0-Star Review -- US Storage in Pomona (Naomi) If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a total scam, run by people who don't care about customers once they've taken your money. Let me start with Naomi -- completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. She has a serious attitude problem and acts like she's doing you a favor just by talking to you. She says, "I'll call you back" and never does. Lied straight to my face multiple times. Even worse, they've been shifting units around without notice or permission -- shady as hell. This place is full of thieves hiding behind a corporate name. On top of that, Naomi knowingly allowed illegal add-on electricity to storage units -- which is not permitted under California law unless properly inspected and permitted. This is not just unethical -- it's a fire hazard. They also record phone calls without proper consent, which is illegal in California (it's a two-party consent state). Just playing a message saying "this call is recorded" doesn't give them a free pass. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't store a trash bag here. File a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and consider legal action if you've had similar issues. read more

I was in need of a storage unit. Everyone was overcharging me. But I called this spot gave me the best deal. Everyone that worked there is very nice very polite very organized. I was moving my stuff into the storage unit while it was like 94° outside deleting the office came out with some cold water bottles for me and I appreciate that very much. I'm honestly about to rent another three months. They have the best pro promotion deals around. Don't be afraid to call. Them and ask questions. read more
