They explained everything, and they explained in 'normal' language, they were super fast in executing and all the while maintaining attention to all detail! I had several issues with 2 MacBook Pro's, one quite old (as in before 2010) and one newer one (late 2012). I am thrilled with the service repairs on both! As an example of efficiency and effectiveness: I needed a hard-drive + RAM update and was concerned for file loss, program compatibility, and ultimately, 'my own' system recognition. John gave me back an upgraded MacBook Pro that looked and felt just like the one I gave in, but with lightning speed added! How awesome is that? Truly unbeatable performance and service. Lauryn researched a spare part, and while elsewhere I was told I'd have to send in my computer (and who wants to trust their precious computer to be sent through the mail?), was given an estimated repair time of 3 weeks, and $$$$. I'm someone who uses his computer constantly but knows little about it. So, when I dropped my Macbook and damaged the hard drive, I was very pleased at how quickly Experimac got my computer back in operation. I ran into an issue with my daughters MacBook. We took the computer in when the store opened and was greeted by Manager Jeremy. Jeremy took in all the information needed and checked out the computer. Hoping the cost of and fixes would be minimal Jeremy informed us that he ran a couple of resets and that everything looked fine. Even better than that was him informing us that it would be no charge. I have a MacBook Air 2012 and my hard drive was out of memory. I didn't want to purchase a new computer yet. Jeremy did an awesome job of doubling the memory so that I can get several more years with it. Lauren went above and beyond during a problematic system update. (The problem is Apple's system, not Experimac.) The update should have taken a couple of hours. She worked three days to make sure the files I needed migrated and the software I used was updated and worked. I went to get my IPad fixed believing it needed a new port, but Jeremy looked at it & saw a that piece of the charging cord had broken off inside the port. It took him about 10-15 minutes & was able to remove it. He wouldn't let me pay him anything. He could have charged me a lot of money for something I didnt need. I really appreciated his honesty.
