I had the worst experience here the second time with the female blonde doctor. I went in for a rash on my legs, at the time I didnt know what it was. She wouldnt even approach me, stayed back over by the wall in a chair. She gave my samples of a shower wash product that was extremely expensive to purchase outside ($60). And she also prescribed the usual cream, they all do. Clearly she either thought I didnt shower or she didn't even know what it was. I finally figured it out its a common issue that requires an antibiotic cream to clear it up. I've never felt so awful after an experience with a doctor. I will never go back. For comparison, the first male doctor I saw there was super nice a few years prior for an allergic reaction. There is another derm nearby in Keller TX who are super nice and not owned by some big chain who only cares about profit. read more

I love it here! Very quick appointments. I had my appointment at the start of the year having really bad ache and cyst but from my last appointment that I went to my face has finally cleared up. I feel so confident in my skin again, thanks to Dr. Atkins. read more

Doctor is has been fine. Customer Service is TERRIBLE! Telephone answering needs overhauled. They will not return calls. Messages to front desk personnel are poorly communicate or not passed on. Stopped by the Keller/Forth Worth office and office closed 20 minutes before closing time! Starting to get results from my visits is the only reason I have not changed offices. read more

Easy check-in Very helpful and friendly staff. Don't hesitate having your appointment with Jana. I find that physician assistants and nurse practitioners are held to high standards. Having worked for a Dermatologist for several years, I think I have a somewhat educated opinion. Jana knows her stuff! I'll definitely request Jana for future appointments. read more

Really wish I would have read some of the reviews before I gave them my business. I took my daughter in, both of us for the same issue. We had a 10 minute consultation but were told our toe nails were not long enough for them to take clippings and send them off for testing. We'd have to make another appointment and go back in a month for clippings. Now I get a bill for $118.00!! This after I already paid $80.00 in co-pays. This is crazy. If my next appointment was going to be free it might be more reasonable but to pay another $80 in co pays and who knows how much more they will bill.. no thanks. Won't be going back. Save yourselves some money and find another dermatologist. This is definitely the "Lens Crafters" of dermatology! read more

I've been going to this location for years and the staff/doctor has always been friendly. However, recently it's been very hard to get through to the front desk office to book/reschedule an appointment or telederm. Even when I leave a voice mail, more than half the time the front desk does not call back. I once had a telederm scheduled and the staff did not even call me at the set appointment time, and I had to call the front desk to remind them of the appointment and the staff/doctor was rushing the call to get it over with. Also, they don't have my correct insurance listed on my profile since I've switched 2 years ago (even after I've provided it to them multiple times). It's frustrating to try to make an appointment and half of the time never get through to someone for help and especially when the doctor cancels very last minute. This location seems like it has way too many patients to where they deprioritize some patients and the front desk staff now has a rude attitude when trying to book/reschedule an appointment. Most recently the staff scheduled an appointment and put it under the wrong profile so I did not have an appointment set for that day. Due to these recent encounters, I am switching locations and would not recommend this location to others. read more

I visited this place over a year ago and I felt as if it was a get me in get me out situation. They will spend no more than 10 minutes in the room with you and act like you're concerns don't matter too much. I decided to leave this office and get a new dermatologist, but unfortunately they stopped taking my insurance so I decided I can give this place a second try. Well today I went in, I thought my PCP already sent a referral over but I get there and the front desk lady tells me it's not and I can pay $175 instead if I want to be seen. I get it's not their fault that the referral didn't get sent over, but they can do a better job about contacting me PRIOR to the appointment requesting the information that is needed. They need a confirmation system set up to where they call or text 24 hours in advance and at least one more time prior to your appointment. I will not be returning as I think you can save yourself some time and find a dermatologist who values your time and business. read more

I moved to Keller last year and needed a new dermatologist for my annual skin cancer screening. I found U.S Dermatology Partners on Yelp. I was thrilled to find out they were a part of a large network of dermatology clinics including my old Dermatologist. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I saw Jana and I was very happy with my experience. Everyone was very nice and efficient. I felt like Jana and her assistant listened to my concerns and provided me with great care. read more

For the record, I give them ZERO STARS... I took my son here for a simple acne consultation. Dr Adkins, came in and prescribed a medication and left. Total of 3 minutes. There were no removals or surgery. They sent us a bill 2 weeks later charging us a $536 office visit. I called and Maria, who I guess is in billing, proclaims "Sorry, that's just how much it costs. Our rates have gone up." Funny, because my office visit 3 weeks earlier was $80. They are crooks. I'm in insurance and no the work around, but Don't ever go here unless you like getting charged whatever they feel like that day! read more

It took two months to schedule an appointment and then today I get a message they moved the appointment to Grapevine. No my referral is expired and I have to pay another copay to get another referral and to have another "initial appointment". They are understaffed and the staff they have is inadequate. read more

Dr. Treen is the absolute best! He has listened to me when no one else would and has stepped up to help me fight this illness. I went into the Keller office location on 02/6 for skin check, then went back for results on 2/19. The 02/19 visit I left feeling like I was in good hands and felt confident in the DR. (The office staff is horrible, if you can get them to answer the phone!) I go back on 05/03/19 to begin skin cancer removal treatment and was treated like I inconvenienced the office by walking in the door. Spoke to Dr. Williams about it and advised him the front office is horrible to deal with. He let me know he had no control over that but gave me his nurses direct # for future reference. They had scheduled me wrong after I called myself to confirm. (I personally called twice before appointment because the girl scheduling me seemed confused and unsure) Then I speak to Dr. Williams nurse after calling twice to confirm my appt and find out they still had me scheduled wrong. So, she "fixed" it. I get to the office on 05/03 and suddenly they don't have me scheduled for treatment, but they will squeeze me in. Now they can only do 1 spot. It was a bad feeling all away around. Totally different attitude and it honestly felt like the Dr had forgotten everything he had told me at my last visit and he seemed rushed. On 05/3 another biopsy (they NEVER called me with results, so I called) and I request a letter, so I can get my treatment money from my 401k and I am still waiting for the letter. Pricilla the office manager is the worst!!!!! She doesn't return calls and when she does her messages are false! So, when you call back you just get ignored. If you tell a patient, they have skin cancer and to get treatments then wouldn't you think the office would help with the process. I as of today, still have not received the Treatment Plan needed for my 401k advancement even though Pricilla claims to have uploaded it. I spoke to the office this morning when I called to get my dates of service and the receptionist confirmed she doesn't see a letter either. You must raise hell to get an empty apology for the lack of professionalism in the office and then you must jump through hoops to get any assistance for procedures their office and Dr. say you need. I hope your experience is better than mine but as of today Dr. Calvin Williams and his office Manager has run off another patient. But obviously losing patients isn't a concern for big practices. None of the staff including the doctor were overly friendly. I took my daughter in and we felt rushed. I do not think they did as thorough of a job as they could have. My husband, daughter and I all felt the same way. We just didn't get good vibes. Maybe they were having an off day or a bad day. The office was very nice though. This was our first visit. I was visiting from Phoenix, AZ and developed a rash, probably allergic. Jana Atkins, PA-C and the staff at U.S. Dermatology Partners were kind enough to see me with virtually no notice. They diagnosed my condition, wrote the Rx, and recommended a biopsy which was forwarded to my dermatologist back in Phoenix. The office staff were at all times very friendly, professional, and courteous. They then followed up with a phone call to me once I was back in Phoenix to check on my progress, give me results of the biopsy, and suggest follow-up with my dermatologist here in Phoenix. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Thanks to all involved! read more
