Despite knowing the paperwork was in its final stages, the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else the night before. As a returning customer, I expected better communication, honesty, and a reasonable opportunity to complete a purchase that was already well underway. This experience showed a complete lack of consideration for customer loyalty and professionalism. I understand dealerships want to sell vehicles, but selling a vehicle out from under a customer who has financing actively being completed is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.
