Very unprofessional experience. I can no longer recommend this place. I waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to open the office, but no one ever showed up despite the location being completely empty. It was already 1:10 PM, and the sign stated they would return at 12:41 PM. I came in intending to make a payment, but after this experience I decided to cancel and take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened to me. Not recommended. read more

Disappointed. 11/03, I arrived from Los Angeles in the late afternoon hours. I provided documents from the DMV as proof of vehicle ownership and insurance. The facility manager stated that she cannot grant me access to the facility because she needed a hardcopy of my vehicle registration. This was after I provided documents proving that I had just paid my DMV registration renewal on 10/31/25. I even logged in online to my DMV account to prove that the vehicle is registered under my name. It was all a waste of time. My business trip was delayed simply because of the U-Stor-it facility manager's lack of customer service. I recommend going elsewhere. read more

Started renting a 10' x 30' rental unit in August 2024 for $165 base. 6 months later, and it's now $404 total! Even with insurance that's a 200+% increase! Technically, as long as they disclose rate increases in advance there is no law in place that caps rate increases. However, a 244% increase is unreasonable, unjust, and SHOULD be criminal. I filed a complaint with the DCA and am also speaking with a tenant lawyer to see what can be done. read more

I until I got into financial troubles and I had to close down my unit I had waited all day for my mechanic to have my car ready so I could go get the little stuff I have left in my unit after waiting i in the long line to cross the border back to the USA going to pick up a car rental I arrived at 5:42 unaware that I had access to the building only until 5:45 they close at 7 pm When the Manager told me to wait for her to help another customer unload his uhaul and drive the uhaul to park it and come back in to finish checking him out. By the time she took what was to be my final payment it was 5:49 I told her I was going to get the few boxes I had left she told me No sorry you can't you had until 5:45 I begged and pleated that I rented a car that I couldn't afford to pay for an her money it was just a few boxes I be done before 6 pm I hired a helper to help me with A heavy idem I have . The Manager just kept saying I had to 5:45 not taking into account that I had arrived a few minutes before 5:45 if she had not been with that other customer she would of took my payment I would been able to enter the building on time but non of that mattered. I'm older lady on a fix income I had to move into Mexico so I could make ends meet with my car at the mechanic I simply can't afford the extra hundred dollars a month. I hardly have any money left each month I spent spent almost my last dollar to rent the car for absolutely nothing. I tried calling Corp office and it's been 48 hours I have not heard back from anyone. This is such a bummer I really liked the staff and the place is nice. It just ridiculous that lack of human compassion for the older disabled people who don't have a lot of moneymo pay for this month...... read more

Very shady about their referral program. Was referred by a family member, mentioned it twice and was confirmed to us while signing the lease- we also listed them as our emergency contact, so once again, we know the contact info was provided to them. When my referral mentioned to them that the credit wasn't on their account, they said to just have us call to remind them. My husband called and the manager on the phone claimed since the person who did our lease didn't note it down it wasn't valid. I don't see how it's our problem that they didn't do their job, we wouldn't have known about this location without our referral. read more

They are knowledgeable and friendly I most admit that some of the new changes are a little disappointing. Yanely is an exceptional manager. The location has always been clean. First time I came here costumer service was great. The facility looked clean and well maintained. 1 year later my monthly fee went up twice.Costumer service sucks. It's So hard to find a spot to park to load or unload your car. One of the 2 gates never works . They have mice traps all around the building not sure if they have a mice problem .
