I mentioned I wanted my nails cut down, but there was no discussion around length and he ended up choosing it for me. They are now much shorter than I wanted. I also booked a fill and showed a picture of an ombré French. He said he didn't have time and that I would need a full set. When I agreed to switch, he then told me no and insisted on a fill. At that point, I should have left, but I stayed and regretted it. I understand time restrictions but this was upsetting. The nails don't look terrible, but they're not what I asked for and look a bit lumpy and rushed.

I've tried a few salons and they don't drill buff my nails for a plain manicure (not gel) which I love. I've had a few other salons in town make my nail beds bleed from over buffing and manicuring. Everyone who works here has always been quick and professional and super clean! Bowl covers, sanitized equipment, sweeping the floors etc. I use to do gel but nails are just too thin for it. They do great gel too but it's just not for me. Also, Etheral was accommodating when I brought my own color specific for a wedding outfit.
