Awful. It's a typical scratch-n-dent place. Decent prices but not great. Friend recommended them because they delivered all the way out to Carrollton. Within a week, the freezer lost all it's freon. They have a 90 day warranty where they'll fix anything at no cost to you. They came out and didn't actually fix the problem....just overfilled it with freon and took off. Predictably, outside the 90 day warranty, the freezer stopped working. I called and complained that they just patched it up instead of fixing it when they should have. He said, basically, that it's outside the 90 days and not his problem. All we have to pay for now are parts, he said, and that he's send someone right out........ 4 days later......no one showed.....still no working freezer. Pros - affordable, used appliances - they delivery anywhere including the suburbs Cons - they owner is shockingly rude on the phone (if you can reach him) - most calls for help go straight to voicemail which....you guessed it... is always too full to leave a message. - their appliances are not in great and may/may not work for long - when they fail outside of the 90 day warranty, you're on your own - they are wholly unreliable You've been warned. Edited 05/18/2014 The appliance repair guy showed up at my door this morning apologizing for being late. He fixed it and didn't charge me anything for the repair. So, I'm bumping it up one star for making it right even after a disastrous 5 days. I will update this review if the freezer dies again. Edited 05/19/2014 No BOTH the freezer and fridge are dead. Mr. Rodriguez (the owner?) is still rude on the phone, still interupts, won't listen, still doesn't return phone calls, his voicemail is still full, still hasn't sent the repair man back out, and a couple of hundred dollars in food is now spoiled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Complete nightmare to deal with, IMO. $750 for the fridge plus $50 in delivery fee completely wasted. read more

Used freezer is still going strong 3+ years after I bought it (used) for a great price. It's had it's home in our garages through hot and cold weather. Also went through a cross town move. read more

Contacting the business is hit or miss, as the business number is a cell phone, rarely answered, and the voice mail is full so you can't leave a message. I purchased a washer and dryer combo. It came with a 90 day warranty. The washer made some noises shortly after the purchase. I didn't call it in and the washer broke ~ 120 days after purchase.. my fault. I called to purchase another washer and was not able to get any responses. I finally got an answer on the the phone, as it is rarely answered and just rolls into a voice mail is full message. I spoke to the person and he said to text him and some information and he would respond to set up the delivery of the replacement washer. I never received a response and gave up on them. read more

Total ripoff joint. Paid $750 fridge that stopped working and this joint refused to even come fix it or make it right. They never answer the phone, and the once in a blue moon you happen to catch someone that answers, they always say they'll have someone call right back, but NEVER have I been called back, NEVER! To top it off, they're apparently are SELLING STOLEN APPLIANCES, as they filed all serial numbers off this unit, and a repairman cant even order a part without that. So, now I'm stuck with a unit that is a TOTAL LOSS, and cannot be repaired. After many months of probably 10+ calls, they refuse call me back on this, even after I agreed to pay them to come fix it. Decent place with a wide range of appliances of various brand names for great prices. Everything was wiped down and cleaned, and many things were plugged in so you could see them working just fine. I took two stars off due to a very late delivery with no call backs until I got someone else on the phone. I never caught names of whoever had the phone, but you can tell when the good guy has it: he's polite, happy to help and apologetic when errors happen. He also actually calls to update unlike the other guy who doesn't and constantly sounds uninterested in anything you have to say. The other star was taken off due to the delivery guy having to be prompted to give the proper power cord when that sounds be common sense. All in all, great place for deals on high end appliances. Just rent a U-haul before you head over to avoid the bs from the delivery team. It's cheaper to do that anyway. read more

I purchased a washing machine, paid for delivery too. When they arrived they had move my dryer out of the way. They managed to break my dryer. Sergio offered to send a tech to look at it, three days and many many phone calls passed and I'm still waiting. I offered to purchase a dryer for the difference, they sell their machines in pairs, minus the delivery. Sergio agreed so we set up a time for delivery. Seven pm and no calls, no show. I called them back fifteen times, all I get is their obnoxious voice mail, some whistling, it's within business hours. Keep away. read more

Bought a washer and dryer set for $300. Delivery and installation was about $45 but you can probably negotiate with them on that. They give you a 3 hour window for installation and will call you 15-20 minutes out. I would give this place 3 stars or 4 if it weren't for the owner. Rude, won't pick up calls sometime and doesn't write your information down in an organized way. After my dryer was installed I noticed that the heat was not working so I called back to have someone come and repair it. The owner said he would send someone out the next day, but of course no one ever came and it was near impossible to get a reach of him. He eventually gave me the cell phone number for one of his technicians, Sergio. I called and he came in 15 minutes, repaired the dryer and even explained common causes of heating failure. If you are going to use this place, try and avoid having to speak or deal with the owner at all costs (I think his name is Rodrigo?). The girl working the front desk was friendly and helpful at least. If anything happens to your appliance and you need to have someone come fix it, just ask for Sergio's number and you'll be set. On a side note, they do sell name brand appliances like Kenmore, Maytag and Whirlpool. Just make sure everything works right after they install it so they can fix it right there on the spot. So far my washer and dryer work fine, I guess you get what you pay for. read more

My husband and I purchased a Washer and Dryer set and a refrigerator. Everything worked great, except the ice maker wasn't working. I called the phone# on our invoice and found that the owners voice mail box was full. I sent an email and got a prompt response. The repair tech came out the following day, replaced the ice maker and everything is working great! Very happy with our purchase! :) read more

PUT MY FAMILY AND HOME AT RISK. I purchased a gas dryer but needed it converted to propane on a Sat. I was told the part would be in Monday or Tuesday and they dryer would be delivered on Tuesday. I was not contacted and I called Tuesday evening and they didn't know what was going on. Someone called back and let me know the part would be in Wednesday and they dryer delivered. I didn't hear back on Wednesday so I called again and was told someone would call back but didn't get a return call. I called again on Thursday and was told the part was in and would be delivered on Thursday. The dryer was delivered but I assumed that delivery meant putting the dryer in the laundry room like the last two times I had a washer and dryer delivered. I called back on Friday and I was told that that delivery to laundry room would have been an additional charge. (I would have had no problem paying the fee if I had been told). They told me that someone could come back to move the dryer to the laundry room and I can pay the $50 deliver fee. They asked that I text my address, which I did and got a response a few hours later "no problem". NEVER GOT A RESPONSE after that (emailed and called). I hired someone for $50 to move the dryer and the worst part is THEY DID NOT INSTALL THE CONVERTER PART like they said they would. We ran the dryer without realizing this- which could have caught the dryer on fire. Luckily we figured it out quickly and paid our handy man $100 to convert it and now I'm out $150 and 2 weeks of no dryer. DO NOT RISK your safety by buying from here please. read more
