This place is a scam, I came 1 month after I had my phone screen replaced because my phone split from the screen around the frame, just completely was cutt from the phone. Like the phone screen itself wasn't broken but the screen keeps separating from the phone. Then as soon as it seperates a big green line cones across your screen and then they will tell you "you dropped ut" when the damage had nothing to do with fall damage, This is my third replacement within a few months, this place sells DEFECTIVE PARTS ! My conversation with the staff here dragged on for half an hour due to Ubreakifix and Google's convoluted repair policy, and the other staff here suddenly decided to step in and started insulting me in order to provoke me. He gestured to grab my phone, which seriously provoked me to yell back. Immediately, this coward started dialing something on his phone and mumbling that I'm threatening him. Thankfully the first staff I was talking to had better composure and called of the madman's act of atrocity. Literally the worst customer experience I have had anywhere. They are authorized google repair shop so they have screens in stock whereas no one else did. And they don't charge a middle man charge for the screen whereas other shop likely did given that ubreakifix was $100 cheaper. I took my phone in at a Saturday morning at 10 am and my phone was ready by 11 am. Every other store said it would take 3-5 days unless I was willing to pay another $25 for overnight shipping for the screen. My phone looks brand new again. I was sent in to a Saturday morning OCD tizzy after laying down my girlfriend's iPhone 12 tempered glass down a bit sideways on her phone. What transgressed from there was the modern day, 2021 version of Edgar Allen Poe's Tell-Tale heart. I kept hearing in my head each 15 minutes, with an increasing, urgent, tone: "I should have had a professional do this....I should have had a professional do this....I SHOULD HAVE HAD A PROFESSIONAL DO THIS!" And that's where Mr. AJ came in. I could take it no more! I called the shop and after affirming I had a new screen protector ready to go (I don't they sell iPhone 12 screen protectors there or at least, a bit scarce...had called about it months prior and they didn't have them in stock...), he said no worries, come down to the shop, and he would take care of it for me. Within 10 minutes after arriving at the shop, AJ had it on perfectly and he didn't even want to charge. Awesome service guys!!! I have a Google Pixel 2XL just over 2 years old and works great. I am pretty bad about water getting on my phone and think it compromised my charging port. Was able to clean off the corosion but after 2 weeks it totally failed and was shorting out. Thankfully my phone just turned off instead of frying. I sent a request in online to see if they could help. I was able to connect with them the next day and they replaced my charge port completely for a reasonable cost. Tried to get these guys to own the issue with the screen they replaced but ofcourse now they say they don't cover water damage even though the issue was because they did not put the screen correct in the first place. Worst service I've ever experienced in my life and I really hate to do this because at first, they were nice. I got my phone fixed here, then had to get it fixed AGAIN under warranty, then I had to get it fixed a 3rd time (since it STILL hadn't been properly fixed)! While waiting to get it fixed, I cracked the phone in the 3rd store's staircase. Even though it was the same fix I needed under the warranty, they said my warranty was no longer good. was misquoted. I was told they were going to put my screen on overnight and that if I come in the next day or that Monday that they would do a transfer because the screen would already be on. I came in that Monday. They said that they had other people that were before me two other people that they needed to fix those first. I had made sure and called ahead of time to make an appointment that Friday and again Saturday that I would be in on Monday. I made sure that the screen was already on before I came in and they assured me it was. I even offered to do the transfer myself if the screen was fixed it was not like I was told. The guy said I could not because I'm not an authorized tech or dealer but they were not willing to fix it in the timely manner that I was quoted. The guy in the store handed me my broken phone when I asked him to Please call Zach. He became easily angered. He told me to take my phone and get out. He told me that I was trespassing and because I kept pleading with him to please call Zach he started exaggerating that I was harassing and trespassing. He refused to listen to my concerns as a customer. I was also trying to ask if he was still willing to help me fix my phone and I was trying to get some very important information to help someone. He told me I was trespassing in the store and to get out. AT&T was ready to charge me for a new phone almost 300 because it had taken a really long time that they would order my Google Pixel screen in the store with UPS and it took a really long time for UPS to send the screen to the store. I called and called u break we fix and they said that there were still delays and when it finally got in I asked them to put the screen on that night Wednesday and they promised they would and they said that it takes hours to do a transfer. That I would need to leave my new phone there but I need at least one phone on me because of my on call job. I could do it for a couple hours like I tried to arrange on Monday but that's it. I couldn't leave it overnight. I came in plenty of time that Monday for them to do the transfer and when the guy handed me the screen it was still broken. It was not fixed. I had detrimental information on that phone a screenshot of medical data that could save somebody's life inside the phone and I needed it back. It was an emergency and I could not leave the phone overnight due to my job. So I pleaded with the guy if he could just call Zach and put him on speaker so I could talk with him. He just called Zach where I couldn't hear what Zach was saying and I couldn't talk with him at all. I wonder why he misquoted me about fixing my phone screen. They're always busy and they'll tell you that there are other people in front of you but on the phone they'll say to come in. I don't understand that. He also threatened to call the police and actually did because I was asking him to call Zach on the phone and he wouldn't call him on speaker where I could hear him.
