The people at the desk can hardly figure out how to rent a unit, each interaction took literally hours; and then I lost everything; and their staff turned combative when I asked for help. And now my only option is to spend MORE money on legal fees, and sue; I don't care what it costs at this point though, I'm fairly sure they don't like standing in court for negligence and breach of contract.

Upon my purchase of this vehicle from Speeds auto auction in May After three trips to DMV I still have no title. The owner has been absent and the staff have been hard pressed to take any action to get a surety bond on file with DMV.... Hopefully they can get into compliance with the state regulations for conducting such auctions.... Illegal to conduct an auction if they do not have the proper bond or letter of credit on file....so technically they broke the law and as of tomorrow all vehicles auctioned off since March by them will be under investigation by Oregon DMV Six months of their inability to address this matter ........so far

We paid for the time to figure that out plus one more mover added 45 mins later. They were quick, but clearly, 2 of the 3 movers had little experience and were really not up for the heavy lifting. They rushed through everything and were reluctant to put things anywhere but the garage. To be honest, I did not WANT them bringing more into the house because they were getting careless. In the end, we had A LOT of broken items. We had a number of heirlooms that were shattered, not cracked, shattered. They even managed to completely shatter an entire case of glass jars that were still in their original box, as safe as could be possible. This only could have happened if a stack of boxes fell over in the truck. I moved 4 houses this year already. These were the most inexperienced and least customer focused as well as the most costly yet.
