that she can do an over ride but she admitted that it would mess with inventory and didn't want to. Fast forward to today after T Mobile Customer care should have corrected my IMEI, they did the wrong line. Now she advised that she spoke to Customer Care and offered 100 bill credit, zero for the trade in and 400 plus tax and fees she'd upgrade my line followed by the associate being told if she called Customer Care or tried to help me fix my IMEI she'd be written up for accessory to fraud! Fraud! I've paid insurance for years, a used replacement is less than 175. This is a store ran by a third party so don't expect much despite the employees trying to be as helpful as possible with all hands tied. Stay away, if you see the store as being ran by CS run don't walk. Right before the same store manager advised a lady that she'd have zero out of pocket, low and behold she had 65 out of pocket and had to go grab money. Mind you the lady said she only wanted to proceed if she'd have zero out of pocket. Bait and switch lying from management leaving on he poor employees to deliver the gut punch of her misdeeds.
