His tune soon changed once he found out that I am of Jewish descent. I had scheduled a laparoscopic cholecystectomy and come day of surgery, he left me high and dry due to the lack of professionalism and transparency on the part of him and his office. He did not even show his face that day, no apologies, nothing. I left without taking care of my infected gallbladder and having had to start over and find another surgeon. I would NEVER in a million years go to have him operate on my body and nor should you. If you want a real surgeon, go to Dr Frank C Candela in West Hills. He is the Chief of Staff at West Hills Hospital and a true gentleman who knows what he's doing and with such great professionalism. He did such an impeccable job on my surgery and everything went as smooth as possible. Dr Jabour did me a huge favor to not operate on me that day. So delighted to have met and have Dr Candela take care of me in my great time of need.

When you frequent…read moreany establishment that often and for 4 hours each visit you get a good sense of the soul of the place. The caregivers are knowledgable, efficient, and very kind. You have an arrival time and a start time and I think that there has only been one time that I was started a few minutes late. Schedule is very important when you need to get to work or to another appointment. The facility is very clean and organized well. You have an assigned seat so you know what to do when you get there. Each patient has their own T.V. so you can watch, or read or nap during the session. Dialysis is not a pleasant exercise but the people who are there, the caregivers as well as the patients , make an otherwise terrible experience tolerable. I am very glad I found them!!!

Garbage. The worst run organization imaginable. The best fake employee is a bloke named Darren who does no work and nobody seems to care!. His only job is to register your weight and drop off liquid protein to about 4 patients which takes 30 seconds to pour. The rest is playing music from his phone, singing, texting, looking at his phone, and occasionally standing and looking around for something to waste time so pass the time. The only employees that they need to hire are ones that can put people on and off machines. The so called "support staff" are a total panty waste.

She needs a stretcher and a stair chair to get around safely, and the team manages the whole process with so much skill, patience, and professionalism. My mom is a plus-size woman, but they always make her feel comfortable, respected, and totally at ease. Their transfer techniques, like moving her from the bed to the gurney or using the stair chair, are incredibly smooth, safe, and efficient. It's super obvious they're highly trained in patient care and medical transport. The drivers and the medical team are always on time, polite, and actually care. They go way beyond the bare minimum to make sure everything is safe and stress-free, treating your family like they're their own. I've even ridden along to see their expertise firsthand, and their dedication to safety is legit. I highly recommend Essential Health Transportation if you need dependable stretcher transport, mobility help, or non-emergency medical rides.
