Verizon is the largest cellular system and you can't provide better customer service? This is why your customers are leaving in droves. I was paying over $100 for their services. I am paying $20/mo. with Consumer Cellular. For the same service. Verizon is such a scam. I was only trying to find out why Verizon continued billing me -- even after I'd been on the phone with both Consumer cellular & Verizon (3-way call) to get a "porting pin" from Verizon so I could switch my phone number to consumer cellular. Six weeks later I called and they said that they took the protective glass off and glued it to a new screen and that all they had left was to remove the bubbles under protective glass. I thought "no big deal" all I asked was that they please be quick I'm losing money every day I don't have this computer. Two weeks go by and no call what so ever. I call and they tell me that the computer needs a whole new top and it would be $280. So I drove up there to get my computer to take to someone else because obviously they don't know what they are doing. When they brought me my computer it was totally disassembled and the screen was further damaged and the whole computer had dirt and a sticky residue all over it. I was quite upset! Steve (the owner) refused to put it back together and give me the work order on it. So I took what was once a computer over to quick fix and they told me that "who ever took this apart still has the protective glass, screws and part of the screen and all this will have to be replaced." Also they said the top plug in for the computer screen had been damaged when it was disassembled. After learning parts are still missing I called Steve to say that I'm coming to get the parts. Steve cocked and attitude and said " I can mail them to you but you better not come back to my store". So I called the cops and they had to come out while i went to ask Steve for my parts back. Steve acted dumb and said I don't have them. Sooooooooooooooooo now I have to replace the whole top because Steve at Computer Masters has no idea what he is doing. Later that day Steve Fritz called and threatened me twice AND called my place of business because I wrote a review on his Facebook page and yelp. THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! The man working the print department today was absolutely dreadful to work with. At first he…read morewouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing at the counter, and when he finally did he had an attitude right off the bat when I asked if he could print an image for me at a 8x10 size. Looked at me like I was stupid for even asking that and said he couldn't because they only have letter size printer paper. I then told him that I have had people here in the past that had no issue sizing down an image for me to print.. (mind you I saved my image already to an 8x10 so it doesn't matter what paper size he uses) he then shrugged and gave me the email to send my image to and once he printed it he brings it over and says "there, an 8x10 picture" like in a "are you happy now" kind of tone... and I'm just sitting there thinking oh okay so you can in fact print an image at that size and just didn't want to help me. And then I asked him where to pay for it and he literally turned his back on me and throws his hand in a "whatever" kind of motion.. I'm just appalled that Office Depot would let someone like that work there... not to mention he turned another customer down when I was at the counter... the fact that if I hadn't stood my ground and told him I've had no problem in the past before with other people he wouldn't have helped me.. is super ridiculous.
