    Haven't had a bad experience here, their prices are just higher than going to bestbuy for computers or other electronics.

    Nothing special here- pretty run of the mill Staples. They have their own lot with plenty of parking.

I explained how frustrating it has been sitting around waiting for a call that clearly wasn't coming and he apologized & told me he'd be in tomorrow , & he would make sure I get a call and update as soon as they have an update & know if the phone is able to be fixed. Initial experience with this place was 1 but this guy just redeemed it to get to 3 . Hopefully it will be 4 in the end x I won't be giving 5 unless the first guy I spoke to calls an apologies

Panic set…read morein, I reached out to family college student (UNH) whose peers had success with CPR Portsmouth. I went to the Nashua store, concerned not about the 30 dollar connector but CPR cracking the screen during the very invasive screen removal process to get at the connector, plus I didn't want to share my passcode. They accommodated both, guaranteeing if they broke screen, they make me whole. After the repair and in-store, I entered my passcode for them to check and they determined the far right side icon movement was intermittent. They replaced the screen entirely and I was a happy camper when I finally picked it up. They honored their commitment and I'd definitely return.

    After being referred to uBreakiFix by Google Support for my Pixel 8 Pro that got wet (it fell in a…read morelake in the middle of my trip to Italy 3 weeks prior), making an appointment online with their website, and driving 3 hours from Vermont, the employees of the Nashua, NH uBreakiFix store could best be described as "aggressively unhelpful." They said my online-scheduled noon appointment that day meant nothing and they didn't have time to work on my phone, despite the website promising same day service with an appointment. They then said they don't work on water damaged phones at all and that I was wasting my time (despite "water damage repair" being a service offered on their website and Google Support specifically telling me this was the closest store to me--3 hours from home-for water damage repair). Since the phone would still show a battery icon when plugged in, it just wouldn't charge, I suspected the only issue was the battery. When I said I wanted to take a chance and replace the battery, and I would pay for it out of pocket, regardless of whether it was successful in fixing the phone, they said they didn't have time and I'd have to leave my phone with them for days. So, what was the point of making an online appointment then where same day repair is promised? When I asked them if they could ship the phone back to me after repair since I lived 3 hours away, they literally scoffed in my face and said "No we don't do that." Reaching the point of exasperation with their negativity, they told me to go to a different store. So I drove 30 more minutes to the uBreakiFix in Salem, NH. I'm glad I DID try a different store because the Salem, NH location was 100% more friendly, did the repair I asked without any hassle whatsoever, said they would do a specific water damage cleaning, and SUCCESSFULLY FIXED MY PHONE and saved my vacation photos. They made the process easy and were very accommodating in offering a way to ship the phone back to me since I live 3 hours away from the store. I'm so grateful for their hard work!     Given the relatively close proximity this place is to where I live, I feel an irrevocable…read moreobligation to talk about it. Except...there's not much to talk about. It's a UPS, it's efficient, and it's mostly convenient. Mostly. See, there's actually one thing I really, REALLY hate about this location. Just one. And that is....the parking lot. I think.....yeah. I think I may hate this parking situation more than Brussels sprouts. In short, it's tiny. Cramp. Like...seriously. You practically need a clown car to fit into their compacted car spaces. Plus, it doesn't help that half the drivers in NH evidently can't park for shit. And as a New Hampshirite, I am embarrassed to say that. But, I digress. If you've been here before, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. More than once, I've had to drive right into Popeye's parking lot just to circle back around and find a parking space that didn't have some idiot ostensibly double-parked. I could go on and on and I understand the actual business themselves has little power over this ridiculous situation. But, it is what it is. And I think people should know what they're getting themselves into. Fine for all your UPS needs, but painfully vexing for parking. I'm giving this UPS 4 compact parking spaces out of 5.

Zero protection for my item -a ceramic elephant worth a ton of $. Left the item to be packaged and no insurance offered by employees. it arrived shattered. Store won't assist/replace the damaged item, corporate also unhelpful. If you have anything you care about or is worth money at all don't use this store to ship and definitely not to package. Would have left a zero star rating if I could. Don't make the same mistake I did. I have since messaged with corporate and fielded calls from this business and nothing has happened for resolution. I would skip this store if you have anything at all of importance or value to you.
