Tried out the new Columbia Uber Bagels and I am giving this location C+ at best, sadly. The wait for food was far longer than we expected (25 minutes for two bagel sandwiches), wrong bagel for my sandwich, very dry as they had no sauce or spread on the hot sandwiches, only a mediocre medium roast coffee, and the staff did not seem to want to be there. No customer interactions, no smiles or greeting, just very blah. The only redeeming quality we found was the music playlist was 90's alternative rock which was fun to listen to. Okay I'm getting the hang of it, haha. I chose Late Riser on a cinnamon raisin bagel with a large fountain drink. I chose to get iced peach tea (brewed) with 3 full squirts of cane syrup. My husband chose a bacon egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel. We left SATISFIED. the service was pretty quick for a full dining room. Wow, I got the Phoenix Riser today and it was awesome. Stuffed with eggs, buffalo chicken, bacon, red onions, and pepper jack, it was a flavor bomb. It was also huge, so may not have lunch today. Online ordering was good and right on time. read more

I chose Asiago cheese on mine & my daughter chose pepper jack on hers. Both nicely stuffed and delicious! There's an up charge on the Asiago cheese (.85 ) which is NOT noted anywhere on the menu board . I also ordered a baker's dozen of bagels, 1 with Asiago cheese , ( and again with the 85 cent up charge ). I also wanted 2 everything bagels and the rest sesame. Sigh...they packed all the bagels together in 1 bag. Rating: 3.5 (rounded up) Visited Uber Bagels today to try them out and it definitely was busy! It took us a bit to place and order and 20 minutes for our order to be done. We wouldn't have minded the wait as much, but our bagels were barely warm. We both got breakfast sandwiches, and neither of us got toasted bagels even though we asked for them to be toasted. The bagels and ingredients all tasted good, but were not cooked much. Our cheese slices weren't even melted, we could pull them right off. They also seem to take a large amount of online orders which also delays how fast they can get in-person orders done. Wonder if they should pause online orders when there's a rush? Just felt like the staff was overwhelmed. Hoping they are still just working out logistics as they are newly opened, will give them another try once they've had more time to figure it out. read more

The inside is bigger than I thought. It is clean and the bathrooms are clean (más importanté). The person who was taking orders was so sweet and helpful. I've eaten from the Severna park location, but never entered inside and I ate & enjoyed my quick little solo date. The sandwich was fresh. The egg whites, bacon, & avocado! This place is really big inside. A good amount of seating and you can see people making bagels in the back in the open kitchen. I got half a dozen bagels to go, so I can't speak on their sandwiches, but just the bagels themselves. My family thought the bagels were pretty good ... certainly better than the stuff you get in stores. They had a good chew and texture, but for whatever reason we didn't find them special in anyway. They seemed a bit plain? That said, the prices very reasonable (lower than other bagel places), which is a big plus. If the location was more convenient to me, i would go back to try more items, but this one experience wasn't enough to make me go out of my way to visit. Perhaps next time i need to try their bagel sandwiches. read more

Big fan of this local bagel chain. I have been counting down the days until this place opened. Stopped by recently to order a sausage egg and cheese, lots of lox, blueberry bagel with cream cheese. Everything was delicious and made fresh to order. Service was quick and the restaurant was really clean. At this time, they do not have a separate app and their other locations are on the Toast app. But you can order online via their website link. Make sure you check your order before leaving. I am not sure what is going on with this establishment. The first time I ordered an Italian bagel. I received it with NO meat. It was an Italian, there should have been meat on it. Thankfully I checked before I left the store. When they fixed it, they just slapped too much meat on the bagel and handed it back to me. I wrote a review then deleted it because I wanted to give the establishment a second chance. I did just today, and I ordered online. I ordered two bagels. One turkey sausage, egg and cheese which was perfect. The second, was a Beef and Blue. That is a bagel with roast beef. I did not check both of my order this time around. I figured if they got the egg bagel right, then the other bagel must be right as well. Afterall, I put the order online, "what could go wrong?" 1 hour later I go to open the Beef and Blue only to find out that there is no roast beef! How is it even possible to get an online ticket order wrong? The request is right there in front of them listed out. There was no reason to get the order wrong but somehow they did. I have the online receipt with my order but the ticket on the bag has "No Roast Beef" for a roast beef bagel. I am very disappointed. I have been to this store twice and twice they have messed up my order. Decent bagels! Good flavor, but the texture is not as good as THB bagels. However, the prices here are cheaper, so I'm more likely to pick up bagels in bulk from here than there. I was a disappointed, however, to recently get a bulk order of sliced bagels and find that several of the bagels (like 1/3!) were not sliced all the way through. And a few were sliced very unevenly, at sharp angles. It may seem minor, but it's also a clear and basic expectation that a bagel place will know to evenly slice bagels in half--and to slice them all the way, not partially. I subtracted one star for that, otherwise this place would be a solid 4 stars! Oh and P.S. their sandwiches are delicious and generously topped. read more

Very strange place. There was only one person ahead of me and it wasn't busy, yet we waited over 15 minutes for our orders to be ready. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, nothing crazy. When the bagel finally came out, it was cold, which meant they had toasted it, prepared it, and then let it sit back there for a while before serving it to me..cold. Why? Who knows. I ordered the bagel with lox cream cheese and in all my years of trying out different NYC bagel joints, I have never encountered lox schmear quite like this. The cream cheese had green herbs, onions, and maybe some canned salmon, but no lox to be found in the mix. So strange and sad. I left more perplexed than anything else. I love testing different bagel places, and I hate to say it, but Uber Bagels is 100% the worst one I have tried thus far. Honestly, the staff is kind of a mess. The cashier guy (I think his name is Adam) was honestly kind of a jerk. I am shocked that in a lot of these reviews, people are praising him! When I asked him a question, he gave me a scripted response with a fake smile, then, when I asked further, he would answer very condescendingly and treat me like an idiot. It made me feel terrible! If that wasn't bad enough, the manager (her name is Casey, I think) is equally messed up. She was, like, screaming at her staff the whole time. She seemed very upset that she had to actually do her job, and whenever a customer asked for her or an employee asked a question, she would roll her eyes, like she was thinking, "how dare they ask me to do my job." I actually canNOT believe that she was trusted to run this new location! It boggles my mind! Now for the food. I got the TBM bagel sandwich toasted on a plain bagel to go. The inside of the sandwich was pretty good; it was fresh, and the flavors blended nicely. However, the actual bagel was extremely tough and chewy; it ruined the sandwich and basically made it inedible. I am so disappointed in this bagel place.
