    Chicken mozzarella panini
    Jessica G.

I highly recommend this place if you are in the area and need to pick up a quick lunch to go, or want something fast casual. There were a lot of good looking choices on the menu, but I decided on the chicken mozzarella panini and was not disappointed. White it was not the best sandwich I have ever had in my life, it was tasty, hot, good value for the money ($9.99), and ready quickly. I arrived at 1pm after the usual weekday lunch rush and it was ready in 2 minutes. I would definitely come back and try more of their sandwiches.

    Bibimbop

Standard lunch deli with below average prices and decent offerings. Last time I was there I got a rueben with fries, today I got a bibimbop. Nothing like pickled veggies, spicy sticky rice, bulgogi meat and a runny egg. Food was good, I'll be back.

Abby's is an office building deli rather than a stand alone. Which is fine. They do a good breakfast. I opted for a simple bagel with cream cheese and coffee. The bagel was toasted twice (as requested) and the bagel was topped with the right stuff - lox, tomato, onion and capers. Most places forget the capers. Awesome. I did see fresh potatoes on the grill and the place looked and smelled clean.

This deli is a hidden gem! I was in the area and determined to not have lunch at a chained restaurant. Fortunately I was able to find Abby's Gourmet thanks to Yelpers but was hesitant since the pictures were very limited. I decided to take a leap of faith anyway and I am glad I did. I ordere d the Monticello which was cornbeef and pastrami. The sandwich was thick, full and very hearty. I was not a fan of the brown mustard but everything else was great. I ordered it with a side of fries and drink. Total cost was definitely reasonable, a big sandwich and side with a drink came out around $11 and some change. Something that wasn't noted in prior reviews was that Abby's also offers a fresh salad bar if that is your thing. I would go back if I'm assigned to the area again.

Chopped BBQ Ranch Salad + Grilled Chicken
    Nina D.

Went on my lunch break, around 1P, didn't call ahead. It was very busy, but a decent crowd. Only 1 person ahead of me in the line. Cashier was friendly. I ordered the Chopped BBQ Ranch Salad, and added Grilled Chicken(up charge). My wait wasn't long at all. The salad is fresh. The chicken is fair. Overall it was good. My only "complaint" is that once I received my salad I saw that there was only 1 dressing. When I asked for another, a young lady said it would be $.75 1. I don't carry cash, let alone change, anymore. And 2. ONE DRESSING?! Overall, it was good and filling.

    The Monticello.

Workers were there, but I think the orientation of the counter is such that someone working at the grill can't see people walking in. There's no sound (ringing bell, buzzer, whatever) and they couldn't see us come in. Whatever - it didn't make us feel particularly welcome. I notice a couple of other reviews mention the same thing. Seems like an easy fix. Anyway, we ordered a Philly Mushroom with old bay chips/drink and a Chicken Club with sweet potato chips/drink. We were given a table flag and we sat outside. Food came a few minutes later. Looked and tasted very good. The bread on the Club was nicely toasted, the aeoli was tasty and not too heavy and the chicken (decent portion) was pretty moist. My partner enjoyed the Philly Mushroom. Unfortunately, my partner received regular chips instead of Old Bay they requested. They don't like to complain, so they basically left them uneaten. I liked the sweet potato chips - really crisp with a good flavor. Nice size pickle wedge came with each sandwich. Very pleasant seating area outside. Fountain soda available with free refills.

"My daughter, S A M," Shaw signs back, "playing guitar," as he makes hand motions. "Being able to hear that." "You don't need to. Every spring, I go to the Boston Pops." "Why?" Frank asks disconsolately. "To watch...the feeling...the musicians...to see their joy. It's enough. To see that, to share it." Watching Ava recapture physically not just the performance in her retelling but the appreciation from both musicians and concert-goers alike, Frank starts to rediscover hope, even as he and Ava try to stay alive from the killers hunting them. The appetizers, entrees, and desserts from Eataliano Market & Deli, located at 5325 Phelps Luck Drive in Columbia, Maryland, prompt similarly unexpected overflows of culinary memories and joy. Upon our first visit of what we hope will be many, my wife and I placed the following takeout order: 1 order of Baked Meatballs 2 orders of Garlic Bread 1 ten-inch Empire Pie (I requested no ricotta or extra virgin olive oil) 1 order of Rigatoni Meatballs alla Vodka 1 order of Spaghetti with Homemade Meat Sauce 1 slice of Limoncello Mascarpone Cake 1 slice of Pistachio Cheesecake The garlic bread and pistachio cheesecake alone conjured spectacular reminisces. The pizza is the best we've had in Maryland, although my wife regretted my choice of no ricotta; and we would gladly reorder our pasta dishes if we didn't have many more entrees that we want to try.

I had heard there could be a bit of a wait, which isn't surprising since this well-established market and deli draws not only local residents but also people from nearby businesses. I happened to be about 15 minutes away, so I placed my order through their website. By the time I arrived, I must have missed the lunch rush--there was no line, and it took just a couple more minutes for everything to be wrapped, packaged, and ready to go. The market itself is intriguing and packed with all sorts of house-made specialties and popular Italian brands. There were also plenty of brands I had never heard of, giving the place the feel of a little Italian countryside market. I can only dream of traveling to Italy someday, so for now, I'll happily get a little taste of Italy here! Parking: As mentioned, parking is very limited. The street alongside the shop was also undergoing some sort of construction during my visit, so be prepared for some roadside limitations. There is a small, intimate dining area with room for only about four tables, but I loved seeing the white-tablecloth treatment. It added such a warm and welcoming touch to what is otherwise a very busy little establishment. The staff were busy but friendly. With the back-of-house operation appearing to be quite busy and working within tight quarters, it was impressive to see how well everyone seemed to coordinate and make the most of the available space. What We Tried Eataliano Crab Roll -- A specialty my daughter had told me about after seeing it on TikTok, and now I understand why! Generously filled with a tender, tasty blend of lump crab meat and fillers. Definitely shareable--but only with your favorite people! 10" Margherita Pie -- A NY-style thin crust topped with fresh ingredients, including tomato sauce, house-made mozzarella, and whole basil leaves. Simple, fresh, and delicious. French Fries -- Crispy and crunchy, just as ordered. Sometimes you just need a good order of fries! Greek Salad -- A generous portion loaded with fresh ingredients: feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, Kalamata olives, carrots, green peppers, and pepperoncini. Fresh, colorful, and plenty to share. Overall, Eataliano is exactly the kind of neighborhood gem I love discovering. Between the market, deli, prepared foods, and cozy little dining area, there's plenty to come back and explore. Definitely worth a visit--and I'm already wondering what I should try next!

It's been about 3-4 months. Unfortunately it's about as bad as before. #1 reason for one-star review is that I did not receive the sandwich that I ordered. I didn't discover it was wrong until I got home and I didn't feel like driving back over to see if they would make it right. I used the Jersey Mike app to order a Turkey and Provolone sub on a white sub roll. What I received was either a chicken salad or a tuna salad on rosemary parm bread (not sure as I threw it out). I verified on the receipt that I ordered correctly. My order was ready on time this visit, but as with the previous visit, they were very busy and the staff seemed to be flailing around in a rush, and a lot of exasperated customers pissed off at the wait time. Also - no iced tea available... the tea dispensers completely empty. Not sure why this location of Jersey Mike's is so bad. Maybe need a change in management, but either way, I will not give them a third try. Plenty of other places for a quick lunch in the area. If you do order here, check what they put in your bag is correct BEFORE you leave. Not recommended / avoid this location.
