If I could give 0 stars I would tried to bring my phone to get the screen fixed they told me it would take 1 day maybe the weekend max it took them 3 weeks to tell me they couldn't fix my screen and that now the battery won't charge that I would have to send a new ticket to Samsung and probably have to buy a new phone. When I went to pick the phone up the guy at the counter even said if he was working on my phone this would of never happened please don't take your phone or device here especially if it works even slightly they break working products. read more

The service was terrible. After a week, they told me the motherboard of my laptop was broken and they couldn't fix it, and they charged me a $60 diagnostic fee. They refused to refund the diagnostic fee. In the end, I came back and reinstalled the system myself with a USB drive and the laptop was fixed. read more

I originally was referred to uBreakiFix by Google after requesting service for my 10 month old Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold with apparent inner screen failure. The "expert" adviced me that they would need to order some additional parts in case something was broken during repair which scared me a bit, but what choice did I have in the manner. I eventually was called back to their store once the parts arrived in order to complete my requested service, upon the pick-up of my device after repair I was informed the "expert" broke a connection on my motherboard which now needed replacing and that could not be done this same day because they were closing so I had to go without my phone for another two days whilest they provided a loaner phone that would not allow me to log into my Google account due to my 2 step authentication requiring the use of my broken phone which was still at the store. I returned to the store on the day they suggested the phone would be available for pick-up (mind you I called them for status updates because a whole day went by with no communication) as planned. I left the store feeling confident everything was fine because I was told the phone passed all test and things looked good on their end. On me way home I attempted to make a call and was informed by the other person on the line that they couldn't hear me, so I attempted to send a voice note but the phone didn't register a voice input at all. I even tried using my Bluetooth pixel buds and they too did not work for voice input. I immediately called the store frustrated because my phone was not working as intended and this issue was not present prior to giving it to them. Naturally they couldn't hear me so I used my significant other's phone and requested to drop it back off and they obliged. They held onto the phone another day and told me it was working fine and ready for pickup. As the "expert" handed me back the phone he advised all test were done and the phone worked fine and they couldn't not reproduce my issue. I was taken aback and asked "Did you not repair my phone?" To which he said there was no issue that they could reproduce. I took it upon myself to call my significant other, put her on speaker so I could prove it didn't work and she could barely hear me. I then called the store and had the associate answer the call in front of me and he too said it was so low that he took could barely hear me. To tell me you ran all test and couldn't reproduce my issue to my face, while I reproduce the issue within 60 secs of getting my phone back is extremely upsetting. This tells me you did absolutely NOTHING to resolve and issue YOU created. At this point he and his staff solidified their incompetence to me. I will never recommend anyone go to this location. My phone is still broken which resulted from their repair. I did not receive an apology nor resolution. I took my phone and left and will never step foot in there again. NEVER BRING YOUR DEVICE(S) TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. read more

I was also super impressed with the customer service that was provided to other customers (specifically older folks with lots of questions and need for assistance). I give this place a 2 star due to the lack of communication. They were polite and friendly about the issues I was having with my phone. However, they lack communication of expected delay of phone repairs. I was told to expect a part to arrive in 3 days and the part never came. They kept my phone over a week still waiting for the part. When I took my phone to another phone repair location, the repair person said the repairs are expected to be between 2 weeks to a month for my type of phone. I did not understand why You break I fix could not have told me that up front instead of having me wait as long as I did. If they were upfront from the start, I could have made arrangements for service with another phone. Instead I was without a phone for over a week... waiting. read more

I walked in with my phone which has a broken screen one morning and was able to pick it up after few hours. I brought my own replacement screen and they were willing to use it which was very nice. This way I only had to pay for labor which saved me about 50% of the original estimated cost. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get a device fixed. Regarding my recent review of uBreakiFix at CrossRoads in Cary, they did save me the cost of a repair, however, the savings was actually not having to replace my IPhone 12. This issue was that during a call, sometimes you could hear the person and at other times the person would sound fuzzy. Fortunately, uBreakiFix puts customer service as #1--thus I am a returning customer as were the others in line that morning this week. read more

I'm am so please with the service I got with ubreakifix . They just saved me 300.00 dollars. I got my daughter ipad that I thought was no returning from and her iPod touch screen fixed for under 100.00 dollars. They fixed one of the issues with my laptop (WiFi card wires), but they ignored a few of the other issues such as the dvd drive not opening. My computer came back not being able to power on unless plugged in. The battery says 255% and immediately shuts off when unplugged. This was not a problem before I brought my laptop in. I'm very upset. My laptop is also missing a 3/10 screws and 3/4 rubber feet. Very unhappy. read more
