I was in a bind for a project, so I didn't mind the wait. The staff were friendly and kept me updated on the wait and delays as I hung out in the lobby for the extra hour. Since I had coverage through my cell phone carrier and was able to file a claim, I did not need to pay for a new battery. I was happy with the work done and will use uBreakiFix by Asurion again. What's even the point? And now this morning. Seeing as how I can't really afford another replacement screen, and I wasn't left all that impressed by my first experience, I was just going to have a broken screen for awhile. But this morning, my stupid alarm went off and for the first time ever my phone vibrated itself off the edge of my bed. (I have a platform bed with a little bit of a lip where I usually set my phone to charge overnight. It's about 16 inches from the floor.) Welp. Now the screen is completely f#cked and unusable. I can't see the time or notifications. I certainly can't make calls out and I doubt very much I can receive calls because how can I answer my phone? In the end a new screen was okay except the Tiny Black Dot which was mildly distracting. But the case? Waste of money. Just absolutely worthless. Edit: I called the place before I got their message contacting me here. They did a great job of working with me to negotiate a price to fix my phone again. I bought a new case elsewhere that has a higher protective rating so I shouldn't have to fix it again. This new screen does not have the little black dot, it looks perfect. And they gave me a free screen protector too.

I waited 30 minutes for them to replace it, I get it back, wait the 30 minutes they told you to wait for the glue to dry or whatever, and I turn it on... "Why is it so warm?" and then I'm trying to see if everything works. The WiFi connections aren't working, every WiFi I connect to pops up with "Insecure Connections", INCLUDING MY HOME INTERNET, and my Data is popping up with a (!), its all of a sudden not letting me have any secure connection, I cant use google, by bank app, my workplace app, or even discord. Using texting and calling still works, and certain unimportant games work just fine. WHY IS MY PHONE INTERNET CONNECTION MESSED WITH when I only wanted a SCREEN REPLACEMENT for a CRACKED SCREEN What was also suspicious is that they have a comically large and sketchy "NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES FINAL" sign in front. of course I will get my money back, or else I will sue, because they made a fixable phone with a cracked screen, into a phone only useful for over-data-calling/texting. Another thing I have noticed is that they had my fully charged phone, connected to something. I have a high suspicion that they have put a virus, or any type of malware onto my phone. Drew K. helped answer questions, provided phone and service options, and it was not a hard-sell experience. So, I upgraded both the phone and service. Since the phone had to be ordered, I received a call from Drew a week or two later. I went back on Halloween, only because there was an additional discount expiring that day on accessories, and Drew helped port all the information from my old phone to the new one. As I was waiting, he told me about his Halloween costume that he made on his own: a General Kenobi costume from The Clone Wars. I'm a big Star Wars geek, so I totally appreciated the conversation. Drew couldn't complete the trade-in deal in the store, but gave me specific instructions on how to do it so that I would receive full credit for the upgrade. I made an appointment and my issue was resolved by a staff member in about 2 minutes. I was very happy that it was so simply and easily fixed. This may be more of a reflection of the utter incompetence of the Verizon remote phone support.
