And people using the facility does have some expectations to privacy, since a D.M.V is a limited to non public forum, where you have the right to place restrictions on filming. These first amendment auditors are nothing more than criminal with a camera recording audio of people giving out there personal information. And I'm glad to see he was trespassed from all D.M.V in the state of Illinois. Great job guys. Now he also uploads these videos on YouTube for monetary gain. And anyone that was in CENTRAL TYRANTS INVESTIGATIONS videos has every right to stop him from using your images for his monetary gain. And anyone that was in his video has the right to file what is called a privacy complaint on the video you are in. And in the complaint make sure you let YouTube know that he didn't have your premission to monetize your image or your voice. Make sure you Include your voice in the complaint. YouTube will take down his monetized video and give him a strike for violating YouTubes terms of service. And he will no longer make a penny on any video taken down over a privacy complaint. Remember it's your first amendment right on what he gets to use your images for. And when he is making money on your images, it don't matter if your a government employee, he has zero right to use anyone's images for monetary gain without there premission and I hope you let people know at all the D.M.V he went to and educate them on there rights also. Even if he has bin paid for a video, and you file a privacy complaint he will have to pay back that add revenue on any video hit with a privacy complaint. And remember with out your images he has no video.And the difference between his video and your security cameras. Your security cameras don't have audio and is not uploaded on YouTube for monetary gain also. There script holds no water in a court of law. When I think of the police station, I see myself walking into a building full of officers at their desk doing paperwork, drinking coffee and hauling in criminals (apparently I've seen too many crime shows). Well to my surprise that wasn't the case. I actually walked into this large hallway, extremely quiet.. wasn't too sure what to do. To the right is the window for the records department, to the left, a window to dispatch. On the windows there's a sign "Dispatch can not hear through the window. Please pick up phone to your right for police services". Okay! An officer answered the line, I explained I needed to make a police report. She took my name, number, address and said she would send a officer to me. Wait.. what?!? I'm in the lobby! If I knew I could just call and have a officer come to me to make a report, I would've! Instead she sent a officer to come and take my report in the lobby. While waiting I was able to observe the bulletin board with helpful information to citizens in Fairview Heights. There's a MedReturn drug collection unit, where you can drop off unwanted prescription. If you need a gun lock, just ask, they will provide 1 free of charge. Better safe then sorry! Even though it looks empty, there are people there behind those dark mirror windows. At the end of the day... if I had to go back I would, by I'm hoping I don't need too!

It's a little over 24 miles out and back from Glen Carbon to Marine. I was really impressed by this paved trail. It is a very pretty trail with lots of wooden miles, several bridges over creeks, and some great views when it opens up to vast farmland. The trail is well maintained. The pavement is pretty smooth for the most part. There are no drastic elevation changes so I'd consider the difficulty level to be easy. I look forward to riding more of this trail system soon.

Its part-history, part-recreational, part-exercise for me. History: this once served as the Illinois Central Railroad line, which was defunct for a long time before it became one of the nations first 'rails-to-trails' projects. There were historical markers along the trail that talked about the village of Glen Carbon's mining history, but I think they removed them due to numerous episodes of vandalism. The trail was a rocky, unpaved trail for a long time, until last year (2015) when the whole RJF bike trail was completely paved. The trail itself has a history, as it has been added on to (extending from Old Troy Road to Kuhn Station one year, and later from Kuhn Station to the village of Marine), and it has connected to other bikeways as well. Signs have also been added, but the mile markers are now gone. The trail has always been a part of the community and stands out as a piece of Glen Carbon history. So bring your bikes, or your energy to run, jog and/or walk!
