Costumer service is non existent. Went in for a quote and service member seemed bothered for me to be there. Doing some research their prices are some of the highest ones. I wanted a simple crack on my apple watch fixed and they quoted me $300. He recommended that I should just get a new one when there was only a small crack in it. Horrible place don't ever go there, i send my husband to fix his phone after 2 weeks of fixing screen screen came of out the phone and battery stop working as it was before as soon as he left the store, I'm sure it's not same battery that was in this phone that i brought they, after calling them and telling them issues only think they said i have to bring it and pay for battery repair that was never had issue and fix screen again that supposedly have warranty. So warranty is not a thing it just lye that they tell you to use they serve. Don't ever go there because if you don't see them doing it you can't trust how they do it. I took my dad's iPhone 5s in on 10/1 to get the screen replaced. Everything else on his phone worked perfectly fine. Just a cracked screen. For the record, the only reason I took it here after reading multiple 1 star reviews on Google and Yelp was because a friend of mine used to work here and he's cool as shit. Shouts out to my dood JIRD! First I come in and explain my situation, then guy brings up how their credit card machine broke and I'd have to pay in cash. That's fine and all but he also ensures me that it will definitely be done before 5pm which is when they close on Sunday...Come 4:30pm, NO CALL...This is expected after previously reviewing their bad ratings online. I give them a call to see what's going on, man then says that when he opened the phone he found water damage and multiple screws missing??? HOW SWAY!? He also says for some reason he can't get anything to show up on the screen. Mind you the phone worked perfectly fine before I brought it in. I ask to just pick it up now with no charge and put back the old cracked screen since it worked fine that way. He then says he'd rather hold it til tomorrow to look into why it's not working. I ask if he will be able to fix it if I leave it overnight. Again, he claims that he will surely be able to fix it...Next day comes around, NO CALL or anything. 2 times this guy makes a promise he can't keep. At least let me know what's going on. My dad just went in to pick it up because he was tired of waiting for a simple screen fix and sure enough it doesn't even work anymore. Luckily they just gave my dad his NOW even more broken than it was before iPhone without charge. Only thing deserving of this 1 star review. Overall, 1/10 would not recommend. This store sucks. I have been here before and have never had an issue. Sadly that was not the case today. I went to get my screen repaired and thought my phone was an 11 pro. They guy took my case off, checked if it worked, etc, and set me up with paperwork. I got a call later that it wasn't an 11 pro, but an 11 pro max. I didn't know this- but shouldn't the people who fix the phones know? Considering he took the case off, ran multiple tests, etc, before accepting it for repair? Not sure how much of my fault this is for not knowing, but I would think someone who works at a phone repair place should've. I ended up saying I did not want my phone fixed due to the sharp uptick in price, but the guy had already started taking the screen off- further cracking my phone. I was told to bring it in for a free estimate, only to be told that there would be an initial diagnostic fee once I brought the computer in to the store. I had them fix the display and the screen on my galaxy s 5, it worked great for about to 3 hours and then the screen cracked after it cropped onto the floor board of my car, then I woke up one morning about 2 weeks later and the there is now no display at all. Ofcourse this is not covered under their great warranty, and the best the could do is charge me a "discounted price" of 235$, which is by the way the same price tat I paid the first time. Very disappointing that I spent 235$ on my device for it to work less than a month. They are not interested in customer convenience AT ALL. I called them to arrange for them to repair a cracked screen on a LG android phone. They are asking me to make an extra trip to their shop today just to put up a $20 deposit for them to order the screen glass for my LG phone. They say can't or won't take a credit card over the phone for this deposit. They say that I have to make this extra trip to their facility because they have to have my signature for them to order the part. What year is this? No way to do an electronic signature? They can't e-mail me something to sign, scan, and email back to them? Nope! They could even Fax it to me and I would sign it and Fax it back. Nope! This is over a $20 deposit for goodness sake! They are OK with wasting customer gas and customer time just because they do not care or know how to use basic technologies like Fax and email to operate their business. If your time is worth absolutely nothing, this is the place for you. read more

Do not use this location at least. I had me screen replaced for $95. 3 days later as I was getting up from the couch I had my iPhone in a lifeproof case in my hand sat up on the couch with hardly any pressure and I heard a pop. My screen had cracked with little to no pressure put on it. I then went back to the store told them what happened. They told me they would not repair for free. It would be $75...a whole whoppin $20 off...yay me he said you put pressure on it even if it was in a case it can crack. I told him that they were using cheap screens. I asked for a main office number. He told me I can find it myself online! I then asked for his name. He gave it to me and then said he was the manager. He told me they were going to say the same thing. I turned around and left as I was leaving he laughed at me. Extremely unprofessional. As a manager you should not be telling someone they can get a number themselves. I understand the screens are cheap, but it should be $30 to replace not $75 I only had it for 3 days and didn't even do anything to it. I would give no stars. read more

I would give a zero rating if it was possible. CPR replaced the display on my iPhone 5s. Soon after the replacement my son dropped the phone and a big chunk of the glass broke off. I took the phone to the Apple store and they showed me what CPR had done to the phone. Eight screws were missing as were all the EMI shields. The tech said the display was the poorest quality available. Apple would not repair the phone because a third party had worked on the phone so I took the phone to another repair shop in Virginia Beach and they confirmed what Apple told me; shoddy workmanship and cheap replacement parts. I feel like an idiot because we trusted these people and they charged us what Apple would have charged and we got ripped off. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. read more

My 5+ year old iPod classic was malfunctioning and I was sure it was ready for a new battery so I took it there and they replaced the battery and told me to restore the iPod in iTunes. So I took my phone in for a simple cracked screen. They tell me that they ordered a replacement part because the part they got from the manufacturer was faulty. Ok cool so I take it back A WEEK LATER, and while waiting for the part I realized my rear facing camera didn't work so I called and they ordered that part for me. Awesome free of charge that's great. Well I got a call that the new screen was in and took it in on my lunch break and they put the new part in (the screen not the camera). I go and pick it up and the phone speaker doesn't work. Why? Because the tech didn't put the old speaker in the phone!!! So now I have to go back on my lunch break and drop off my phone yet again in the hopes they find the old speaker. But remember I still need a new camera and will have to take it in a forth time and get the camera that they broke replaced. I put 50$ down payment for the initial screen part and then paid them 121$ for the repair. This is not worth my time or my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY!!! They do not know what they are doing and your one stop visit will turn into a multiple stop visit! I'm demanding my 121$ back for the hassle! Hopefully everything works after this FORTH visit assuming they actually can do their jobs and return a fully functional phone! read more

Upon picking up her phone the next day, she noticed that the slide out keyboard was damaged. It was also still not charging. These people are rude and provide an inadequate service. The owner does not care about providing quality service AT ALL. They charged me $130 to repair my Apple iphone 7 screen and within a week, I was having all types of issues. I came back 3 days later after the initial fix and none of the employees seemed to care that my phone screen wasn't sealed correctly. My 10 month old daughter was playing with my phone and her saliva got into the phone WHILE in a case (Left Edge of the screen). I asked them if it was normal for the phone's water resistance level to go from the initial IP67 rating (1 meter of water for 30 mins w/o issues) to not being able to withstand an infantile child's saliva. The employee at the shop stated that it wasn't their problem. To add insult to injury it took more than a week for me to hear from the store owner who was extremely rude. He said he didn't care about my issue and he wasn't going to do anything to help me. My phone screen is evidently a cheaply made aftermarket part that they charged a premium to incorrectly install. My whole encounter with this business was awful. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. Total waste of money!!! $130 down the drain. read more
