It was late and the first tow company came, took one look at my German cars spare tire and said "you need a tow home". I am alone at the airport at night and felt unsafe. I called V and U and they said they would arrive in 15 min with equipment to inflate my spare. 1) they arrived on time late at night 2) they helped locate a nail in my tire and inflated it 3) they tested for leaks 4) they were polite and caring and nice to me 5) and here is the kicker!
