When I brought a friend in and tried to use my credits to cover both of our services, I was told that wasn't allowed. This was confusing, as the membership agreement clearly states: "Unused paid services in membership can be used as store credit. Store credit can be gifted to one spouse, sibling, parent, or friend." What isn't made clear is that the only way to convert those unused services into store credit is to cancel your membership -- which means forfeiting the monthly service you've already paid for. Additionally, the gifted credits can only be used by someone who already has an account. Those important limitations are not obvious upfront. Very disappointed in the ethics of this business.
